Very unprofessional. I was actually applying for a job at this location. 2 interviews, they were almost an hour late for both of them. Got to witness a few customer transactions during the first one. Very ghetto attitudes, calling customers racial slurs behind their backs. In the end I was told I had the job but then never called back with a start date. Probably for the best, I just wanted a weekend job for some extra cash but it would have most likely been a bad time. Yes I’ll admit I’m writing this review mostly out of spite that they promised me a job and never called back but hey, it’s a truthful review and that’s what you get for being unprofessional!
Very unprofessional! No customer service! He rolled his eyes when we said we were Sprint customers that needed to be mitigated to T Mobile
Went there to get a phone, I was waiting for 45 minutes and none of the employees even bothered address me, that’s very unprofessional. How are they gonna get more costumers if they don’t pay attention to the people who actually want to buy something.
Told me my activation fees would get waived, they did not. I opted not to take insurance, he signed me up for it anyway. Disappointed to say the least.

I went in to make a payment. The man taking my payment was wearing his mask on his chin, There’s a sign on the door says you must wear a mask to enter. Well I am auto immune compromised I did not feel comfortable in the store. Employee has no concern for people entering this store. Will NOT be stopping there again

We have been T-Mobile customers for 5 years now. We were so excited when they opened a store in Ephrata. My experiences within the store have never been disappointing. Every person I have interacted with have been knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy and just fun to talk with/do business with. Pompey, John and Kevin are three that I will steer towards anytime I’m in the store. While the experiences in the store are usually never fast, they make it more enjoyable by being polite and easy to have a conversation with. This, along side the great service we get with T-Mobile will keep us customers for a long time! Keep up the good work!!

Great experience friendly staff
Staff is super rude and all around not helpful. Called to ask a simple question an was placed on hold without being told I was being placed on hold. Called the store back several times before someone even attempt to answer. After all of that all I hear is the person i spoke with before in the background with yelling straight attitude saying she answered my question and that i hung up on her! If I so called hung up on her the call wouldnt have continued on my end.
When you go here ask for John. He was awesome! He answered all our questions and gave us the best deals. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend!
Very friendly and helpful staff! Although I left T-Mobile, I would likely be coming back. Most of the issues probably had to do with the cheap phone I got. They have good deals and good plans. I just need to see good reception when I get a better phone.

We had been to TMobile stores and talked to people on the phone about an issue we were dealing with for 2 months. We were on the brink of switching phone carriers altogether until we talked to these guys. Pompey was incredible to work with. He was understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go to bat for us with corporate. I will never go to another TMobile store besides this one!

Adryana was EXTRAORDINARILY patient! I had lots of questions and she answered all and gave me solutions to help my whole family with all our individual needs. A gifted and very adept sales woman! What gained our respect was we provided her with a challenge and she had great patience to work with us and show us ALL the possible plan variations we were curious about. She went the extra mile and made us feel like we were welcome and not like we were an annoyance! Our superb customer service experience continued with John two days later. John was equally enjoyable and quite jovial to work worth on what can often be a tedious experience when changing an account to open a new one. John was humorous and stayed until after the store closed to get our phones backed up.OUTSTANDING EPHRATA T-MOBILE SERVICE!

John Eager was a friendly guy and offered me a promotion for an iPhone 11 if I add a phone to my line. I did so but the next few months we started noticing the bill was a lot more then regular. Turns out we were getting charged $60 extra a month because John didn’t do the promotion right
So appreciative of Adryana! She set up my phone and was super quick about! 5 stars all the way!!

I went to the T-Mobile store in Ephrata Pa I am a veteran and senior citizen the employee who’s name is Pompey Suggs spent extra time explaining the phones procedures until I understood. He did an excellent job, he is knowledgeable, kind and patient. I highly commend and recommend him if I owned T-Mobile he would be my top employee. Great job and thank you Pompey Suggs. Mike
Not trustworthy. I was quoted a price online by T-Mobile that prompted me to leave long time carrier AT&T and head to T-Mobile. I went to the Ephrata T-Mobile and Kevin assisted me. He was very nice and accommodating, and he said he would honor the online quote. But then he proceeded to give me free items as he stated, which would later be billed to me each month. My monthly bill was almost $80 higher than the original quote. When I went back to the store each time to have this corrected, Kevin lied to me and told me next month my bill would be right. It was not. I then asked the manager, Zach Duty, to look into this. After weeks, I called him and he stated there was nothing he could do to make this right. I am highly disappointed that I switched to T-Mobile, as I am not saving the money I thought I was, and I have worse service as a result.UPDATE: so this response on Google to my post is rediculous. The link does not work and there is no email address. I have visited the store 5 times in the past 3 months to have this straightened out, but to no avail. I am switching back to AT&T as soon as I possibly can.

The customer service in this store is above & beyond what weve experienced at other carriers. We have worked with Ken the Assistant store Manager, who is awesome but every employee weve encountered has been engaged & helpful as well. Tmobile as a carrier is better than any other one Ive dealt with. I reccomend them to everyone!

Until recently Id always been a T-Mobile customer. A few months ago, I decided to switch to StraightTalk, Walmarts cell phone service built on Verizons network, to save money. Yesterday, I was persuaded to restore pattern-unlock (on a tic-tac-toe board) to enhance the security of my phone, as Id been having security issues with it and my internet. This morning, called upon to repeat the pattern, I couldnt recall it. With the store empty, Kevin and Jon at Ephratas T-Mobile store (on 322WB) reset my phone, prepared it to be reprogrammed, and sent me on my way happy and nary a dollar less wealthy. Thats courtesy. Thats service. Where do you think Ill buy my next smart phone?
Some really big guy think hos name is john he smelled really bad like cat urine. And was very pushy on selling a tablet to my grandmom who said no several times. He srill put insurance on the 2 phones even after we said no we do not need insurance what for when there is a 1 year warranty on the phones he told us sbout.
Never again will I go to this store!! The guy who wanted to help me gave me attitude and didnt want to listen to what I had to say. And when I called in to talk to the manager he also gave me an attitude.
Pompey assisted us when we visited the store, I was very impressed with his customer service.
This store and the manager Kevin are the only positive aspects to write about for Tmobile. After 15 years, I left due to the worst and incompetent customer service I have ever encountered. Kevin however at the Tmobile Ephrata, PA store is kind, knowledgable, and withholds a strong work ethic. To have to deal with anyone else but him in the future, I would rather be held captive in a POW camp.

Really bad experience the other day not ver knowledgeable and 2 crew members seemed like they were on something eyes were very bloodshot and smelled very different. I ended up leaving with nothing . I was going to switch over my 4 lines from sprint but it will not be at this store. Couldnt even quote my properly.
