We decided to take Verizon up on their offer to go back to their company and since my phone was not working... I wanted to acquire another phone... no mention from the company that I would have to trade my phone...just the deal was I would get $250-$500 purchasing another phone... well after phoning this store, as we live 30 miles away, feeling satisfied enough to drive there... meeting with the service agent, who spoke with me over the phone, at this store... there were no offers... we would have to pay close to $290 per month for my Husband and myself to acquire phones including the monthly fees! All we wanted to do was acquire another phone, just for myself and restart our service again... this was beyond a joke and took way too much of our valuable time!

Do not ever go thru a plan from walmart Verizon!! They will sweet talk you until your broke!! No communication skillsAnd nothing but lies. I went to return phones and they said nobody in that whole store of walmart knows how to refund phones beside the one that serviced me?? She was in elko but refused to come to the store to help?? But in my agreement it states I have 14 days to return. I returned the 2 days later and they wouldnt take them. Everything was still there nothing was damaged and told me to come back another time!!! HORRIBLE!!! AND THE LADY WORKS WITH VERIZON AMD SHE SOLD BE NOTHING BUT LIES!!!

I went into this store mad because my new phone wasnt charging, come to find out I wasnt using the correct charger. I began using the charger they recommended and no longer have that issue. I also received some good deals on other things I needed! They were patient and understanding. Great job ladies! They definitely have my business.

Shawna is great to work with when buying a cellphone. She always keeps up with my orders and lets me know when they are in and helps out a lot when I have a question about my bill. Everyone in this store is super easy to deal with and very nice. They greet me when I come into the store which is a huge plus for me! I love this store when Im looking for a new cellphone!

Great customer service! Jacob definitely makes sure he goes out of his way to please and gets you in the best possible plan and has a great sense of humor. So if you happen to go into the store ask for Jacob!

Andrew Morris deserves a raise! He made the whole upgrade process so much easier, as well as explaining how some of the accessories worked. All I had to do was show up.By far the simplest trip Ive made to this store.

Went in with service issues with my phone and they girl wanted to reset my phones after that I couldnt get into my device. Not until I went to the other Verizon store in town and they told me the device was Google locked I explained to them what happened. That associate didnt remove my Google account before she reset my device causing my phone to be google locked her and her manger both didnt do anything to help me with ruining my phone causing me to be out of money purchasing a new device from another Verizon store. They ruined my phone I was unable to get back into my account and they did nothing to help me. I went to the one in Idaho street and at least they offered a phone to me until I could get another one. You need to train your employees better not happy with the service at this store my friends and family will no longer be coming here. I would put the name of the employees but none of them were wearing name badges or addressed them selves!

Maria gave us excellent service. She answered all our dumb questions, and spent a large amount of time making sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. She was very good at her job.

First they were a separate dealer who charged me for separate services which after I brought back the phone because did not fit my needs the separate services such as phone setup while I was there and they had to turn it on duh they charged me $20 for example. They also charged me lots of other charges which after I went to another of their franchise stores did not initially refund. I had to go twice and be pushy to get what I needed to get refunded (my rightfully refundable stuff) from Verizon.. NEVER go there but beware and select a Verizon Corporate Store who charges less and if you need to return stuff within their guidelines - you wont go through the hell I went through with these guys.

Plug ur phones in and keep them charged qould be nice

I would give negative stars if I could. The people were extremely rude. They sold me $80 screen protector that wouldnt even stick. I automatically took it back and they used a protection agreement I got when they should have just replaced it due to not being applied correctly.
