Horrible, misinformed associates. Sold a free 2 week trial of Direct TV Streaming service from this location. Lied about the free trial as I was billed within 24 hours, and lied about the impact of Streaming their service on my phone. Associate had told me I would use 1gb data in 24 hours of straight watching. In reality I was dinged 5gb in 45 minutes. I believe the associates are receiving some sort of bonus or kick back for direct TV sign up. Dont do it. Better yet, do NOT shop here. Untrustworthy.Cindy O.

After 5 hours spent across 3 visits at the Elverson T-Mobile store with zero progress, I decided to evaluate other carriers. That brought me to this store where I was helped by Schneider. He was tremendous, and in less than 1 hour, he was able to convert the 3 lines on my account from Sprint to AT&T with a device upgrade. Schneider was super knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions at the drop of a hat!As I left the store, I was not only armed with more info than I ever got in my 5 hours with T-Mobile, but I actually had closure and a resolution to my problem. I was walking out the door a happy AT&T customer - in large part due to Schneider and his customer assistance.

Stopped in at the Ephrata location and Anthony was super accommodating and friendly (even though we came in 20 minutes before closing which I know can be really annoying!) very pleased with my visit

Robert was SO helpful and down to earth. I appreciate so much how meticulous and picky he was about getting all of the dust off of my new phone screen before applying the new screen protector! He answered all of our questions and was super informative. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T!

Ive had pretty good experiences in here. I knew what I wanted in advance, so they helped me with placing the order and with getting a screen protector on. The employees also did a really good job of explaining the upgrade process to me.

Anthony was absolutely amazing! He was by himself all night with at least 3 customers at a time and did a great job jumping back and forth and helping everyone. He was super friendly and so helpful in answering all our questions.

Anne was amazing!!! She looked into my whole plan and told me I was paying to much for the plan I need. She fixed it all and helped me out. It’s rare that you find someone who’s dedicated to the company they work for but still care about their clients! She’s amazing.... there were 5 employees in the store when I walked in tonight..... she handled me.... the phone when it rang .... and greeted the customers when they came in...... her other employees didn’t care ...... she deserves a raise or to move up in the company....

Yesterday my mom and I went to the AT&T store on 322 in Ephrata Pa get a new IPhone. Suzanne G spent 4 hours with us! She made sure we had literally everything we needed! She was kind, patient, thorough, and smiling behind her mask. 😊 Thank you so much Suzanne for being so helpful. You’re the best! 🙌🏽 I highly recommend this location. We are two very satisfied customers.

Great experiences at this new AT&T store. I’ve been in twice now and have had the best customer service. First, Julian and Rob helped us order the new iPhone 12 pro max and were very knowledgeable in helping decide which iPhone 12 to get. They made the process very easy and were super friendly. The phone came in super quick and we were back in 3 days to get our phones switched over. This time Kenny and Rob assisted us and made the process of transferring our stuff over super easy and pretty quick! Well Kenny was quicker than Rob, but it wasn’t a competition or anything. Kenny took the time to put our screen protectors on perfectly and gave us a tutorial on the new phone. Thanks so much guys!

I have updated my rating, I would have made it a 0 star rating if possible, to reflect the issues we have experienced since the initial rating six months ago. The customer service seemed great, we were set up with AT&T Television and since we had a preexisting Direct TV account it was canceled in the store by Austin and one of his associates helping us. Little did we know it wasn’t actually canceled so we continued to be debited for Direct TV and also began paying for AT&T TV. Once we became aware of the issue we were told by a phone representative with DirectTV service could not be canceled in the store. I was able to get in contact with Austin who assured me it had been canceled and he would work to take care of the issue with his supervisor. This AT&T associate did not only fail to cancel the service, there was no effort made to help with the issue and AT&T did not take accountability for the misinformation, instead the final bill was sent to collections. Unacceptable.

My family came in to upgrade two phones and were initially checked in by a staff as we waited service. Unfortunately we weren’t given a timeline by the staff and then we were not helped for about 45 minutes while we waited, even noticing a family come in after us be served before us.Enter Suzanne: professional, energetic, and taking initiative to be sure we were helped. She communicated effectively and saw us helped and on our way in less time than we had been waiting. We noticed she easily was serving 3 or more customers at one time, outshining her peers and saving our experience. We are thankful for her energy and help, and apart from her we may have switched providers out of frustration!

Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and worked very hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. She took excellent care of me and I’ll be back to upgrade the other lines on my account when the time comes. Thank you so much Suzanne!

Extremely helpful and friendly. Christopher stayed over and hour after the store closed to make sure I was taken care of and left satisfied. He answered all my questions saved my lots of money and polite and hospital while doing so. Im very happy I switched to AT&T and will have the pleasure of dealing with these people.... I also noticed his coworker Katie was there working late as well helping another customer so this must be a common willingness with this committed team....thank you guys!!!!

Robert has a Great costumer care abilities! He handled well everything with my needs on upgrading the phone, adding a line and transferring all my information from my old phone .He was able to solve my issues with the new upgrade, and was able to help 3 other consumers with a great attitude and calm while it was time to close the store. I had mostly given up on AT&T stores but after a phone dying on me suddenly I was in need. This store and Robert specifically restored my faith in the brick and mortar experience. They were fast, helpful, and professional getting me a better deal on both a phone and plan than I would probably have figured out on the website.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted right away by Anthony. I knew what phone I planned to upgrade to, and he was able to get everything set up for me including syncing my Apple Watch to the new phone. Since I was trading in my old phone, he was also very careful and encouraged me to make sure everything had transferred to the new phone before I erased the old one. I was very pleased with the entire process, and the staff was very friendly.

The service was great at this store. We went to upgrade 2 lines on our account. The first one went through with no problem. The second we ran into issues. I give a lot of credit to Robert and Suzanne who for the next two days did everything they could think of to help us. They were great to work with. Oh though we still had issues they never gave up on me and I appreciate everything they did for us.

I gone into the AT&T store yesterday because I was having issues with my phone and had questions I wanted to ask and Suzanne helped me yesterday. I had to come up to town this afternoon stop back in at the AT&T store because I was still having issues with my phone. Suzanne waited on me again today and it was determined that my SD card was going bad and that my phone I had was really old so I ended up getting a new phone so far what I figured out I like the new phone. Suzanne was very helpful and explained as much as she could. If she was in training she did a good job.

Being a difficult customer I give the managers and staff kudos for their patience and friendliness. The overall experience with AT&T can be aggravating depending on who you get on the phone. I came into the store with an issue with my phone. Unfortunately, it was not something that can be fixed. Julian was helpful in showing me all my options and making sure that he did everything to see if he can fix my phone. He was patient in answering all my questions.

Kenny was tremendous. Friendly, and very willing to assist us in what we needed. He helped us consolidate our family plan to save us money. He also assisted mr in upgrading my phone in an almost seamless process. Kenny is an asset to this store and this company. I am in sales myself and Kenny checked all the right boxes for me.

So I went in today to trade my phone in and had a wonderful experience. Katie was the person that helped me out. She told me about the sales and helped me pick a new phone. I came In for a new sim chip and met Robert Squillace . Robert is a professional in ever sense of the word. He walked me through everything I was so impressed I ended buying a new phone. I will never buy a phone anywhere else I’m a customer for life.

My ancient 5S iPhone finally died and would no longer take a charge. Went to the AT&T Store in Ephrata and Ken helped me to choose a new iPhone that I would be comfortable using. He didn’t try to “sell me up” in fact he made sure that I was able to take advantage of the discounts offered. He helped me set up the new iPhone and even put the protective Otter Box on for me. Excellent service! Thank you, Ken and AT&T!

Pricey but a great customer service

Service representatives, Thao, was exceptional. She was friendly,fast, professional, and knowledgeable as she juggled calls, walk in customers, and initial set up of my account. She handled every case with ease and I thank you for a great experience. Shes a natural at excellent customer service. Im glad I switched to a carrier who offers in person support from knowledgeable reps like her.

Salesman helped my wife and I get new phones. Helped us switch plans in a very polite manner. Explained exactly what we need to do when we eventually receive our iphone 12 pros. Only thing is i think they need more staff on Sundays. We did wait almost 45 minutes because there was not enough staff to customers.

We worked with Christopher today to switch from a previous service provider to AT&T as well as getting my husband and I onto a family plan and getting us new phones. This took a ton of time and he was patient and stayed well past his shift and closing time to finish taking care of us. Phones and accessories are plentiful but the service is very slow.

We walk in, a lady starts helping us, then we are told she isn’t working today and left. The guy at the counter said we’d be right with you. We are alone in the store and nobody on the AT&T staff at that point is out, they are all in the back. We are the only customers. We go up to the guy who is up by the corner counter, and ask him we are looking to buy two new iPhones. Point is, we wasted 45 minutes standing and no one actually helped us.

Julienne Cypress went above and beyond what was excellent customer service. He was patient with us inexperienced cell phone owners. Answered every question we had and some we didn’t know to ask. I will absolutely go back to him from now on.

Manager is super paranoid, going way beyond the recommendations by CDC & PA Dept of Health. Ive had to visit this store several times lately. Saw small children or elderly waiting alone outside (with no seating) since they will not even let a small family unit or elderly married couple in together. Finally went farther to another store where the atmosphere was much more friendly and I could check out the phones without making someone wait outside in inclement weather.

Service was great. All my issues were resolved.

I was in over 2 weeks ago too upgrade my phone paid for the bill for the upgrade ect ect... and the system crashed I understand stuff happens and the guy helping me did everything in his power. So he put a sticky note on the phone with my name and number on it call me soon as the system back up am running. Still been over 2 weeks no courtesy call.. nothing... kind of feel ripped off. Probably going too another location now.

The associate was great (I believe Thao?); trying to multitask due to the exuberant amount of customers. ATT corporate needs to do a lot better job staffing; watched her sell 4+ contracts/upgrades while waiting my turn as more and more people filed in. - Kudos to her for not getting overwhelmed by the non-stop action. DO BETTER ATT CORPORATE- AND GIVE THAO A RAISE, she saved y’all from losing multiple customers.

Came in for a new SIM card and was told to come back due to only one employee working and there was a long line. Came back an hour later and waited another hour until closing time. I could have gone to another location and been helped. Poor customer service. Not the workers fault entirely, but the manager needs more staff on hand so that people don’t wait 2 hours...

All the staff were very kind and welcoming. The gave me the right answers and actually helped me a lot. I highly recommend.

Very courteous and professional.

It was very difficult for the staff to settle my account. It wasnt their fault their equipment was not working. There were people waiting out in front because theyre not allowed to have more than one person in the store. I have to say get under the conditions they did an excellent job. They gave me as much information as I wanted and I was on my way.

Abigail was super helpful and extremely nice. She seems to always be in such high spirits whenever shes working and the manager Mercedes is always doing such a good job keeping that store running!

Will not go to any of the stores in Park city, service is always mediocre and always about the sales. When I walked in here the friendly staff tried to talk me into keeping my previous phone and trying a few quick fixes for my issue first, they very much cared about me as a customer rather than as a sale. Once I explained I was thinking about upgrading they asked a few preference questions and made recommendations without pushing anything on me. Will be going here for anything I need from now on

I was quoted a price for me and my wife to be on a plan and now all of a sudden I get a massive bill thats 3x the amount discussed. And on top of that theyre trying to charge me monthly for a free phone. Every time I try to reach the store I get rudely blown off by a specific sales rep and told to just accept it, someone needs to get fired. Fadeela on the other hand has been trying to figure things out with me which is appreciated for sure,just havnt had a good experience with at&t so far with a lot of empty promises.

The staff is an insult to humanity they will straight up lie just to sell you new devices and products also very uncoordinated I called to see if a device I ordered was ready to pick up in store since tracking info showed it was there and they said it wasn’t so after I kept on calling to see if it had arrived they finally said they had it a day and a half after tracking info showed it was received by the store. Yes I would recommend a friend to stay as far away from this store as possible. Until they hire some more knowledgeable staff and or fire a specific incompetent female clerk I am done with this location
