Do not use this service if you ever plan on porting your number. They make it impossible to do so without spending weeks jumping through hoops before they will release the number to your new provider.
Constantly down! Need to release rights to our area so someone with reliable service can move into the area! They don’t discount for their problems or give back to the customers enough for the issues!
Worst service ever recieced thus far in my life. Multiple phones under warranty have technical issues and they do absolutely nothing! Just say, looks like youll need a new phone Would not recommend Union Wirless to anyone that needs a reliable, trustworthy, or caring customer service.
They need to upgrade their network. They are always more than a year behind on everything. Very limited 4G network, only use if you have to or need a GSM based network in rural areas. Also much higher prices than is needed. In store customer service is friendly and helpful.
My Union phone never works in any airport. I have to hit the wifi to get anything to work. Cant even make a phone call or text. Salt Lake City, Portland, Indianapolis, Chicago...same story everywhere. When out of Wyoming, Ill get text messages that are HOURS old on a regular basis. Clearly were last priority on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks and it shows.As much as I wanted to love using a local company, it was been the single worst wireless phone provider Ive used in 20 years.That said, customer service in store and call in are very friendly and professional.

Canceled the day after the billing cycle and they charged a full month after. Will not be going back.
