If I could give zero stars I would! This place is always packed to the brim (associates won’t even acknowledge your presence); or closed on an awkward day. WHO ONLY OPENS ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY?!? I need accessories and phone technicians on OTHER DAYS AS WELL!!!!

I came here to purchase a new device and switch carriers. Angel greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was awesome helping me get everything set up. She explained the different options and services offered with the phone plans, was great answering my questions, and told me about the T-Mobile Tuesdays perks. Another worker also assisted with porting my number over and everything went smoothly. The employees here are very nice and knowledgeable. They made the entire process really easy. Id definitely recommend this location.

Some of the nicest employees Ive ever met! I came in for a screen protector replacement and even though the replacement wasnt covered and the replacement screen protector I bought didnt fit correctly, the employee who helped me tried his hardest and was very nice. Ill definitely come here again when I get the right protector :)

Received the best retail service from Mohammed Khabarovsk. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store for all you phone and accessories. All the employees that work here are the best.

Always courteous and helpful. This location is much further from my home but I happily avoid two nearby T-Mobile stores to receive great customer service from the Sherman location. Thank you for always being professional, efficient, and taking your time to inform customers of their options.

Great service, worked directly with the manager who made what was a frustrating apple problem simple. While waiting for the fix I was offered doughnuts, and great information about T-mobile Tuesday’s. Also a big thanks to Douglas who gave me some great information on photography.

They are mostly very knowledgeable at this location. They seem to know most of the technical faults of the electronics or have a way of finding out the fault. Either way they can get things fixed or moved in the right direction. They are friendly and helpful too

I am really impressed with the service here. Francisco is so patient and understanding. My husband bought a great deal plan from Walmart and it was impossible to activate without Franciscos help. His service mind is exceptional and he is very insightful with T-mobile info.
