Great place for car/truck parts and accessories.

I came this store one night shortly before close and received amazing service. One manager, Brandon W, was extremely knowledgeable in my type of engine. He surpassed my expectations by genuinely trying to help solve my issue. This Autozone is great.

It was a busy night for the staff they had a lot of customers!! Brandon W helped me out with excellent customer service and patience and hands on help replacing some tricky light bulbs!! Very pleased with the help and kindness I saw today especially when they were so busy!! Great staff and great store very organized!! He went above and beyond to help me!!

Staff does not seem terribly knowledgeable. Good selection but it seems as though they are a bit higher prices than their competitors. I think that some training in basic automotive mechanics would be very helpful and if this was done could greatly increase service and return of wrong parts. Store was very clean and well lit. And employees helpful but at I said not terribly knowledgeable.

They fully warrantied my battery when it only had less than 2 months left!

Staff friendly but ignorant. Ordered a pair of bulbs for the turn signal bases also ordered. Bases were correct but double ordered and a day late. No bulbs, but a temp sensor was sent. Took over a half hour to hash it out on the second trip. Nice folk, no clue.

I spoke with multiple employees today and they were all extremely helpful and treated me extremely nice for my basic knowledge of cars and such gave me everything I needed and more I will be returning

My husband went in to get a diagnosic for the car, since they advertise it. She told us theirs broke and instructed us to go to OReilly. So we did and they helped us, no problem! 2 thumbs up for OReilly. 2 down for AutoZone.

Could not break a $100 at noon to much headache had to go find another place to get change.

That customer service Albert is Amazing. Helps me with everything fast and should be on days all the time. I went in the other morning and missed his smiley face.

The store always has what you want or can get it within a day or two the manager was very intelligent about my questions told me how to fix my motor rented me the compression tester now Im popping up out of the Piston ready to spend hundreds of dollars there because AutoZone is the only store I know Nationwide that will work with you and sell you the parts all-in-one stop

My son stopped in to ask for directions... They sent us to a great taco food truck!!!!👍🏾

Came out here 460 miles from Henderson NV had to stop at autozone. Had to replace Trans coolant line it broke.

Awesome! Everyone that I interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I replaced a strut in the parking lot over the course of 6 hours (many technical difficulties), and the staff never grew weary of helping me. Patrick in particular was awesome. Dude offered to stay after hours to help us finish the job.

I wonder if that rood lady still works there if not good bye and good rideans

Awful customer service. The manager was rude And I will not be returning. I returned a part and it was never accredited to my account. I went into the store to ask about it and the manager basically told me I was SOL. She finally got so irritated with me she returned my 400 dollars and gave me cash. I tried to ask her another question and she ignored me, walked away, and told her employee she was going on break. I WILL be calling cooperate. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Female Asst Mgr and other female worker made excuses not remove my battery after trying to juice it with uncharged portable charger but smoked cigarettes instead in front of store. 2 stars because they suggested it was my alternator which it was. OReilly provided better and efficient service!

Very rude and unfriendly service, i went to check in on a part I prepaid and order, see if they had received it as it was supposed arrive the day before, just for your employee to act snobby and ask me in a sarcastic manner did I call you? and it seemed like a bother to go and check and at least give me the courtesy of acting like she was wanting and willing to help out, not sure what her name is but she has purple hair and to the owner of this place, I called your corporate office and this is why youre losing business, having one bad apple ruins what good the the other employees do. I am considering returning the item even though I could use it and would have to pay extra somewhere else and still wait awhile for it. I understand you dont control when packages get to your store, but you can start with better customer service. Fyi this happened 2x, same person.

An excellent place for auto parts cause they lend tools and check to see whats wrong with your vehicle like batteries, alternatives along with a lot of other things. Prices are very reasonable and with an Auto Zone card with every purcuse, you earn credits and youll get a twenty dollar discount after spending money there...

Store manager Selina was rude and really didnt care there was a line of people there was no other workers to help anyone. When I got to the register she never made eye contact said hello nothing chewed on a pen and ignored me. I was very upset when the man on front of me said something about it she wrote him off and told him sorry about your luck but she was busy

Wont EVER step foot in the place!! Horrible service the lady is extremely unfriendly wouldnt even help customers two customers walked out ahead of me. Go to OREILLYS much more friendly and eager to assist.

Very rude people, I been coming to this place for at least 8 years. All my car parts I buy from them. My last experience one of the clerks told my that my part was never sold there and i knew it was on warranty, I explain that I always look for my history and most of time they help. This last time the clerk starts screaming at me, supervisor Gary didnt do anything about it. After some argument I asked to talk to supervisor Gary and he was able to do all transaction and find my history of my 4 vehicles. I just spent over 1000$ in this dump in the last month. Am going to napa from now on. Even if that means forgetting my warranties, having rude help its horrible.

After walking out of OReilleys, i went to Auto Zone. Customer service was fantastic! Im a wife who came in after dark, Gary helped test & change a battery. He was patient, kind, & very efficient. I will be back.

They staff is very helpful. Store is easy to navigate. Prices are fair. Returns are easy and its a great location.

They can usually get the parts you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just dont go there looking for rare or hard to find parts

Great return policy if you have receipt, traded unused parts for new windshield wipers and they were nice enough to put them on for me.

As far as Autozones are concerned this is the worst for customer service. They have a great supply of parts and availability. Always understaffed and very slow. 99% oz the time I know more about ordering, and the parts serving than these folks do. Corporate should visit this place and clean house.

They have lots of general things in stock but have to order some stuff in for more expensive items. Usually fairly quick to get oders in. Not enough sales staff for a busy store.

Rude and nasty people. I asked for a rotor for a tahoeWas told i needed the one for a Malibu. Ive been working on vehicles for years and i know what my vehicle is and what i need.This was only one of many issuesThe last straw was when a manager named amanda(or something similar sounding) got nasty with me because i bought a part new, went into the parking lot and opened the box to see that it was a very obviously worn part and she was mad i wanted a refund!Went to try to buy something last week because oriellys didnt have it. An hour and a half and i couldnt find a single worker in the store so i finally walked out without anything.I wouldnt be surprised if they had a ton of theft that day.Btw oriellys ended up ordering it for me and it was here within a few days

Ben is a freakin miracle man! Dude stood out in the rain with us for like 1.5 hours changing out a poorly designed battery. Went well above and beyond anything I couldve expected from an associate. Wont be going anywhere else for a while.
