From the beginning phone call to the end of me driving off the lot, the experience was genuinely all that I could ask for. Mike communicated with me through text and phone calls keeping me up to date on the status of the vehicles availability due to it being a hot commodity and even picked me up from the rental car location on his day off. Nothing about the situation felt pressured and it was really just a relaxed experience. I love my 08 Corvette and I am glad I chose them as my final decision after weeks of searching.

I have never had a vehicle financed before. Most places wont even look at me. My experience at Image Motors was above and beyond what I was expecting it to be. When I walked in the door I expected to be run over, looked down on, and told that they couldnt help me. Instead the GM Mike Wood and I believe the owner stayed 2 nights in a row a Monday and Tuesday until almost 10 a clock. The first night 3 hours past close and that was fruitless because they ended up not being able to get me anything no matter what they tried crunching together. The second night, Tuesday, I called them after close and told them I had sold my truck and I had court in the morning and they stayed and waited over an hour for me to just show up and then between insurance and paperwork I left just before 10 in my new ride. I will forever give this place and these salesman my praise. God pointed me in the right direction and they did more then close to necessary and the trust was built and I dont forsee any issues with this relationship. Id recommend image motors to anyone and I would choose this location and service over something that was 5 minutes away. And by the way the car is a beauty I didnt even test drive it and its the honest to God best whip Ive ever had. Good people. Good cars. Good service. Go to image motors

Have to hunt down a person that knows anything about the cars on the lot. Selling over priced junk cars. Everything listed online in my price range has 4 flat tires & 1 says not for sale but is listed online! Ill never shop this lot again.

This dealer is awful. I bought a truck from them and paid over twenty grand for it. I was told everything on the truck was in tip top shape but I noticed that the key fob was missing and the emergency equipment was missing. The dealer agreed to get me this stuff if I bought it. I was assured that there was no problems with the truck and that their certified technician had went over it top to bottom. I bought the truck with little to no help from the sales staff. If I had a question about the truck to obtain financing I was always transferred around or told to come back to the shop later because someone wasnt there. Just not good customer service. So I get the truck and drive it for less than two weeks and the diesel injection pump goes out. Dealer agreed to fix it and wanted to put a used pump in. I said Id pay the difference because I wanted a new pump installed. So a week and five hundred dollars later I picked the truck back up and it was running very badly. Drove it for a few minutes and saw it was leaking diesel so I brought it back. They had it for about two weeks and said it was fixed. When I got it back it wasnt running well and it had a remanufactured pump in it instead of the new one. I had also asked the dealer about fixing a oil leak in case I couldnt and they agreed to then at this time I was given a unprogrammed key fob and a spare tire. Not the emergency kit they had promised. Still missing wrench and jack and handles etc. since I bought this I have had to, in a very short time, change the radiator, service the ac, change fuel injectors, my tail pipe fell off, ball joints were bad, tie rods had to be replaced, steering shock had to be changed. I noticed as well that the trailer hitch was bad. I thought that this was just too much for a truck that had just been gone over by a certified mechanic. I decided to reach out to the manager at the dealer for help. I would call about once a week and leave a mesage and would never get a return call. Recently I called and was told that the manager didnt work there anymore and I was put in contact with a new manager. I explained that I bought this from them in good faith and it has been a disaster. I explained that theres no way a ceritified mechanic went through this vehicle before I bought it. He defended the mechanic and told me I shouldve went over it myself. He told me there was nothing he was going to do for me at all. I was treated in the worst manner by him for bringing up my concerns. He even used profanity on the phone with me. I would advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle to look anywhere but here. This place doesnt care at all for their customers. Their support level is zero and the quality of what they have for sale is questionable at best. Below is a list of what has failed on my truck before I made it through the first oil change. Amazing place to buy a car

The one in Elkhart is HORRABLE!! The one and only sales man is VERY RUDE. The cars all had higher miles. Very over priced. I called Elkhart and South Bend to talk to a manager. They give me the biggest run around. 3 months later I still have not received a call from one nor do I know his/her name. This place is HORRABLE!! Never go there to buy a car.
