I am a sub contractor who transport trucks and other vehicles. This company gave me a hassle about THEIR truck and took forever to complete the paperwork for payment in which I did not request more money (counter offer) because it helped me get to my next pickup. I will not be delivering any trucks in the future and F.Y.I the driver is NOT responsible for poorly manufactured vehicles, you get what you pay for! Furthermore, once arriving to the destination without any damage that I have caused such as collision I do NOT transport anywhere else (unless stated on the agreement) and especially NOT FOR FREE

Do I work here? Maybe. I hear alot of people say the trucks are great, but the employment is amazing. Never before have I worked at a factory where so many people smile, laugh, and talk. There is a great community here at Rockport, from our fishing tournaments to our meetings. Highly recommend looking into us if youd like a fulfilling employment.

I have bought 3 workport vehicles this year should Ive been having problems with two of them. One of them the roof leaked I got it, it was missing parts, there was a hole in the floor, one of the shelves fell off when I drove it back from the dealer, and had some other various problems. It was sent back to the factory for repair and when I got it back the roof still leak. Now there is rust on the interior and exterior of the vehicle and other various problems are coming up. The other vehicle had a hole in the floor one of the door locks did not work. The bottom line is two out of my three brand new vehicles were poorly manufactured. I bought brand new vehicles because I did not want dealing with problems from a used vehicle. I brought my vehicle with the leaky roof to the body shop Rockport told me to for their second attempt at repairing the leak and it has been sitting there for a week now and they havent even looked at it. This is definitely not the type of quality or customer service that you would expect. if Im having problems like this when the vehicles not even six months old how long can I expect them to last.
