The girl that helped me today was so generous, already was helping a couple and went out of her way to help me and another couple as well! Very good multitasker! 5 stars to her for sure!

Require mask when no one in Elko county does, then dont even have the courtesy to have them in store. Apologetic, but no excuse... Literally had to go outside to pay my bill in the car. If you want to do business in Elko stop doing it like youre in Portland or San Francisco, otherwise pack up and leave.

I needed a screen protector for my new Galaxy 20+ since I was going camping. Since it is such a new phone I could only find it one place locally. I paid $60 (I know) and Ali installed it for me. The next day I was looking at my phone and noticed a small crack on the side of the screen protector! Of course there was nothing they could do for me. I think if they are going to sell junk they should at least take some responsibility for it. ***update***I received an email & phone call from Russel Cellular and they offered to make it right. I appreciate the effort and have revised my rating but I still feel like the screen protector is a piece of junk, especially at the price. I only give them 4 stars because they are still selling it.

I went in to purchase an Apple Watch. Shawna and the other rep were busy with customers. I waited approximately 10 minutes and Shawna made time while her other customer was on hold with tech services to help me. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I will only return to this store in the future.

Worst place to buy from. Purchased a screen protector for my s10 + and the tech did not put it on fully. I showed the malfunction to her and was told to give it a few days and it would correct itself. I m unable to use the fingerprint scanner due to the screen protector did not make full contact with it. Took the phone back an was told the manager said they couldnt do anything about it. I asked to purchase two more because I was fed up by this point. Of course they didnt have anymore so I came home and bought them off the internet. Worst place to purchase from. Wont stand by there products. Will not be returning there.

On a day when their system was down, the ladies remained calm and professional. Once it came back up, I was in and out of there in 20 mins with my new phone and plan!! Thank you ladies!!

Great customer service! I purchased a new phone from a different store and they didnt tell me about any of the bundle offers and new plan discounts. After leaving this store we had everything we needed and a new lower monthly bill.

This was the first time I have been in a Verizon store where I have had the associates full attention. I am not very savvy with electronics but she explained things to us and had patience with us. Yes we were the for 3 hours but it really didn’t feel that long. We purchased a new phone for my grandson, upgraded my husbands phone and the associate managed to sell us a new iPad just by listening to us as to how we use electronics in our house. It was a good experience.
