Went there today to get 2 new tires for the front of my car. The level of customer service there is top notch! Jamal and John are great!! Met me at the door, asked plenty of questions to determine what I wanted and needed, did exactly like I asked them to do with no high pressure sales, didnt try to charge me for things I didnt want or need. Usually auto shops try to take advantage of female customers but this shop is not like that. Service was fast and I was done in less than 45 minutes even though there were 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. Definitely going back at the end of the month to get the 2 new ones for the rear! Very happy customer!

My 1st visit here was a little over a year ago when I purchased 4 new tires. I received the best customer service and speed of service and that has continue though out my scheduled air pressure checks and rotations. Today I picked up a nail in one of the tires and once at the store, my tire was replaced under warranty in the normal high customer service and speed of service.Top notch employee all around. 👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾

Let me tell you something this place has something thats extremely rare to find in a business which is effort a lot of businesses will tell you no and thatll be the end of the story.From the Staff communicating to each other to me was Outstanding watching them have morning team meetings to watching them explain to another customer and handling stressful situations like when people started pouring in extremely close to closing time they handled it perfectly. At no point was I pressured to purchase anything. I am super cheap and I usually price compare but not this visit because there is more value in the way you are treated.They literally went out of their way to help me where other shops turned tail leaving me without resolve. Also Ive never seen a tire shop as clean, professional, and organized as Discount Tire and you guys are true experts.

I went to Discount Tire on 10/9/21. The service writer was great, no hard sell or upsell. He got me checked in quickly and connected to their wifi in the waiting area. An updates was available to show the progress. My car was in and done very quickly. The tech was polite and friendly. He explained the work done and asked if I had any questions. All of this was in a span of 40 minutes or so and was free since all I needed was a slow leak fixed! I will buy my next set of tires there and highly reccomend this Discount Tire center.

There is a great team here. Alex was an expert of his trade, very personable and professional. Did his best to meet my needs and observed as I waited he continued his ethics with every customer. There is a great team here, as I waited for my work to be completed the team was always hustling and ensuring to provide a great customer experience. Facility was clean and garage was immaculate; the crew always ensured tools went back where they belonged and kept the garage tidy.

Had a flat tire out of town. First place we came too was too busy. We found this Discount tire, I called to check and he was very friendly and said come on. They were all so nice. They got us straight in. We only needed a repair. It was done in 30 minutes. He didn’t even charge us! Will definitely go out of my way to do business with them again!

We called them on the phone because we were close and asked if they could patch a tire for us that had gone flat. They told us that they could repair the tire for free so we came in. They then took measurements on all the Tire Treads and proceeded to pitch us a new set of tires before they ever looked at our flat tire. After passing on an opportunity to buy a new set of overpriced tires, they told us they could get us in the shop for repairing the tire and it would be over an hour wait just to patch a tire!! Standing in front of the bay, there was only one vehicle being serviced and Im not sure why it would take over an hour to patch one tire. So not only did we not get our tire patch there but we will make sure to go somewhere else the next time we need service or tires

Price was very reasonable and job was done quite quickly. Wanted the new ties put on the spare and and best old tire returned to the trunk. I guess that is something people dont do anymore because the salesman could not understand the concept.

I have to give a huge about out to all the workers here. My tire was losing alot of air and we took it in not knowing what time they closed. Well it was about 15 minutes from closing and they net us outside and took our car in right away and found there was a nail in it.they fixed right away and charged us nothing. All along they were smiling and very pleasant while working past closing to get my car fixed. I was very impressed....Now a few weeks later I yet again was losing air in the same tire so we took it back and would you believe I had another nail in the same tire a few inches from the previous nail. They once again fixed it with no issue.I would totally recommend this company as well as WILL be purchasing our tires from this company from now on... Very impressed!!!

I had a flat tire on a rim that I brought in and I was given pricing which was cheaper than any other comparator in Virginia and the surrounding area. I ordered the tire through this dealership and even after I told them I might not get the tire from them, they offered to give me a loaner tire until I get another one on there. This particular discount tire went above and beyond to help me out and I truly appreciate it. They have gained a customer for life and I truly appreciate the level of customer service you guys provided. Once again thank you and I highly recommend this business to any one.

Price was fair on tire, but sometimes too friendly of a service is too much also. My wife and I were just interested in one tire. In and out. The sales associate after asking to look at the other tires and doing so, recommended replacing all 4 since the tread was low. I understand thats his job and corporate overhead has him doing these things, I get it...its retail. Ive been selling car parts for the past 17 years, I know. But guys, maybe instead of recommending things and pushing for a sale, let the customer be aware of whats going on and tell them when they are ready to take care of it that you would appreciate their business again. Welcome them back with kindness instead of pushing them away with too much friendliness. We will be back Im sure, just try not to push guys.
