From the moment I walked through the door I knew these were good people to deal with. I did have one issue with the truck. The work was preformed within my warranty time and I didn’t see a bill for it at all. GREAT GUYS!

Last month we had the pleasure of purchasing a new to us vehicle from Kevin. We had been looking for the perfect Land Rover LR4 for several years, and none of them ever seemed to have the right interior color trims, rims, exterior colors, or options packs that we wanted. Kevin managed to find us a spotless 2015 LR4 with a metallic white paint job in the Luxury package, finished off with a gorgeous black package. When he told us it was the nicest LR4 hes ever seen we knew it was the truth. We LOVE it! Our kids beg to ride in it every time we go somewhere. Kevin went above and beyond every step of the process. From negotiating a Stellar price at the auction for us, to ordering an inspection at the auction (with 14 day return warranty), to performing their own in house inspection and detailing at their shop to guarantee everything was functioning at its peak. Their shop even caught a belt that was placed on backwards by the previous Land Rover services at dealer. Signing and transfer was quick and pleasant. It was obvious that this family run business is one that runs on integrity, pride in their inventory, and honesty. We will definitely trust Pine Tree with our vehicle needs in the future!

The staff here are rude and unhelpful at best; and downright disrespectful at worst. Their automobile selection is fair, but in our case, the vehicle seemed to have a number of problems that were hidden by cosmetic updates; and were not immediately noticeable. I cannot say that it was the dealer that performed them; but you would think they would have been identified in the intake and inspection process.The staff is uneducated on Pennsylvania state law, to a fault; and Kevin is your typical used car salesman, attitude an all. We have purchased a number of used vehicles over the years, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.Caveat emptor!

AFTER I TOTALED MY JEEP ON BLACK ICE, I SPENT MONTHS SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT TRUCK. THIS PROVED TO BE MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN I ANTICIPATED. I FINALLY STUMBLED UPON PINE TREE MOTORS AND FELL IN LOVE WITH A BEAUTIFUL FORD IN THEIR LOT. TO MY SURPRISE, IT WAS ALL GRAVY FROM THERE ON OUT. HASSLE FREE, PRESSURE FREE, CARFAX ON THE SPOT, KEYS AND TEST DRIVE AND I WAS SOLD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND TO THE POINT. IT WAS MY KIND OF BUSINESS. THE TRUCK WAS EVEN SPARKLING CLEAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP TO BRING HOME. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A FREIND OR FAMILY MEMBER. QUALITY VEHICLES AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

However like any other car dealer,watch what you buy!!!!!. purchased a GMC Yukon,by the time i got it home the battery was failing and the emissions light came on,a week later the alternator was replaced, about a month later the window regulator,and another is on its way out now.Noticed 3 of the brake lines were rigged with hand bent copper tubing rather than stainless steel. (you could plainly see it was done recently).The abs brake system is failing. at about 7 months the right front wheel nearly came off the truck because of a bad hub bearing,once fixed i noticed the other one is humming as well, they dont go bad overnight. how it managed to get state inspection stickers on it was beyond me. Had a fresh oil change when i bought it but as soon as the oil thinned out i noticed it has a light rod knock.I am very easy on my vehicles, I generally take good care of them.But this one is killing me,What a waste of $7000.00 cash. I just hope it lasts the 5 years of the loan,if not i am completely screwed.

While I didnt buy a vehicle here, Im writing this review to commend the salesperson for his patience in letting me look at several vehicles without getting frustrated or pushy with me. I will recommend them.
