We had a great experience buying a new mattress yesterday. We recently had a wonderful sleep on a hotel bed and wanted to find a similar mattress with an adjustable frame. Hi, our sales rep, Daren, was very knowledgeable and personable.. we actually only accidentally stumbled upon this store by entering the wrong parking lot, but I wanted to check out if they had some of the mattresses to test and demo that I was looking at online: Not Only did this store have EVERY mattress to test that I was looking at (Purple, Serta, Temper, etc) but, Daren also took his time with us and actually got to know us and my needs and helped me find the perfect mattress to order..To be completely honest I was not planning to actually make the purchase this week, I only went into the store to feel the beds, but Daren was so convincing (without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured) that I went back and bought it a few days later. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to give me the exact same deal that he was trying to when we first met, but I could tell he was doing his best and I am glad to have him as my sales rep, so much so that even though he’s moving away to Florida he mentioned I could still contact him for assistance if I need it and I certainly plan to!! Now I just hope that when my new Bed arrives I will love it hahah.. can’t wait ;)

Never did I think I would write a review for a Mattress store but here we are:David and Manny were fantastic, informative, non pushy and very consultative over the 3-4 visits it took my wife and I to finally decide on the right bed (tempurpedic). Never felt like I was going to miss out on something if I didnt buy right then, no pressure and let us know what we can do to help you make a good decision.David’s patience is what did it. Multiple phone calls, questions, Always ready to answer.In the end we went with the Tempurpedic ProAdapt Hybrid, 2 weeks in waking up with no back pain and literally ready to tackle the day.This was after 2 unsuccessful mail order mattress attempts, one with Saatva (went bad after 2 years), and Wink (1 month). By went bad I mean it no longer supported us and we were waking up with sore backs again. Looking forward to the tempurpedic continuing to perform and will definitely be mindful of the 120 day trial if it does not.Worth stopping in folks, your back will thank you.

I have shopped here before and was pleased when Mattress Firm had what I needed for my guest room. Jay G made it an amazingly easy experience for me. Delivery was also perfectly executed. They have locations on both sides of El Camino. This was the one in the East side of the road.

I have to say, usually the mattress shopping experience can be one of the hardest and something most of us dread, but after coming here, Jay took away that feeling. He was extremely knowledgable about what type of mattress would work best for how I liked to sleep. My husband and I came in looking for two mattresses (a twin & a full) for a bunk bed set we just purchased for our boys. I had shopped around a bit online, but found it’s too difficult since you really have no idea what you’re getting with a mattress if you’re not able to test it out in person. My kids are young, so I wasn’t looking at getting the top of the line models- but since the bottom bed will probably be used by family when they visit for the holidays, I didn’t want the lowest end either! They have a little lego/toy table for the kids, so the boys stayed entertained while we tested out a bunch of mattresses. The sales associate, Jessica, was super friendly and really helped us pick out the best beds and gave us a really good deal on them as well. We ended up getting pillows, mattress covers, and sheets as well- not to mention, 3 month, interest free financing! She was even able to get us delivery for the next day! (Now all I need is for my husband to get the bunk beds built before the mattresses arrive tomorrow!!)

My boyfriend and I had been sleeping on my queen size (15 year old) mattress for 2 years and he bugged me everyday to go shopping for a new one. I was reluctant to make such a large purchase but once I entered the store I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process went. I dread walking into places that are too pitchy with their sales techniques. Jessica greeted us at the door with big smiles and guided us along to find the perfect mattress for us. We got a king size memory foam, and it is AMAZING!! She didnt try to pressure us to buy the most expensive bed (which we loved) and she is sooo cute and friendly! My boyfriend even liked her, which is HUGE! We spend so much more time at home now enjoying our lush and cozzy wozzy mattress. It totally changed my outlook on large furniture shopping. Our next adventure will be looking for a comfy couch!

After being given the runaround by shady used car types at other mattress places, Ill admit, I had low expectations going into this store, but I was desperate with terrible back pain. Casey Schuster and the staff there saved the day!!! Not only was he a real professional, he gave us the real white glove treatment. He listened to MY needs, not what he wanted to sell, and helped me narrow down my choices to a few great beds. I ended up choosing a fantastic beautyrest, and slept like a big giant baby the first night and every night since!!! Bottom line, great prices, great service, great product:) 10/10 would shop again
