This summer I went back to this location since its very close to my work and I was due for an oil change. I didnt want to give them my business again because a year ago they improperly put my engine/splash shield back on after the oil change. The day after the oil change while I was driving I heard a drop/pop sound suddenly and then a loud grinding noise coming from under my car. When I stopped and looked under, I noticed that half of my metal engine shield was hanging off. I went back to Jiffy Lube to see if they could put it back on, but the area to bolt it back on was too destroyed. They completely removed it and I had to trash it and order a new one from Honda. They told me that I probably drove over something that knocked it loose. I didnt recall driving over anything and thought this annoying instance was a fluke - until the exact same thing happened again when I stupidly went back for another oil change this summer. I want to note that in between these two oil changes I went to HONDA for an oil change and my scratch guard stayed intact...So I was very upset this summer when just a day or two after the oil change my engine shield partially came off again. I went back and forth for weeks between the local store and corporate - each saying that disputes and customer issues are handled by the other group. Eventually my case was automatically closed with no resolution or reimbursement of any kind. I paid full price for two oil changes and two replacement engine shields. No apologies, no discount offered, and I was made to blame TWICE that it must have been my fault. By this second instance it was clear that whoever worked on my car did not know how or did not do a good enough job putting the engine shield back in place. I learned my lesson and they will not be getting my business again. To save yourself a headache and this from possibly happening to you, I would not recommend this location.

All I wanted was just a Lyft inspection done.. but they werent doing that.. the mechanics were trying to find things wrong with my car so they could rip me off... but, unfortunately for them, they didnt know I spent over $2000 at a different shop to fix what was ailing my ca to get it ready for winter..

J.R.L is the man. The whole crew is great but J Lo stands out as being the most confident. I even told him I was going to give him a good review and he said “make sure you include the whole crew”

They only did oil change....only oil change and ripped me off for $92. No windshield fluid, no vacuuming my car, no coolant...absolutely no additional service...$92. I have always done my synthetic oil change at a ford dealership for $70...Jiffy is a joke. If you wish to be ripped off, go jiffy. I made a call to corporate to express my disatisfaction, I got little to no help!! They said they dont handle my issues...that it is btn me and the individual shop where I took my car. I felt thrown under the bus! Will never go jiffy lube...in fact I will look the other way whenever I get close to any of their locations. MIDAS is the real deal!

Went there for an oil change and the service was good, a little bit pricey but no complaints about that. However, everything they have touched on my vehicle, was covered in oil. Oil is really bad for paint and plastic trim especially on a new car. So if it wasnt for that I wouldve gave them 4 stars. Here are some pictures to show you what I mean. I no longer have a garage to work in. So, I took my car in for quick oil change one day and they were great.Been back a few more times since then for basic work. Never had an issue, they always treat my car well.

I went to this Jiffy Lube to get air in my tires. They said the left rear tire had low pressure. Driving home from this location after service, I got a flat tire on that same tire. At the tire place today, they said there was no valve cap on the tire and it probably froze. I usually fill my own tires, so I know I had a cap on the tire because I always put them back on myself. This is a careless oversight that caused me and those that depend on me lots of trouble as well as lost time and money today!

Super fast service and they let me stay in my car for the oil change!! The oil was done in about 15 minutes! Super nice staff

Quick in and out..The only thing I didnt like is the upselling on a lot of regular maintenance the guy said this is recommended and thats recommended they wanted to upsell me an extra $700 on stuff that my car did not need. I understand that they are bringing awareness to people for vehicle maintenance however I take my car to a mechanic regularly. The prices were ridiculous for the air filters for my car I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue and what they wanted to charge for the wiper blades was astronomical

Absolutely not professional staff. They cannot even remove the flashlight to replace the light bulb. They Damaged the plastic on the flashlight! They pounded the lantern, picking with screwdrivers when I saw this, I tried to stop them, but they did not even let me to my car. Despite the fact that I did not ask them to do this work, they just wanted to get extra, but even that they can’t do it right! I do not recommend this service to anyone. This is terrible!

Went in for my brake fluids. They had the right idea of where it should be but they barely touch it because they didnt want to take it apart. Fear maybe? They should have notice its under a compartment. The point is all Jiffy lube services failed to find one simple thing and they werent honest about it. Jiffy lube is definitely not for high end cars and I know why bring it in, why not go to the car dealer? Because there are other car services that do know how to handle a high end cars like Oil Express or Fairlane Automative.

Having enough experience with the sketchy business I asked the total amount of charge and emphasized I’d need no other services than an oil change. I ended up paying extra money because they simply said they made a mistake quoting! Can you believe that they offer you some other price and 5 minutes later charge you more!

Service was great until I looked at the receipt. I know the vehicle is on a fleet program. That doesnt justify not asking me if my wipers need a change. You guys just changed without permission. Not cool and wont be going back to that location.

This Jiffy Lube is great. Clean facilities, nice and clean. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of services, including break work and tune ups. Dont forget about their top off service. Very affordable and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to family and friends alike. I will definitely be back here again and again and again. I love this specific Jiffy Lube and you will too. Tell everyone you know.

I recently had an oil change and I was driving from work and I heard a dragging noise the mechanic didnt thave the under covering correct so it was. Dragging I freaked out and looked up the jiffy they helped me without hesitation and they were closed Im so happy with the service they are amazing

Last time I was disappointed as this guy was pushing for more sales. But this time it was not bad.

Had my little one with me running errands and went next door to eat. A mechanic had a question and walked over to ask me so I wouldnt get over charged. Working in customer service myself this was definitely above and beyond.

Terrible service. Sent my wife in for a regular routine oil change, the truck was low on oil and after 200 thousand miles, its normal to consume a bit. They not only used the wrong oil, but they upsold her on a garbage product that thickens oil instead of offering a real solution (which they couldnt anyway because they are not qualified mechanics). After calling to complain, the store manager was snarky, hesitant to refund it, got his district manager involved who simply provided an 800 number. It seems Jiffy Lube have adopted the ways of Sears Auto Center, maybe theyll be close behind. I dont reccomend going here if you are a single female, theyll take advantage of you as they did my wife.

Went to Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change, no complaints the guys were real helpful and professional in an out.

In and out in 30 minutes. Offered to answer any questions and gave many helpful options.

Dont spend your money here when to get an oil change, and theyll will rob you blind.My daughter went for an oil change ended up paying $112.00 they conned her into an air filter and a set of wipers she didnt need and when she came back home, one of the wipers didnt work especially when she needed it the most during a snowstorm... very inexperienced people and a total rip off.

Worst experience since i owned a car for five years now. I got the car on Monday and i went there on Tuesday for oil change and to change the breaks. They busted the oil pan and they tried to sealed it and i had to drive to Omaha without knowing that they busted the oil pan. Yesterday i find out that there is an oil leak and i went to see what is going on today and i find out that the oil leaking from the oil pan and that going to cost me few hundred bucks to change. Break change were fine However, it took two hours more than what he told me it will take. First time doing service in Jiffy Lube and for sure its going to be last time.

They told me they would vacuum the inside but neglected to do so.

Horrid service back in October 2016. If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, they would be in double digits!!!! Run the opposite direction instead of going here. These grease monkies are Bafoons!!I got virtually no apologies, they kept the air caps for the tires (and didnt fill them to the right pressure), I got a call from the district manager and he had a kiss my asss Attitude.Having a good friend change my oil today....he could hardly get the oil pan drain plug off because it had been torqued on too tight. If you value your vehicle, drive by this place and go ANYWHERE else. Im reporting them to thensure BB .
