Great experience with Brock and his dad. I drove out about 2 hours from NJ to see a car they had on site - always a risky move, but with Braxton it paid off. Car looked exactly like in the listing. Some minor interior / visual exterior issues, but Brock agreed to repair it all no added cost. He even agreed to deliver the car to me so I wouldnt have to drive out again. Additionally, it wasnt until I had gotten the car and drove around a bit that I realized he had his guy repair the front car seat (worn leather from wear and tear that I had merely accepted) without me even asking for it. 10/10 experience, despite the distance - will be looking to their lots first when I shop for my next car.

Great place to buy a used car! We received excellent customer service at Braxton Motors clean, well-managed, and inviting dealership. They had the exact car we had been looking for online and they made our 2 hour trip to their dealership worth our while. They gave us a very fair trade-in value and the car we wanted to buy was fairly priced at market value. Hands down best car buying process I have been through.We were able to negotiate a great price over the phone contingent on the car being good once I came in. They had all the paperwork completed and ready for me, and after a test drive I was in and out in 15 minutes, with all forms signed and new plates.

Refreshing car buying experience! Brock and Kevin were very easy and fair to deal with. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, they followed the rules for being open online per the Governors orders. I was able to test drive two similar cars by myself, on their lot. They have good cars at fair and reasonable prices. I drove 30 minutes to come to their dealership and I was not disappointed. Brock made it very easy and was super friendly/understanding. We live about an 1 hour 30 minutes away from the dealership and I wanted to have a price that we both agreed on. Pricing was broken down in the contract email. Some dealerships add extra fees, Braxton did not. We did almost all the paperwork over emails and maybe spent an hour test driving, inspecting the car. Overall when the time comes I will be getting my next vehicle from Braxton and asking for Brock.

Braxton Motor Company was a dealership buying experience like no other. In a field that is riddled with hidden fees and faux prices, Braxton Motor Company utilizes honest prices and stellar customer service to make sales. I drove over 2 hours to deal with Brock after attempting to find any nearby dealer willing to come anywhere close to his price (they did not). They were willing to take the car to a personal mechanic for pre-inspection, and had everything prepped for me to arrive. The purchase took no more than 15 minutes and they gained a loyal customer.

I purchased a used car from Braxton Motor Company and couldn’t have had a better experience. Loved my old vehicle and wasn’t quite ready to part with it, but the trade-in value I was offered on top of the great price of the Braxton car made it an easy decision. The entire process was efficient, easy and comfortable. I’d gladly return for future vehicle purchases and recommend them to others.

Kevin, who assisted me with the purchase, did a great job preparing the paperwork, making everything transparent, and being understanding when we had a slight complication. Overall, they seem like good people with newer vehicles at great prices. My only issue was I felt as if my trade in had been seriously devalued. Bare in mind, the vehicle I traded in did have several issues, I believe they could have worked with me more there. What could have been a great deal for me ended up being just an ok deal. Still, the vehicle I purchased was at a lower price point than any others in the area. I am moderately satisfied with my purchase, no bad vibes from Kevin, just a good businessman with some of the most competitive prices on newer vehicles.
