Deniz and the other saleswoman when I returned back the next day were very nice and helpful. enjoyed my visit to the store and am looking forward to my new bed.

My wife and I went into the Sleep Number Store in Encinitas, CA two days ago in search of a new mattress. I was clearly not too interested, but store manager Alex changed all that, and in less than an hour we were ordering a new mattress. Their technology is intriguing, and we found a bed that worked perfectly for both of us! Store is well-designed and has a clean, modern, uncluttered feel. Displays tell their story and impart information about their product. Employees are well-informed, courteous and patient.

It was an eye opening experience and I had no idea your mattresses were so therapeutic. Alex was kind and knowledge about all the products.

It was a Wednesday afternoon. I was wanting to buy an adjustable Sleep Number Bed. Elizabeth greeted me at the door and for the next two hours patiently explained all the benefits of each bed that I laid on. My final decision was the adjustable Flextop Cal King p5 360 Smart Bed. Elizabeth helped set up an account on my iPhone. Next choice was a mattress pad and True Temp Sheet Set. Elizabeth gave great direction and I left there with a smile. The customer service was impeccable!

James the sales associate who ran us thoroughly through the bed models without pressure into buying was the man! We bought a bed and looking forward to dialing in our sleep numbers for the best nights of sleep ahead.

This store is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I knew walking in i was buying a new bed but even so i was impressed with the service and knowledge. Now the beds are expensive but you should know that prior to going in so you dont faint.That being said the sales person did not pressure me about anything or try and upsell me at ALL!! It was awesome and we got the bed of our dreams.

Everything weny well waiting on deliver noy until we move in our new house.
