Love the Verizon Store in Ephrata. The guys are always so helpful and go out of their way to help with whatever is needed. Alex was extremely helpful today when I went in to get my husbands phone fixed after it cracked. Would recommend this store to anyone.

We went into this store to see our options for upgrading a phone and adding a line. We are great Lancaster County people so you know we wanted to check all of our options for the cheapest way to do this! John (OG) was very patient with us in explaining all the options, positives and negatives with getting an older phone verse a newer phone. He even tried to talk my teenage daughter into getting the better deal with an Android. Of course she declined! In the end we walked out with 2 phones that met our needs in our budget. Customer service at this store was out of this world positive! Highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend this store. My experience started out with a phone call asking if they carry a mobile Hotspot. Derek was very professional and polite over the phone explaining what they had. Upon arrival later in the day, he remembered my call, and helped me with updating some of my other phone needs as well. He was extremely professional, polite, and patiently took the time to explain all my options, costs, and instructions on how things work that I was unfamiliar with. Verizon Authorized Retailer- TCC842 E Main StEphrata, PAThis was a very shocking and horrific experience. I live in Seattle and visit Ephrata, Pennsylvania often. My parents live at Keystone Villa and are in their mid-80s. I open a Verizon wireless account 4-5 years ago for my mom and dad. I pay $80/month for basically two lines when neither parent uses data, they are technically challenged. For months, I have been trying to be assigned an “account manager” position on this account. Being that there are 2300 miles between us, a time difference of three hours and unreasonable time constraints of less than 2 minutes to resetting account passwords, accessing the account, and assigning “account managers” makes coordinating account settings impossible when the person paying for the account doesn’t have access to the account other than viewing it. My parents had Co-Vid 19 in February/March and were hospitalized. My mom and dad had a difficult time and are still recovering. They are fully vaccinated now yet they are very elderly and have a few issues, one being mobility issues. I was greeted by a friendly younger gentleman with facial hair, he was with another customer, he addressed me and told me that he would be with me. I was more than happy to wait patiently. At this moment I met the most unfriendly and unprofessional sales agent. Let us call him John because that is indeed his name, not that he ever introduced himself, but it was later told to me by others after sharing my story. Apparently other people knew of his rudeness. Well, here is my story. John did not help me once he knew I was leaving Verizon and moving my parents to a more suitable plan that was more geared for them. I shared my frustrations with John and my numerous attempts to correct this issue. I had both my parent’s cell phones with me. John told me that this could be handled over the internet or with a phone call. I persisted to say that I am from out of town, and I wanted to try to resolve this issue. I thought that having both my parent’s phones with me would be helpful in coordinating the numerous Verizon texts to verify this line, this access code, this password, etc. I told John that I could have one of my parents come to the Verizon store with identification, to expedite this request. I told John that “my parents had Co-Vid 19”. I may not have emphasized the “had” part to satisfy his medical expertise, but I did tell him that my sister will be escorting one of them down to the store. After a few minutes, John came back and asked me to leave. He said neither of my parents would be allowed in the store because of Co-Vid. There was no reasoning with John, he had made up his mind. He knew what he thought he heard. He did not want to talk about it. He again asked me to leave. I said no and you misunderstood me, they had Co-Vid months ago. He would not talk to me and threatened to call the police if I did not vacate the store. As a one-armed guy trying to gather up my belongings I told John, go ahead and call the cops…it’ll be interesting to see how they hand cuff a one-arm person. You see, I have never been arrested. Upon leaving the store and stood in front of Starbucks’ store front to wait for my sister. My sister pulled up with my dad in the car. I tried to tell my sister what happened. My dad, still sitting in the car, was clearly upset after seeing how upset I was. This should never have happened. My sister went into Verizon to talk with John. At first, he did not want to talk to her. She was calm and said to him that they were going to discuss this issue. Calming my sister told John that both my parents were cleared of CO-VID months ago and they both had fully been vaccinated. She continued to tell John that if he would not allow my father in the store that he needed to tell us how to resolve this issue. Both my sister and I are healthcare providers. We know that if John would have listened initially, this knee-jerk reaction could have been avoided.

This is ugly, I will not go back there. The workers tried to get me to buy something that I didnt need. I was told that Verizon no longer works with Apple customers if they have phone 11. What nonsense ?! I was able to do this myself via the site. I was told that I had to pay for functions that I did not need at all! I was forced to buy a product that I do not need!

I’ve always dealt with Alex and he has always done an amazing job. I would give 10 stars if I could! I definitely recommend Alex anytime you need anything!

We recently went in to add my girlfriends phone to my plan and were initially assisted by John, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up upgrading her phone and then went back the next day and ended up upgrading mine as well. We pre-ordered the phones, and when they came in Alex helped us get everything setup. He had some trouble as her phone was having issues transferring everything over, so it took much longer than expected. But Alex was a trooper and made sure he didnt leave until everything was perfect (thanks again!). I am a actually a returning customer, as I have also purchased a previous phone from Derek, and I cant say enough about all three of these guys. Definitely a satisfied customer here.

With the Starter Unlimited plan + my device installment costs, Im paying just $10 more per month than I was before with a plan that gave me my unlimited talk, text, and only 8 GB data (with out a device payment!).He was both fast and thorough when moving my data from my old phone to the new one. And, he explained the lay of the land on the new phone so that it was easy for me to adjust to the differences between the Note 4 and Note 10+.Im very pleased with Johns service and expertise. Im sure Ill have some questions as I navigate through some of the new functionality that the Note 10+ offers, and I appreciate that John encouraged me to contact him if I need any help.Ive had an exemplary experience and wholeheartedly give a 5 star rating.

We were told that there was a rebate offer on phone and then turns out it ended the day before I purchased the phone. When we tried returning phone the were going to charge us to restock. It was there lack of knowledge. Anytime you question them on anything they get upset and defensive. Honestly I would give them less then one star.

I normally dont post negative post but what happened to my 83 year aunt was unthinkableMy aunt stopped in for a new phone (1st mistake my aunt went there alone)She asked a sales man about her phone being slow so instead of helping her out they proceeded to sale her a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PHONE than what she had and with many extras she didnt need or have on her old phone .When I called them they told me that they showed her all of the phones they had and that she picked out the phone she liked (not even close to what she had)Im an over the road truck driver an just found out today what happened my aunt cant even turn her phone on there is an 14 day return policy and she is past the 14 days by 2 days and they cant help out sorry they saidTo take advantage of an senior citizen is the lowest of lowsSTAY FAR AWAY FROM TCC IN EPHRATA PA

Horrible store and downright dishonest salespeople who lie right to your face. Well what do you know! Email is invalid and the phone number is another run around! Wow pretty smart for a shoe salesman former TCC manager Jon Johnson who gives an honest review! I feel sorry for the store you work at now and they should be careful if this is the kind of honesty they can look forward to. I still stand by my review and your work history and review has been forwarded to Verizon. Wonder if youre selling shoes in the same dishonest childish manner? Oooohhh a typo! That proves they are unintelligent so lets rip them off! Good one! Stick with shoes dude! Yes folks this guy worked at the same store thats ripping people off! Do not go to this store. Customer service after the initial sale is horrible. The manager needs to be fired! This is not a Verizon store and there is some seriously shady stuff going on here. There were so many extra charges added to our phone bill it doubled. This after they said they could reduce it. If you try to take your phone back you will get more run around than you can imagine until the 2 week return time is up. Plus youll be waiting hours each time you go back. We got a tablet for 99 cents with our upgrade. Well they charged us almost 60.00 a month for this 99 cent tablet. Save yourself the grief and added charges and go to a real Verizon store.

Josh is great! I came in with an issue, my phone is locked to a prepaid service and I wanted to move it Verizon. Even though he was unable to fix my issue, He helped my mom and I with everything with trying to unlock the phone and even talking to the carrier to try and help.

We love the service they provided us with. They worked quickly when my phone was stolen. They immediately were able to find a solution for me. They even went above to ensure my security and were thorough with answering all my questions. I love my new phone!

I have had nothing but great service here. I had an emergency on my way out of town a couple of weeks ago my phone had completely died. I needed my phone for navigation and other features for my trip. I stopped in with very little time, and John and the manager jumped in and helped me. They were so speedy in setting up a new phone for me. I was on my way in about 35 minutes with my new Galaxy S8 all set up and off to compete in my triathlon. I went in with my grandparents to pick out their first smart phone. I anticipated upselling and an inpatient salesman who didnt want to deal with extremely novice users.Instead, we had an extremely patient, honest salesman who explained every fee in detail and did not try to talk them up to something they did not need. I simply couldnt believe how supportive, patient and friendly John was.. even providing his personal number if they had any issues. Likely the best customer service experience Ive ever had. 10/10.

I agree with the comment Cris left about my experience being the polar opposite of the negative reviews. Its a shame positive comments arent as frequently left on reviews as they should be vs the negative. I encountered very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough representatives. The manager at this location was also very friendly, as well as very involved with ensuring all my questions and concerns were answered. I wasnt rushed nor was anything pushed on me to purchase. I would highly recommend going to this location whether its for a purchase or just to have questions answered.

Every time Ive been in this store Ive had great service. I came in looking for accessories for a phone that wasnt even bought there and they were extremely knowlegable and responsive to my questions. It was nice to know that even though it was clear my purchase wouldnt be of much/any commission they still took their time and made me feel like a valuable customer.
