I have been with att for over 15 years. My son and I purchased new phones and were told that his phone was free. We have argued with them for over a year to give us credit and they refuse too. I am very disappointed with this company. We never had problems with them before. But the people that work there apparently think in order to make a sale its OK to straight out lie to the customer. We would have never purchased a new phone if we would have known this.

We came in today to see if they can help us with our lifeproof warranty on our phones cases. We were greeted right away and asked how they can help. We explained we bought the cases there and we needed to see about getting them replaced weather thru them or thru the company warranty. We sat down and brought up our account and looked for the recite. Found it and they were able to replace in store same day! Wonderful experience

But when personal and emotional problems that employees suffer from extend to interference with a client of AT&T Mobility online wireless service and a Shareholer. Disregarding the Ethics the standard of Integrity expected of those representing the AT&T Corporation makes you and AT&T look pretty vengeful and Dishonest. The use of my personal and financial information has put me in a MIDDLEMAN SCAM made up of locals and give access to ISP PERMISSIONS and Galaxy Smart Phones that is used daily in an Ttemot that has caused me IDENTITY THEFT, the use if the ISP permissions to access my phone, microphone and speakers as well as using high frequency control other Galaxy devices in my home and those places around my home audio devices used to transmit Radio frequencies animal noises recorded sounds of human suffering pain and fear Dailyfor the last 21/2 years using the home of Monique Rodriguez my neighbor 24 hours a day to monitor my calls and my home inside and out for trumped up justifications that describe those doing this thsn myself. Please look into this before I have AT&T s Legal Department look into it. A copy of this will be sent to the Nevada BBB and Nevada Elder Abuuse. I am 67 yrs old with no patience for the continued use of your privileged position to use ISP pernisions to gain access to my TDAmeritrade Portfolio.

If I could give a 0 stars I would, unless people can never get anything right and always stuff up my renewal each month. Hate having to ring them but do to my plan it is the only way I can renew it. Been putting up with this for over 2.5 years time to change as what should be a simple task always turns out wrong.
