Shay was excellent in customer service !!

If you need something and cant afford it up front this is your best option 😜 double the price if you dont pay it off within a few months.

I walked into the store and was greeted with smiles and customer service. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me exactly what I wanted. They broke down the price points and the deals they had going on. They even gave me $100 off for being a new customer. I would recommend Rent-A-Center over Aarons any day of the week. They have good prices and great deals. They really know what they are talking about. The entire process took about 30 minutes. I walked in with hope and walked out with a new computer.

Would not rent here again. Harassing phone calls started when I was late on 1 payment, had their guy during the call tell me if I didnt make the payment they would show up to get it in the next week. Cruddy attitudes of some of the employees. Ill go to Aarons or Baileys next time I need furniture.

This is the worst possible place I have ever dealt with in my life. Never in my life have I been harassed so much by a company. Definitely will not ever be doing any further business with these people. Ill just stick with Aarons. They are so much better. The customer service is better and they dont harass you constantly. I do not recommend ever using g this company.

Staff is super awesome and friendly. Chris is one of the best! He stayed to help me even when he didnt have to. If even 1/3 of the world had his attitude it would be a 100% better.

My experience with Rent A Center was amazing starting with the moment I called, and Shea picked up the phone!I had a situation where a DIFFERENT company was to deliver a set, and they never showed up even though I had made arrangements 3 days earlier. I needed furniture delivered in 2 hours and Shea made it happen! She took Initiative and was the hero that saved my day!
