I selected three stars, because while the store in general is a good store, I get parts there when the need arises. Sometimes the staff doesnt seem all that eager to be welcoming or helpful. One employee in particular I actually avoid. Because I took a friend in once for a part, and I went my own direction to look at something for my truck, only to find out when we were leaving that the employee decided to run his mouth about me to my friend when I walked away. Yeah, great customer service. Ive never even done anything to the guy, so he really had no business running his mouth about me in the first place. But, on company time, and to my friend, thats just stupid.

They were very helpful. I had to get headlights for my car.They even put my headlights in, no charge.

Camping trip develops rough idle in traffic jam....mgr John IDs cyl4 misfire, loans me the tools (top of his head recollection on size), and we are back on the road with only one new sparkplug. (Ill replace the other 7 tonight at home, with my own tools next to my sweetie 😘)

Hit and miss. Half the staff are cool . Others not so much. Prices are a little higher then other part stores in town.

Got the wrong parts 3 times in a row then takes 2-3 weeks to get the proper parts

Its winter time and as everyone one knows car batteries can sometimes fail. Today that happened to me. Luckily I bought my battery at AutoZone. It is a Duralast battery and is covered by a two year warranty. I took the battery to the Ellensburg location and the AutoZone team took care of me. Thanks AutoZone!

I recently went into a car parts store. I waited for someone to greet me to welcome me anything and I received nothing! I then decided to go across the street to AutoZone where I was greeted before i even walked in! He was headed to his lunch break and went back in the store with me to take my order and took care of me within 5 mins! I will never walk into another car parts store again! Went in looking for a price on a tune up for my Land Rover. One of the employees came out to my vehicle to see what specific parts I needed and when I told him what my problem was with the vehicle he was able to give me really great advice on a low cost way to fix the issue. An auto parts store for General needs and wants. They can get you just about anything that is not out of this world upgrades; those kind of upgrades you might want to look online. But for the general everyday application you can get your Auto Part needs fulfilled. The men and women that work at these stores typically dont have auto mechanic knowledge like practical application knowledge. They just read something off of screen and tell you what they are being told. This is not bad but if you have a question about something it wont help you unless you do a little more research rather than just asking somebody thats selling you your parts and pieces. I will say that every individual Ive havce encountered at these stores will be honest upfront and say I dont have the knowledge about that so you might want to research more. That is a great quality to have so theyre not staring you down the wrong path. Other than that awesome place to get your Auto Parts and pieces.

Needs improvement on there service

Customer service here was amazing. Omar and another gentleman (I did not catch his name) went above and beyond to help us with an issue in our fuse panel.. we were 1400 miles from home so this meant alot to us!!

This is actually my favorite place to get parts in town. Generally they are the quickest to get parts they do not have. However, their point accrual system works great when doing longer term projects.

Cant say enough great things about the customer service....they are life savers that go above and beyound.My alternator went out and I was 100 miles from home....they helped me way beyond what any over company would.I am a customer for life!!!!It was the evening of November 1st...around 7:30 pm

These guys are literally some of the most helpful staff Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Always so willing to be helpful and informative.The manager gave me very valuable information when my Mustangs transmission went out and also gave me a cost efficient shop to use and always some cheaper thigns to look at before spending 1500 on a new trans.They also let me use a engine reader overnight by use of a deposit that i got 100% back the next day when i returned it. Love this shop.

One old guy was a real jerk. The other one was super nice and helped me. They had the chains I needed so overall it was a good visit.

They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and found a replacement piece for 8 dollars that I could install myself compared to when I called the mechanic and they wanted 98 dollars just to look at it, this was a win! Plus my car wouldnt start so they came out to help with that too!

These guys really helped my friend and I when we were just trying to get home. They told us what we needed to do and how to do it to get us home. Thanks guys!
