Troy and his team are professionals!! I had an emergency appointment since my drive from San Jose, I had developed a bad front end rattle. They eagerly listened and looked at it and were able to tighten up my front end at no charge. Dave is a really good tech who took the time to listen to my detailed explanation since I usually work on the car myself. He was able to quickly diagnose and I was on my way. I hope I don’t have such issues making the long trip down again but now I know I have a trust worthy team in AGA to look at my car if I need anything done.

I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a 2013 SL550. I normally do business with Mercedes Benz of Escondido, but they were booked. So I took a chance with All German Auto. Chance and Stella were excellent!!!!! I truly felt like they wanted what was best for me and the vehicle. Chances knowledge of the car and how he showed so much pride in his craft was extremely comforting. I later purchased the car and had All German Auto perform some needed repairs and a service. I will no longer be doing business with Mercedes Benz of Escondido.

I used All German Auto, as recommended by our guy, Matt, at Firestone in Vista. Firestone attempted to remove my BMW X1 wheel locks for a routine tire rotation and unfortunately they were unsuccessful on one of the locks, leading to a damaged rim. Thankfully, they replaced the rim on their dime, and recommended All German, as they have a tool that the previous owner created, specifically for this task. Our guy was even able to speak with Troy, to assure that the same thing wouldnt occur. Within 20 minutes, they got the lock removed and replaced it with a standard bolt, for less than $100. We will keep their information if the need arises. Thank you for serving during this pandemic.

I really appreciate everything Dan has done for me and my Audi. I needed a lot of repairs, and some were common problems with Audi, but mostly wear tear. I originally got an estimate from the Audi dealership which would have been twice as much for less repairs than I actually needed. I also live in Temecula, and gave me transportation and no auto place I know does that. So before taking your German vehicle to the dealership and avoid high cost...try All German Auto!

I took my Mercedes in because several systems were malfunctioning. Unfortunately, they said it would be cheaper for Mercedes dealer to fix because it was an engineering software issue. I’m writing a good review because they decided not to charge me for diagnostics because they couldn’t fix it. I was really impressed with that level of customer service. I’m going to bring my Mercedes here from now on!

Troy, Chris, and Christine are the best! They are very trustworthy and fair. I have a Mercedes with 140K miles and they have been very straightforward in letting me know what maintenance and repairs are recommended versus which are a must so I can spread the expense over time. Their estimates and prices are always very fair and they are respectful to the customer. I have had many dealers and repair shops who give me a higher price than my husband and All German Auto seems to be consistently fair and respectful.

I am in the process of purchasing a Porsche Cayenne and it was recommended that I talk to Troy at All German Auto to have a Pre-Purchase Inspection done. This was my first contact with All German Auto and my experience with their staff was very good. The staff was very accommodating and responsive. I took my car to have the check engine lite looked at. they cleared the code after they charged me an absurd amount of money. two days later the check engine light came back on and I bought a 50 dollar part to fix it. the repairs they sold me did absolutely nothing for what i brought the car in for. I called and they had fired the guy that was helping me and still refuse to refund my money. I am reporting them to the Bureau of automotive repair and filling with the courts to return my money.

I recently purchased a classic Porsche 911 from All German Auto. I live in North Carolina and this was the first time I have ever bought a car remotely. I must admit that I was a bit worried about how it would all work out, but it turned out great. The overall experience was truly fantastic. They provided detailed/historical background about the car, sent a plethora of photos showing the car, picked me up at the airport, suggested a transport company and made negotiating the final deal a pleasure. I had the pleasure of working with Todd Dokmo, who is a true professional and obvious car enthusiast. I have been looking for an alternative to my VW dealer and thought I would try All German Auto after reading their reviews. I am extremely happy with that move. They are less expensive than the dealer, the personnel were great especially Paul at the front desk. Additionally the dealer was recommending work that wasnt even needed. Had large oil leak at oil level sensor. They replaced my oil level sensor and performed my service B. They also replaced broken engine and transmission mounts. I was hearing a thumping sound and my engine and transmission mounts completely collapsed. omgoodness.. they then checked my tire pressure washed my car ;) and sent me on my way. They were every nice and took good care of my car. Thank you.

Ridiculously unprepared 8 months into a pandemic: no seating outside, seats inside are still close together / none of them are blocked for social distancing, token sanitizer bottle on counter, none by the door, one customer had her mask in the chin diaper position. Service advisor came in and wanted to help me without a mask on. Im not going to risk my health for a car service so I walked out. Too bad because they do good work.

I had my car serviced at All German Auto Repair recently 7/2019 and it was the best experience i have ever had in dealing with a repair shop.Troy was awesome to deal with. Even though it was approximately 65 miles from my home it was well worth the trip. They saved me thousand of dollars as I needed to have the valve seals on my 2008 BMW replaced. I could not of found a more honest repair shop and the price they charged me was $6000 less then the dealership. I will not take my BMW to any other repair shop for service on my BMW. When i got the car back it ran and looked like a new car. Extremely happy with this company and highly recommend it to anyone who needs service on their German car.

All German Auto was highly recommended to me by my mechanic, so I drove 300 miles to have them work on my x5 BMW. After handing over the keys to the service manager he checked the VIN # with the local BMW Dealer and let me know that the work that needed to be done to my car was covered under an extended warranty as part of a Class action settlement. I appreciate their honesty! They could have just fixed it and sent me the bill but All German Auto saved me over $5000.00 and it cost them a profitable repair job! I was referred to All German by my regular mechanic due to the complexity of the work to be performed. All the repairs were performed with excellent quality workmanship and at a cost far less than could be obtained a dealership. Recommended additional repairs were combined with the work already being done to save labor cost. Many minor items were repaired/replaced with no charge.Definitely will return to All German Auto and will recommend them to friends.

Martin and his staff are real pros and my experience dates back 15+ years. I like the fact that they take the time and effort to explain the options when it comes to repairs and maintenance and actually have the old time family physician feel and genuine appreciation for the customer. My highest recommendation to all owners facing autos coming off of warranty or in search of a service department that actually cares for their customer and have an appreciation for the fine autos under their care.

These guys really messed up my E30 and I had to take elsewhere to correct.Installed wrong fuel filter BACKWARDS. Didnt know how to install front struts so charged me twice for alignment, etc., etc. Go to Oceanside Motorsports!

My 2011 BMW 335d was calling for engine service soon which turned out to be a problem with the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) injection system. Rick handled the diagnosis and saw to the repair. I have used AGA for replacing tires and aligning wheels on a couple of other occasions and was left with a good feeling about their competence and honesty. I plan to use them in the future for maintenance and repairs.

Rick at All German Auto is excellent at customer service and has a lot of knowledge about German cars. Recently, the headlight went out on my BMW. Rick was able to help me find the correct housing and control module for my BMW. The installation was quick and the headlight works great now. I would recommend All German Auto to anyone that needs maintenance or repair work done on their German car.

Good service good mechanics reasonable rates . They have shuttle service to and from your home when you drop the car off but they do not have free rentals . These are people who truly love German automobiles and are very excited to share their feelings and thoughts about everything BMW Mercedes Volkswagen Audi etc. best way to get there is from commuter lanes on I 15 going north get off on Hill Street turn left and immediately right .

Bought the N62 Valve Stem Seal tool and did the repair myself. Took me about a week and a half but that is only doing it a couple to a few hours a day and 2 weekends. Easy to use and I am not a mechanic. Just didnt want to spend $8k to $10k at the dealer. Called All German Auto and spoke with Martin on some pointers. Very helpful. Thank you.

I initially drove from Redondo Beach to Escondido where All German Autois located to have them replace the plastic clips on my rear sunshade in my 750Li which had broken. This part i discovered is not offered by BMW, so making the drive was well worth the time. Upon arriving i immediately noticed the types of vehicles in there service bay. Late model Mercedes and BMWs. there was even a Porsche gt3 there. So right away i felt comfortable with the thought of allowing them to replace the clips. The showroom in my opinion was on par with dealerships, well organized, inviting, comfortable. The restroom was even spotless! For me its the details that matter most. After speaking with Fred the service technician i decided to have my transmission filter and gasket changed. What impressed me most was the fact that they actually drain the torque converter fluid as well! I am extremely pleased with the service, i immediately noticed smoother shifts. Whats actually funny to me is that due to the time it took to service my transmission they were not able to repair my sunshade!! No worries i told Fred, the drive was worth it. In fact i will be back in the area in a week, which we agreed would be ideal for the shade repair. I actually look forward to my next visit. I recommend All German Auto to anyone desiring quality service from a knowledgeable, friendly, courteous staff for there German vehicle.

I have been going to All German Auto for about 2 years (as soon as my 100k warranty ran out with the dealership). My BMW has 142k miles and All German Auto has always been fair in their assessment of what needs done. They provide me with a list of items that they are watching and recommend the items that are most important. I know that what they tell me is the truth as I had to take my car in to have a recall item fixed and the dealership provided me with a list of recommendations. The recommendations were the same, but the cost was double what was quoted at All German Auto. I wouldnt say All German Auto is the least expensive of all other repair stores, but my goal is to work with a company that is honest in what needs done and feel the work performed and parts are good quality. At the end of the day, that makes them a great value. Also, last but certainly not least, the customer service is fantastic! I had Rick Reveles yesterday and as usual I was treated like I was their most important customer. Thank you!

I Highly recommend All German Auto! I used to take our BMW 3 series here, but sold it and hadnt been back for many years. We just bought a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter, so I stopped by this morning. Troys still working at the front providing Great Customer service like I remember. Troy introduced me to Chance, who works on Sprinters (which is very difficult to find - including most Mercedes dealers). They even had a few minutes to look it over and helped with a small service issue, so I didnt have to go to dealer. Thanks Again All German... so glad to be back!

Did not know what to expect, but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. I had a couple of tires mounted and balanced. My rims came out unscratched, which is rare. So I was quite pleased.I will be taking my BMW back to this place in the future for servicing. Bye bye dealers !!

I took my 2011 X5 with an N63 engine to All German Auto to get the value guide seals fix. They were able to complete the job at a fraction of the cost of the dealer, by using their custom in house designed N63 Valve Stem Seal Tool. My BMW was smoking quite a bit before the repair. I was adding a quart of oil every 500 miles and have now driven 2300 miles without having to add any engine oil so far. Great customer service! They know what they are doing and they are truly German car specialists.

They took care of my needs and fixed my vehicle flawlessly and worked with me on my payments. 01 BMW 330ci, Check engine light came on. Took it to the shop and Rick had it checked out. I was told its just a warning and no repairs were needed. I was not even charged the diagnostic fee. They even gave me ride back home while car was in the shop. Several days later, light reset itself and everything is back to normal. I call this honesty and outstanding service that is very hard to find elsewhere.

I have an 2004 Jetta Sportwagen, they do awesome work at this shop. Everyone is nice and they know German cars! All the billing I have received was very fair and worth the time. They gave me a ride to my office and picked me up from home so I could get my car back.
