They informed of the progress of our vehicle. They vehicle look brand new when the work was done. We would highly recommend them for any body work and would definitely use them again if need be.

Shop and staff seemed legit. Manager decided not to take my business because they were not able to guarantee the job, and although he briefly explained, he simply said it is what it is and walked away leaving the technician having to deal with my questions. Very rude, poor attitude that might lead to losing business.

This is one of the best collision repair services you can go to. Shauna the front desk receptionist is amazing! In addition, George helped me out tremendously by providing me the best price for my bumper that fell off on the freeway. They even washed my car! I honestly would not go to any other collision place to fix my car. They are the real deal!!

The technicians are artists, making our Mazda look brand new. During repair they found hidden damage to safety feature in one of the doors that could have been easily missed. Expert body work and flawless paint match. Lucy (front desk) was great to work with. Owners sought us out to assure us of their quality and dedication for 30+ years. Great place!

John Mcclure&his team at advanced auto collision are beyond awesome.My 2016 brand new hyundai elantra was hit 1 day after I drove it off the lot last october to the tune of 8,000.I was ref to advanced by my neighbor who used to sell cars and remembered working with them in past.I called them the day after the accident and I went that day for an estimate.Turned out AAA(insurance covering the accident) already had a relationship with advanced which made it all super easy.John was so great in keeping me updated on the repairs,etc.They had my car for almost a month and did such a beautiful job.It just had its first service appointment with a full inspection and hyundai said it is still just like a new car.Thanks advanced!!I couldnt be happier with the work you did on my hyundai!!Jenn in encinitas

Took forever to repair my car. They said they would have it done in two week and it took them 6 weeks. They also used cheap after market parts.
