I cannot begin to give Madison, store manager, enough praise for how she helped today.I would NEVER have been able to get in & retrieve all my info w/o her intelligence & will to help! I was locked out of my phone all day b/c of a screen lock page issue. She worked on my phone for almost 2hrs to find a way to bypass the flaw, re-install & restore everything. This involved sensitive info from my jobs, pw, contacts, medical info etc. I will be her customer for life. She is the most Amazing person working for AT&T. All the staff are Top Notch here!

I came into the store looking to trade in my XR to the new purple iPhone 12. The staff, Raquel, was fantastic. She was extremely helpful! I am not very tech savvy and she was so patient and kind as she walked me through the process of phone transfer. As we waited for the transfer she made sure that I was comfortable and chatted with me to make the time go by. Another employee, Kevin also joined us and it felt like I was just sitting and hanging out with friends! Great atmosphere. Very nice. Highly recommend!

This store is absolutely amazing. I came in on Thursday and Phillip was able to answer all my questions about my phone trade in, and got my new phone ordered. It came the next day. I typically have the worst experiences transferring phones over so he offered to assist me when it came in. My phone was delivered to my house a bit late the next day, but Madison helped me transfer over my service from another company and back up my iPhone. She is an amazing manager. She was very knowledgeable and they stayed extremely late until everything was up and working perfectly. I felt awful the WiFi there is a bit slow, but Phil and Madison are phenomenal. Madison even made sure I had a durable case and screen protector. This has been the absolute smoothest trade in I have ever had especially transferring from another service. I know this review is wordy but it was just an awesome experience. Thank you!
Wanted to give a huge thank you to Kevin Miller at the AT&T store in Euless for helping me navigate my new iPad. He went above and beyond his job and was so kind and patient! There’s such a turnover in these stores and usually I find the employees with the “we don’t do that here” attitude so it was refreshing to have Kevin help me and several others as I waited! 5 star employee in my book - AT&T could use many more like him!
I had a terrible experience at this store. I dont feel the manager Madison is honest in her dealings with clients, quite frankly Im not even sure its legal. I went to the store one evening just to pay off a device, this led to a disaster of an experience. She insisted that she could and did, review my plan and can save me money. After an 1 1/2 hour of waiting, i had to leave but said i would be back. I did indeed go back the next day. After 2 hours of one of her staff doing im not sure what, with my account, turns out she made changes to my account, meaning suspending 2 of my 6 devices and putting me on a prepaid account. We never discussed any of this nor did i authorize any suspensions. I spent the next 6 hours, yes 6 hours, with an AT& T rep trying to help restore my devices. i had to drive 2 hours to get to one of the devices to put a new sim card in. I could go on and on,, it was the worst experience ever. im filing a claim and whatever else needs to be done. i was told by the AT& T rep that this was fraud. I also witnessed her telling an elderly lady what to repeat after her so she could make the changes to her account. Im assuming this happens quite frequently. Madison needs to let her staff speak to clients and work with them rather than get involved in every client transaction therefore making wait times ridiculously long!!! After all this i received an email saying my next bill will be 534.00!!!!!!!!!!!! For one time activation fees and new plans and my new monthly bill will be 358.00, mind you it was 285.00 prior to this.
Will never use att internet service again! Their connection is garbage and customer service is absolutely horrible they have just lost a long time member

I am beyond frustrated at the service that I received. I spent 2 hours in this location to upgrade my phone, and ended up sent away due to system errors and told that if I scheduled an appointment 2 days later they would have the phone ready for me. I showed for a the appointment and the employee had forgotten the entire 2 hour interaction and did not have the phone.
I walked into the store ready to upgrade my iPhone. Employee Regale was sitting at her desk and did not even greet us. She was playing on her cell phone, and when I asked her some questions on the new galaxy her eyes rolled and she got annoyed. As obvious as it was She could not be bothered.. it was more important to be on her cell phone. I said to her you know what we’re going to another store your customer service isn’t the best and she stated I don’t care, well guess what you lost a sale, won’t be back at this store again.

When walking in my son was verbally attacked for not wearing a mask. He asked if they had one for him and they said no, that he must leave! All this before even being greeted. The associate we worked with was great, but the overall experience left me with a foul taste in my mind!

We had a phone from TMoblie and we were due for an upgrade. Our phone at the time wouldnt charge and when we asked for an upgrade we were denied for no reason and they refused to fix the charger port. We decided to go to AT&T and not only was the process was fast and easy but we got a much better deal and coverage. Raquel was very sweet and helpful and make sure we were taken care of! Thank you!
EDIT: Ive emailed the owner below, but have received no follow up to discuss this. Please be careful when doing business here.Store rep quoted my trade in at $700 on 8/11/21 if I upgrade my phone. I upgraded, and they gave me 30 days to trade in my phone. Since it was closing time at the store, I went home to transfer my data to my new phone. I came in the very next morning and all of a sudden my phone is now worth half the price I was quoted the day before. Its an incredibly scammy way of getting customers to upgrade their phones and honestly very predatory. I would not have upgraded with the price they all of a sudden changed the value of my phone to and feel very scammed. I’m not sure if it’s the store or ATT system as a whole, but I was basically bait-and-switched out of $350.

Little help. I have came here by AT&T customer service direction to get my issue resolved in the store. The rep “Hugo” was and trying to kick me out without listening telling me I can’t get my request in the store and after I start pressing that the customer service sent me here he started bothering me by threatening to add more service charges that wasn’t applicable if I’ll do what I want from the store. I told him just do it because I know the account or the system doesn’t have this charge option and he can’t just add what he wants. He ended up kicking me without further help or guiding me to the nearest store to get me issue resolved

I turned in an iPhone 8 for an iPhone 12 a few months ago to this store. I am now being charged for the iPhone 8 I returned to this store. I will be making a police report and getting a lawyer. I will not be hustled out of my money for disloyal employees. This is not right! I am an honest customer.

After a long hiatus, we came back to AT&T for the iPhone 12 trade in. Sign up took far too long - at least 2 hours! But then we started working with Joel - knowledgeable and cares! We still had some systemic problems (I was mailed the wrong model phone) but Joel took care of it. He’s worth waiting for!

I dont think AT&T trains their sales reps. We did a trade in to the Iphone 12 . We signed up for AutoPay and paperless billing to receive $10 off each line. That wasnt applied and now AT&T wont credit my account for a past bill because I am past the dispute timeframe. One of the IPhones werent in stock so they sent it to us. We brought the old phone back into a different store because we had to go by a charging block thats not included with the phone. We wanted to trade in the phone and the sales associate at the location on Glade and 26 told us to drop it in the mail with the return address that was included with the new phone. Apparently thats wrong and now were not getting credit for the trade in. No worries $300 out the window. If your going to call AT&T for customer care you better be mentally and emotionally ready for a beating of long wait times and incompetence. Can you talk to a manager.....sure they will call you back anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour maybe more. Every time I have to call AT&T for anything its a day ruined. Just sucks the life out of you. Ive been with AT&T since they bought Cingular and I just wish they cared but they have the Cell phone market on lock down. Just invest in some training for your sales associates. Nothing worst then feeling like you were lied to or didnt get what you paid for and signed up for.
The person that I asked for help today in the store was very rude! There was zero customer service and I would not expect anything from them.

Philip killed itI had a serious problem and he resolved it. I came in at lunch and the whole thing was resolved super fast. I left there thinking I could finish setting up my new phone and migrate my info later. As it turned out I could not. Couldnt even get the maps to work so I could find my way home. This was in Euless. I live I in Mesquite and had only been to that work site one time before. So I came back in about 5 and of course they were super busy. He took the time to help me get everything worked out. So many times these days (car dealerships, etc) they make the sale and forget your name. This guy needs to be kept and Im sure needs a raise. Good people are hard to find in my experience. If he was a high rigger Id have hired him away in a second. Just being honest here.
The Assistant manager Chris is the best thing about this location. I had come in prior and dealt with this blonde women who said she was the store manager. She was very rude to me as well as the other employees who work there. I needed a new phone for my wife and asked to upgrade the phone she currently had. Come to find out I somehow ended up with 2 new lines that I did not ask for, insurance on all my devices as well as a different plan that was a lot more expensive than the grandfathered plan I had been on. I went back in and Chris did everything he could to fix the problem and make sure I left satisfied. Unfortunately, come to find out he no longer works at this location due, probably for the best he seemed to do more work than the store manager herself. Still quite unfortunate he was far more helpful and respectful than the Store manager. Will definitely be visiting him at his new location!
I left t mobile after 22 years due to bad customer service and no incentive to stay.CARTER AT THIS AT&T location is the main reason we switched 4 lines.He took time to help answer our questions, took the time necessary setting up our devices, was patient, kind, and customer focused.In addition free phones and a fair priced data plan made it a great great deal.Thanks Carter for the help and service were truly appreciate it and look forward to being long term customers.

If I could give a zero star I would. Leonor and her manager at this Euless branch told me I would have a $999 promotion on my new phone and then told me I didnt need a trade in because I was opening a new line. Apparently a trade in was required and now Im stuck paying $40 extra dollars a month. These employees have no idea what they are talking about and will lie to you, leaving you stuck with a high bill. AT&T is the worst service I have ever received and I suggest to anyone looking for a service to go anywhere else. I cannot wait to leave this service myself and deal with honest people somewhere else.
I had the best experience shopping for a new phone and getting information about phone plans at this location. Specifically, Jared assisted me and explained everything so that I could easily understand what my options were for different phone plans and their pros and cons. Jared was very knowledgeable about the different phones and maybe most importantly, he was able to help me through the entire process from start to end quickly and efficiently. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend that if you visit this location, ask for Jared!

So glad I changed my mind...On August 18, while out of town my phone died...I wasn’t going to go, but something said I should stop in.Not only did Madison, the store manager has amazing customer service skills. She knows her audience and acts accordingly. Her staff that day was equally courteous and efficient. They worked through the screaming and running of 2 little boys, without missing a beat. My son touching a display, setting off alarms did not stop the superior customer service.When it came to the purpose of my visit, Madison not only got me a new phone but went above and beyond to guarantee that I walkedOut Satisfied. She even got my phone bill to be lower!!!.Only problem was that she is chatty and I am chatty and we couldn’t stop being chatty.😂 (There was no one else in the store)Top Notch store AT&T!

Stay away from this place. They scam you. I went in just to get a new phone in September 2020. They convinced me that if I changed phone plans it would save me money. They lied. The wireless plan was more. They did not tell us that changing plans would alter our internet and direct TV bundle. After following their advice, it was costing us an extra 100.00 a month. I have been on the phone with ATT now for an hour and a half getting this fixed. They are not able to put us on the same plan we were on before because we had an old plan that was grandfathered in. We are now having to get a different plan with our bundle again and thankfully we are back to spending the same we were before. Do not go into this store. If you want to get a new phone or change your plan, do not go here. Go online to ATT or call them directly. This third party dealer store is not legit. When I spoke to ATT on the phone, they said that they have had a lot of complaints from customers who have had experiences like mine that used authorized retailers or third party stores. I never post reviews, but I want to keep others from having the experience I had.Not only that, I was in the store for 2 hours and then when I left, my phone had not been set up properly and was not working. I called back and the first person was very rude and told me I would have to bring it back in. I asked to speak to a different person, who was able to fix it over the phone. This place is a mess.Update: In response to the store owners response:I did not receive conflicting information. I was told incorrect information at your store. I am assuming because the woman who sold me my new plan works on commission or something. The actual ATT person I spoke with on the phone got us set up with a plan that is actually going to be saving us money and we can bundle it with our internet and direct TV. I dont need to talk with you as I will no longer be going to your store. That was my first and last visit.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE (Phillip)We went to the other store at 1401 William D Tate Ave, Ste. 600, Grapevine, Texas 76051.AT&T customer service representative on the phone told us we have to go to a actual store to get it fixed. So, We came in to this AT&T for service, the store manager asked what we are came in for. We told him we came in for some phone issues. And he said someone will be right with you guys. There’s 6 employees and 1 manager on the floor. As soon as they finish, everyone went to the back and don’t want to help. A couple walked in after us and someone came to help them first.After 23 minutes, we saw 2 employees and the store manager standing and chatting and laughing. We walked up to them and asked can you help us we been waiting. And he said “oh I CAN’T HELP YOU. Only two other employees can help you and which they are busy right now.” SO WHAT DOES AT&T PAYING FOR?So we walked out the door and went to this AT&T.The minute we walked in, Phillip greeted us and asked what may I help you guys. We told him what we came in here for and he immediately helped us with good attitude and very patient with us. We were able to get my phone fixed and paid our phone bill. This is the AT&T store that we would like to go back to whenever we need a new phone or service. Thank you, Phillip!

Went to this store today to try and exchange an iphone that I bought online from at&t a week ago. I had opened 4 lines and bought four phones last week and one of them turned out to be defective. It has a red line coming up on the screen. Since this was still within the 14 days of purchase, I was hoping the store would exchange the phone and give me a new one.The store associate that I spoke to told me that they can’t exchange the phone and apple has “special” warranty requirements for defective phones and outright denied to exchange the phone, while at&t’s return policy clearly states if the device is within 14 days of purchase the store needs to exchange it. The phone didn’t have any physical damage or blemishes and it was very clearly a problem in Iphone XS display. At&t’s return policy document does have a clause on the necessity of validity of Apple warranty coverage but that is only applicable after 14 days of purchase. I tried discussing the return policy by pulling up the website on my phone but the store was not interested in listening to me.The way I’m reading their policy, and based on basic business ethics, the store should’ve exchanged the phone. If this is indeed at&t management’s guidelines on handling defective phones within the first 14 days of purchase and the structure of their contract with apple then its very disappointing and should be revisited.

Adolfo was a great help in the store today. Initially, I came in and did not get any help and while Adolfo was with another customer he offered to help me as well. Adolfo helped me get a new iPhone as well as informing me in all the great usages the phone has. I would highly recommend him to anyone ! Whenever I go into AT&T from here on out, he is who I would ask for !!

I went in tonight with a problem that I had been working with them on and Madison helped me immensely. She knew exactly what to do and how to help me. I have recently moved to this area and Im SO happy that there is an AT&T store near me with such helpful associates. There was another gentleman that helped me before, I just cant think of his name; but everytime Ive been there, they have all been so helpful and great.

The female Store manager is fraudulent! she is a con artist, Don’t go their! They will jack you out your money, go to a different location other than euless. They all need be fired .at&t should look at this location and it’s employees they should all be removed immediately.
I am extremely pleased with my time spent and service at this AT&T location! The associate was able to fix in less than 10 minutes what the AT&T Advanced Technical Service line could not do in almost 10 hours spent on the phone in the past two weeks! I highly recommend this location!

We wanted to change our screen protectors he made us removed ours to then tell us he didn’t have any in stock for us. We then had a question about our internet and he didn’t answer our question. I usually dont leave reviews, but I went in yesterday and worked with a young gentleman named Chase, he helped me get my internet and cable set up, and Im bringing my daughter in this week to add her to my plan. He helped me understand savings, and wasnt a pushy salesman. I highly recommend him.

Horrible experience..... I called the store and spoke with Phillip? who claimed to be the store manager to check stock on an Apple TV 5th generation, which was on sale for 50% off, or $87. Phillip? confirmed that they had ONE left in stock at their store and that the sale was over when they closed. I explained to him that I was in Plano and wanted to purchase it as a gift and asked him to set it aside. He agreed to do so and stated he was leaving for the evening but would make sure it was not sold. When I arrived at the store I spoke with Brian Carroll who was familiar with the item and excused himself to retrieve it. Upon returning and attempting to ring it up he explained that he would be unable to sell it to me because the system would not allow him to ring it up. I explained that it was to be a gift and that I would appreciate it if he could call the manager and request some assistance. After almost 45 minutes of waiting I was told at approximately 5:55 PM that he could not ring it out, that he had tried everything and that he suggested I come back after Christmas. I explained to him that I had driven from Plano (a 45 min drive in Christmas Eve traffic) and that now I would be unable to go anywhere else to get one. I then asked him if he could hold it so that I would not lose the opportunity to buy it at the discounted rate to which his reply was No, it is first come first serve. After being noticeably upset about his response he handed me the card of Madison the actual store manager and said he could provide no further assistance and suggested I call her. I have tried for 2 days to get through to the store with no luck!

If I could. I would give AT&T a zero. We went to this store and got the phone lines. We asked if it was a contract and the representative said no, were not under contract. Our family line was going to be $150/month.Three to four months down the road. Our bill was close to $200/month. We called AT&T and they have all this hidden fees that they dont tell you. So we decided to find another phone carrier.After we switched, AT&T charged us $676. We inquired about this and they claim its because we broke the contract, which we never signed got.I use AT&T internet and will be switching soon. Bottom line, AT&T IS A RIP OFF.!!!

Had a great experience with Christopher Newton at this store. He laid out all the options for my wife and I very clearly and without any pressure. I would recommend him and the rest of the reps at this location as well.

It was absolutely unavoidable-my wife and I both had to...upgrade our phones!!! I would rather go to the dentist than deal with changing my phone. But this time was different...Jack-the AT&T store manager-made the experience enjoyable, stress-free & a complete success. We couldn’t be happier or more confident using our new phones. And the next time my wife unwittingly includes her phone with a load of laundry in the washing machine-we’ll be right back to see Jack at the AT&T store.
Got in quickly in a Saturday afternoon (like less than five minutes). Christopher took terrific care of us and we are very pleased.
