Awesome service! My refrigerator freezer defroster drain kept freezing up. They gave me a choice between a more expensive repair with a new, expensive part or a less expensive make-do repair. I chose the make-do repair. Its been several weeks and its working great. One very happy customer!

I have had really great service from this business. They carry a good inventory of spare parts and if they don’t have it in stock they quickly order it and It is received in a reasonable time period. Since I usually try to repair my appliances myself they have been very helpful in showing me how to disassemble appliances and and replace inoperable parts. They are one of the best businesses I use in Fairbanks.

Beware of this company! We were charged over $500 to repair a refrigerator which they never fixed. We ended up buying a new fridge. The new refrigerator had an issue they refused to travel 19.1 miles to our home. Said it was to far and not worth their time. According to their contract they are required to travel to Delta. Which by the way is 98 miles from fairbanks.The owner said that was not true. I checked into the contract and yes it was true. So being the only company in the Fairbanks area that does warranty work. So when you are purchasing new appliances I would ask who does the warranty work . If the name of this company comes up I would steer clear.

They came to my home to repair a bad door seal on my washer, they didn’t clean out pieces of rubber which resulted in another return trip to unplug the drain line. They tried to charge me for the second service. This was all warranty work that was covered.They then sent me to collections for working on my dryer. The funny thing is they never worked on my dryer. When I called to discuss this issue with them they were rude and refused to hear me out. They could provide no signed documents by me to support their claim.They couldn’t do repairs properly and then charge for work they didn’t do. I would not recommend this company. Not many options in town but if have them use someone else.

Had the part I needed..good service.

I have extended warranty done on my washer. He found other issues which I didnt know. Had my family up and washing clothes after parts came in. Now last week my ice maker in samsung frig. went butts up. They ordered parts, came today, and has installed parts within 45 mins. This is a great company. I would recommend them. 5 stars

They had the part but charged me 185.00$. its a part I could get online for 35.00$ or better over 300% mark up wont go back I can buy a dryer for what they charged.
