Rude and the staff is always assuming that everyone is a thief and going to steal. Cant ever just shop in peace or enjoy just browsing the store. After telling employee I didnt need any help then the entire rest of the staff has to come up to you 1 by 1 minutes apart from one another harrassing you and asking the same thing. Then will linger around you and act like all of a sudden they have work to do right by you. Very uncomfortable and regardless of how much money you spend or how frequently your a customer the experience is still the same. NEVER FUN OR I LEAVE IN A HORRIBLE MOOD and the rest of my day is messed up from trying to have a good time shopping. They should definitely hire a whole new staff of peopke who arent judging people by there looks because Ive never had a charge in my life and have no respect or intention of stealing from not just them but any store or person.

Beautiful store with great employees. Kind and vert helpful. Good bargains oplenty. Check out the clearance area. Never mind the caution colors these are fine quality items with great prices. Buy it here for less before it goes to Kohls for more.

An excellent place to shop for just about anything; clothing, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Prices are very reasonable. There several discounts just about every holiday. Friendly atmosphere.

This is the best place for haircuts! I have always left happy with my new style. Staff members are not talking all the time but allow you to relax and zone out during your hair appointment. I appreciate this.

This is the only functional department store on Elko. Its a good place to get a little higher quality clothing, and with sales the prices are typically reasonable.

The staff was super friendly and accompanying! Even on Black Friday they still seemed very happy.T he clothes are very nice and tend to last quite a long time. My only gripe is that the changing rooms have motion activated lights so occasionally they will turn off when trying new clothes.

Great Customer Service especially in the Beauty Salon

Employees are helpful many items are marked down along with other perks at check. They also have a hair solan. I and my husband have been very satisfied with our hair cuts.

We enjoy shopping at this location but do wish they would keep a better stock of the different sizes in the Arizona jeans for boys and men. We often end up having to order the sizes we need online.
