You call them up and they say that they have everything ready but its not ready when you get there and then they give you the wrong product.

Good luck finding someone to be at the office during normal business hours let alone try and reach someone by phone. Its been 3 weeks now..cant reach anyone or leave a voicemail message. Doors seem to be always locked. Guess leave a note on the door and hope they get the message?
