We went in to get new phones and get them set up as a business account. My voicemail greeting message was my mother’s voice and I had kept it the same for the last 8 years since she passed away. My boyfriend was with me and I had explained to Faith(the store manager) that that absolutely needed to be transferred and if I needed to I would record it. We were told that she would guarantee that it would transfer over and we wouldn’t need to worry. Well it did not transfer over and there’s no way to get that back. Also the service on our phones keeps going out for no reason even after we reset the network settings and try that it doesn’t work how it should. My Apple Watch does not work away from my phone like I was told it would. We had also paid for unlimited data plans. I just got an email stating that there is only 10% data usage left. So again another thing is not what we were told/paid for. And now I can’t get anyone to answer my calls. We are very very disappointed in this store.
Checked hours online for Sunday hours, supposedly open 11 to 6. I drove by around noon, open sign wasnt on, it was dark inside and no cars were in the parking lot. I stopped by again at 130, thinking maybe they were at lunch. Still dark and empty. I wanted to give this location my business as they had been super helpful previously but I ended up going to the other Verizon in town because they were open on a Sunday 🤷🏼♀️

Terrible customer service. The lady running the store was very disrespectful. Been a Verizon customer for 10 years and they wouldnt let me charge my phone for 5 minutes or get on their WI fi to handle some business. (Which included paying a bill for the phone) thanks for nothing 👍
I went into the store to see which iPhones they had on hand and buy a new phone, got told I need to leave due to the fact I wasn’t wearing a mask. I explained how I cannot wear a mask due to recent surgery (took my whole ear off) and that wasn’t enough even with a doctors excuse. Left the store crying. Never been treated so poorly by an employee. I will not go back.
Brandon in the Evanston store is a model of customer service. He spent an hour helping me with trying to get my current number transferred and he was so patient. Great job and keep up the great customer service.

I am a long time Verizon customer for over 20 years and have been doing business with this store for the last 10-15 years. I have purchased multiple phones and all types of accessories from them and have been pleased with the service up until now. I went in to the store today and ask them if they could replace a screen protector for me. The original protector had a lifelong warranty and was purchased from them. They used to have the protectors at the store, but now you have to order them on line, which is fine. So i took it in to have them put it on just like they have every other time in the past. Today the kid told me that they do not install 3rd party accessories. Funny you sell them! I am not sure if this is a true policy or not and it really makes little difference. Being a small business owner i know the need for top notch customer service. Sadly this store does not and just lost a long time customer.
Cory was very professional, and explained the products to our satisfaction. He was restricted to not accept returns of certain products including the car charger we purchased. He needed a manager approval. Who wasnt there. He needed to send a request to a manager to obtain permission for a military discount. We waited for a response for a couple minutes and it didnt come while I was there. The store was open and easy to get there when we needed it.
Cory was very helpful and made sure that we were completely comfortable with our purchase! We came in right before closing time and he made sure that we were taken care of, despite the late hour!

Set up a business account and transferred 3 lines from Sprint. Faith in the store was amazing and had the best demeanor and service. I normally hate going into the store to do business, but I will from now on.

Went in to replace my phone since the camera had gone out on it, preferred to buy new than pay just to get a refurbished since I like taking care of my things. Was sold the bundle of accessories to help protect my phone. Had been misinformed about replacement of screen protector. Not even a month later noticed a few scratches on the screen protector, went in and rep stated I needed to contact the company that sells them and pay the $10 replacement fee. Later I took my phone out of the otter box to clean it and came to realize it was all scratched up around the edges. Not once have I dropped my phone. All in all it was a waste of money and the store does not back up the products sold. These phones are being sold for over $800 plus accessories...NOT worth it!! With the $10 replacement fee might as well buy online or at Walmart.

For all the problems that VZW has caused me.... They still have the best network for my area and, the travel that I do. But, the gentleman that helped me today was very understanding and, helpful.

My husbands iPhone broke so we went in to buy a new one. They were going to charge us and additional $250. They said it didn’t matter what phone we got, it would be about the same price. We asked what it was for since it wasn’t part of the cost of the phone and they said it was for fees and taxes and hook up... I said forget it. We called Verizon to ask them what cancelling would be like and the guy I talked to said there’s no way they could charge us $250. He said the most we would have paid, with the highest taxes and fees wouldn’t have even been $50. He said the girl (it was a youngish girl that we were talk to) must have been lying or was making us buy cases and other accessories without asking. I will never go there again. We switched services and are now doing a prepaid plan from Walmart. We get more for way less and the service works just as good.

As a long haul truck driver, I live and die by my cell phone. Salvador Gutierrez has been my go to man for ALL my cell phone needs since I met him several years ago. Diamond Wireless is lucky to have a person of this caliber working for them. He has always been there to help me out and when I need new equipment, I make a point of stopping in Evanston to have him assist me.
I needed my SIM card replaced and they did it for me no problems.
Dishonest and unethical sales practices to bring in as much revenue as possible. Went in to file a claim on my iPad with a broken screen (which the deductible is $200 after paying the insurance for two years, absolute rip off, but not this stores fault) and the manager decided he would try to upsell us to the new iPad Pro, by telling us he could get us out the door with the new screen protector for $75 (when explained this way, it makes me assume that the screen protector is like a freebie, or absolutely necessary) what he didn’t tell us is, he was going to put some sort of liquid on it, and we would still need to buy a new screen protector, which I guess would fine, if it was included. He also didn’t mention that He was charging us $55 for that liquid!The thing that made me the most angry, is that I asked point blank, Will this work with the Apple Pencil I have, that I bought with my last iPad Pro. He responded, “absolutely” I asked a couple more times because I wasn’t comfortable shelling out another $130 for a new pencil until I had figured out what I was doing with my other one. Each time he assured me it would work. Big surprise, it didn’t. We called, he told us to come in, and he would show us how to get it to work, he couldn’t. I Do not like being lied to just so someone can get a sale. We returned the iPad that day, and decided to wait until we go to Utah to let another store get the commission. The last problem is, we are still being charged for the line that he put on the iPad he sold us. Verizon says they can’t turn off the line until he returns the iPad to the warehouse, which should have only taken 2-3 days. It has been 2-3 weeks. We have to pay for a full month of service for something we don’t even have because of the manager of this store. Anyway, save yourself the hassle, and work with Verizon online, or an actual Verizon store in Utah. Avoid the unethical sales practices and lies of this authorized Verizon retailer.

Had a serious issue getting a phone ported over. Salvador did a great job taking care of the problem and getting my phone working. All the staff are great and helpful.
Went in to get two new phones for the monthly payment service. We were told by the associate that our bill would be 140. Come to find out, our bill was actually 185. Of course, by the time we found out, it was past the 15 days. I would recommend just calling verizon itself, but the people there also do not have accurate information.
