I rarely leave reviews, but I want to leave one for the best salesman at Seekins Ford Lincoln. Tom Pluma went above and beyond what any salesman has ever done to make sure we were happy. He went out of his way to get us in the truck we wanted. I know when we decide on another purchase it will be with Tom at Seekins. Thank you so much Tom!!! You truly are AWESOME!!! Also want to say Thank you to Lynn in finance for being amazing to work with.
I made an appointment for winterization, an oil change and spark plugs over a month ago. I dropped my truck off this morning at 7 a.m. which was the earliest time slot available and right when they opened. They let me know at around 4 p.m. that they werent able to get anything done and asked me to leave it overnight or bring it back. Ive been without a car all day and already had to ask for rides from my boss. I generally understand being short staffed, but mine was the first time slot of the day. If there were another Ford dealer in Fairbanks, I would recommend it.
I scheduled a service appointment over the phone 3 weeks ago for Monday, July 5. I showed up at 7am to drop my car off for the appointment and the gate to the parking lot was closed. I waited around for 10 minutes before a Ford employee pulled up in his car and told me they were closed for the day. The employee didn’t know they were closed, had showed up for work, and had to call his boss to find out about the closure. There was no notice posted anywhere on the gate or website that they’d be closed for the day. Today, July 6, I tried calling at 7am to reschedule my appointment but no answer. It’s now after 9am and the dealership should be fully open but still no one is answering the phone in the service department. I called the Ford operator and told her I was trying to reach the Service department and asked if anyone is there because they’re not answering the phone. The only response I got was “Yes, let me transfer you” but it was the same result. The phone rang until the Service department’s voicemail answered. I have made 5 attempts to call the Service department between 7am and 9:15am and no one has answered. Absolutely atrocious “service.”
Their drop off oil change service is comprehensive and very affordable. They do a good job and provide a summary of your cars health.
Quick lane does not answer their phone, nor do they return messages. The customer service reps act as if you are an inconvenience when you drop off or pickup your vehicle (body language speaks louder than the fake smile and “telephone voice” you adopt when speaking to customers). Unfortunately, I prepaid all my oil changes so I will continue to deal with them. Furthermore, when Quick Lane identifies an issue, then you can go schedule with the service department to verify there is a problem (45 days later for an appointment) once the issue is verified, you can schedule to get the issue fixed (who knows how long that will take to get an appointment). Kind of ridiculous to wait 45 days to have an axle seal leak looked at (and possibly not even fixed) on a brand new vehicle.
I have bought a vehicle from Seekins in the past and was very pleased with their team from start to finish. The salesman was helpful, honest, and professional and made the entire experience seamless. Fast forward a few years, I had traded in the vehicle to another dealership in Fairbanks and had a horrible experience, beginning with the salesman, to their service department, (which I ended up spending WAY too much time at), to every interaction from then on. I decided it was time to return back to the business that I had such a positive experience with in the past and they did not disappoint. Seekins has awesome employees, from sales to finance to service - including the owner. Ralph stopped me in the grocery store parking lot years before after he noticed the Seekins sticker on my Ford vehicle and proceeded to ask me how I liked it, how the staff treated me, and told me if there was anything I needed to let him know. THAT right there is genuine customer service and I will forever recommend Seekins to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the Fairbanks area. Great job Seekins - I could not be happier with my new vehicle! Customer service & professionalism goes a long way in small towns like ours!
Went to get a offer on selling my newer model fully loaded lower miles vehicle that was paid off and was offered a number so low all I could do was laugh and leave. It was the biggest waste of my time ever. I get making a little money but these guys aren’t even reasonable in the slightest. The “new car service salesman” drove the vehicle never said a word to me and send a random sales guy over to tell the me offer they had. 0/10 don’t go here unless you plan on giving away your vehicle for free!
Great service, reasonable prices and popcorn and coffee available (for free) as you wait.
Road Hazard warranty expatriation on tires. Per dealer Road Hazard warranty purchased with new tires now has a 3 year limit and you have to purchase a new one every 3 yrs that you own the tires on your vehicle. After decades or purchasing this protection on all new tires purchased this is the first I have ever heard of such a thing. This was not explained when purchasing replacement tires for wifes car over 3 yrs ago. After she went thru multiple staff at the dealer ref getting tires repaired that should have been automatically covered the service department manager spoke with me ref issue. He did explain the issue and that 1 of the tires already had 2 plugs in place and new federal policy only allowed 3 plug per tire and that 1 of the 2 also had 4 minor slow leaks and could not be repaired. The vehicle was due to have new tires this spring at this time and we now had to order new tires. The Quick lane manager did repair the one tire without charge and is now searching for the requested replacement tires. The Quick Lane manager did the right thing ref this issue but due to the other staff in this department the rating is only 3 stars as they do not understand policy or good customer service and truly was not willing to resolve issues and only wanted to insist this is the way it is. The wife spent over an hour at dealership attempting to resolve and I was on the phone with them for approx 30 mins total attempting to reach a resolution.
They do have a good sales team at least the two guys I like to work with either the first office on the right or the first office on the left. I like that they do a good job on maintaining the vehicle before they put it on the lot. The service area is kinda confusing(electrics, major stuff, motor), after I figured it out it makes sense there. scheduleis full for a reason. Quicklane is the minor things breaks, oil, tires.Often time the client doesnt know how to explain something (me). Ask him for a different scenario.
The customer service of this establishment is less than inviting. I was charged WAY more than what I was told I would be over the phone. I added a star for how quickly my vehicle was done. However, I do not think I will be back.
Bought my truck their i love my truck nice to know I can use their service station for everything the extended warranty is going to help with everything oil changes are quite expensive so my warranty is more than worth it
If you want pennies in the dollar for your used vehicle then this is the place. They will give you thousands less than trade in value.
Seekins Ford was very helpful and had my truck up and running in one day and it runs like factory new again. During the diagnostic to balance my injectors, they found that a VIN number entered into my Body Control Module did not match the Factory VIN in the Power Control Module. The VIN in question belongs to an F450 in another state, and has never been serviced in my community according to the carfax report. From this day forward, I will only allow Seekins Ford to service my truck unless I travel outside this state. Thank You Seekins!
They charged me for something I never agreed to and wouldn’t release my vehicle unless I paid their ridiculous charge. I called the sales manager who was not there and he ended up hanging up on me. Labor rate is ridiculously high as well.
This was my first time utilizing Seekins Ford-Lincoln and I was very pleased. The job was completed in a day and I was able to utilize the shuttle. The appointment reminders where very helpful as well. The individual that took care of me in the morning and on check out was friendly and professional.Well done.
Treated with respectMitch helped find the right part needed for my car
Quick Lane was very efficient and provided good communication. Amy with the Body shop was helpful as well.
I have lived a very lucky life in terms in customer service. Before my recent experience with Seekins Ford it had literally been 24 since I had contacted a company about a bad experience.I will skip all of the details as they have been told first to the service advisor that cause the bad experience, then to the service manager 22 days ago then to the General Manager 4 days ago without a single response even acknowledging receipt. The short version is that because of a mistake of the Service Advisor I had to return a rental the car I had rented while mine was in the shop to the rental company and then rent a different car from them. This meant that I not only had drive 400 extra miles (I live in Tok), but also had to pay their rental rate instead of the much lower rate I could have been paying if the Service Advisor had not made an error. I can see them not wanting to compensate me for the extra trip to Fairbanks (though I would have in their place), but to not even be willing to match the rental rate I would have been paying if THEY had not made a mistake? That is trying to drive a customer away. Well, they were successful in that.
Probably my best truck buying experience in recent memory. I got a great truck at a fair price and I didnt have to spend all day at the dealership filling out paperwork. I was in and out in about an hour.
Seekins honored Fords 5-50k warranty even though it was about to expire. I appreciate the great service they provided. It took a while to get my car in but it seems they did their best. Thanks for going the extra mile!
FYI Nick Accola very helpful salesman
Ms. REA was very timely responsive & helpful & Had my vehicle ready ON TIME.
I always get good service at Seekins and they have a great rewards program also. Wouldnt take my truck anywhere else.
My son Matthew and I would like to thank Tom Pluma, Ken Peterson and Lynn in bookkeeping for making it possible to get his truck.
Fast and great service! Our sales guy Raphael Martinez helped us get a car with the budget my wife and I had with no problem. Hes a very nice and helpful man, nothing but positive attitude and honest feedback when it came to our options on certain cars. I am very happy and pleased coming to seekin ford Lincoln.
We were blessed to be able to get into an oil change about a week and a half after we called, you normally never get in that quick, I can tell we’re special customers. I must also say this is one of the fastest fastest lubes I’ve ever seen they were able to lube and rotate the tires in just under 75 minutes.NASCAR you’ve got nothing on this quick lube
I bought my brand new truck in February, so it was cold and dark. I didnt really get a good chance to look it over very well. I realized that there was a ding on the bumper and a dent in the rear passenger door. The day after I took it home, ford replaced the bumper but I have to deal with the dent in the door. The sales person cold statted my truck at 30 below. Ford should at least had a generator to plug in the truck and warm it up. A week or two later I hook up to my trailer and I have no running lights, did a continuity test found out the fuse or something else is wrong with the truck. And the service department said it wouldnt be covered under warranty 🤨. $70,000 truck.
Called the listed phone number multiple times, left voice messages noone ever calls back or even answers. Tried sales, parts and service.
Negotiations were fair, price was great, and I ended up with a great F-150! I could not be happier with the truck, or the sales team I dealt with. I have also dealt with Seekins service department who were also excellent.
Glad we drove up from Anchorage to test drive vehicles at Seekins Ford. Entire process of inspecting, test driving, working deal with Ken and sales manager, and even the final signing of paperwork with finance exceeded my expectations. If you looking to purchase, ask for Ken in sales!
Service was done in a timely manner, friendly staff.
The whole experience is the best you can receive in the State. The sales staff are low pressure and very knowledgeable. They are looking for your best interests and will not hesitate to go the extra mile. The finance staff is equally helpful. They too explain the financing process clearly and thoroughly. If you buy from this dealership, youre not a customer - youre family.
Seekins is precisely what a car dealership should be. A professional atmosphere with a family first mentality. Rick made purchasing my new 2020 Ford F-350 a breeze. From answering all of my questions, to making sure the truck was outfitted to meet my family’s needs, he did everything possible to make sure that we were taken care of. The commitment to excellence displayed by the team at Seekins Ford Lincoln is why I will always happily make the long trip to Fairbanks for my future cars and trucks.
It was a very enjoyable process and easy as well! David was a great face of the company to me, kind, respectful, and professional. I will definitely be looking to do more business with David and Seekins Ford
Other than ogling the beautiful new trucks, the service department has drive thru bays. Parts dept well stocked.
I had a 0830 appointment to get my tires replace, dropped it off at 0800, ask how long it would take, they said it will be done no later than 1430, theyll call when its ready. (Im thinking 6 hour, really? Thats really a long time.) Apparently they need it becuse it took 10 hours to change the tires. Nice people but they need to do time management.
**I will gladly change my review once issues are resolved**This review is for the SERVICE Dept. only.So far my experience has been absolutely terrible. Originally brought my vehicle into the service department due to a noise upon startup on 07/06. I specifically told them what was happening. After ordering numerous parts, 3 weeks go by, and the vehicle is finishing. I get a call at 9:30am on 07/24 that I can come pick up my vehicle because it is finished. Great. I go over on my lunch to pick it up, and the second I started my vehicle the noise was still there. I immediately take my keys back to my service advisor Ralph to let him know the issue is not resolved, that it is still doing the same exact thing as to why I brought it there. At this time, the technicians were out to lunch, so Ralph informed me he would get back with me in about 20 minutes when they get back. I proceed to go get lunch and head back to work. I waited about 1.25 hours, and still heard nothing. So I gave him a call. Couldnt get a hold of Ralph, so I ask to speak to Josh, the manager, and he is not in either. Josh calls back about 30 minutes later and assures me they are going to fix the issue. He states that it could be a noise the technicians are used to hearing... He then asks if I could come by after work and pinpoint the exact noise that I am hearing, and they (Ralph, Josh, and my technician Cole) would be standing there to hear it. Of course I said yes, because I was confident the noise was going to occur again since its been happening for months. I go after work, they tell me to pop the hood and then start it. I do so, and immediately the noise starts. The technician says thats normal, and I inform him that it never once happened when I first bought my vehicle. Josh then assures me again, since they all heard the noise, that it would be resolved. I leave with one of their loaner cars they allowed me to use (first good thing that has happened). 07/27 evening, I email Ralph to figure out if anything has happened with my vehicle, and he says they are behind that they will get to it 07/28.I call 07/29 in the morning (around 10am) to see if there has been any progress, and Ralph assures me several technicians are going out to look on it today. Perfect. I tried to call after I got off work at 5pm to see if there has been any update and to also inform them I would be stopping by to get a few things out of my car. No answer. So I show up, and the receptionist is scrolling on her phone and doesnt once look up at me. Ralph was on the phone, so I wait for him to get off the phone and let him know that I just need to grab my keys so I can get a few things from my car. Well, he goes to get my keys, and they arent there. He informs me the technician has them checked out, but he will go look elsewhere. He goes and looks, and comes back and says they were laying beside the technicians toolbox (so in other words, they arent taking care of my things). I go and get what I needed out of my car, mind you, it hasnt moved since 07/24. I bring the keys back in and ask Ralph if there is a time frame we are looking at. Josh then walks in and Ralph asks Josh if he would know anything.... Josh proceeds to tell me that its just one of those things that happens with vehicles after they get over 10-15k miles. I then inform him that I just bought the vehicle three months ago, and it was absolutely not making the noise then, and his exact words were well I guess that changes things then. This entire conversation was just about getting me out the door. The lack of communication and knowledge has been absurd. Josh continues to give me the run around. My vehicle has been parked in the same spot since Friday, 07/24, has not moved whatsoever. At this point, they have not touched my vehicle since the technician installed the parts and said it was done. Overall, it looks like they ordered and installed parts that did not even need to be fixed.Once again, this review could change.....
Bought a ranger from Seekins Ford, broke down at 13000 miles. Cause me to be stuck in a hotel for a week. I ended up out of pocket over 1000$. I was moving and ford USA will not reimburse you. Truck is under 30k miles, 3 year warranty. Pretty much told me sorry, cant help you.Ford as a company I will never support and any of their dealerships. I was very disappointed in their customer service.
Sales department will bend over backwards to help a customer. Service will drive you away permanently. Zero customer service. Incompetent work. Will create charges to bill you that are not true. They will lie to your face about the charges. Avoid Seekins Ford like the plague. I am lifelong Ford but will not return to them. Service is zero stars.
Seekins Ford is awesome! Purchased a new truck and was in and out without a lot of the typical sales pitches. Only issue was setting up the Ford App on my phone. Called the 800 number and the assistant had it figured out and fixed under 15 minutes! I definitely recommend Seekins Ford.
Fast friendly service Im glad I bought my Ford truck their. Its a good honest dealership!
UPDATE 2/4/20: The service manager stepped up immediately. We had a very good discussion and came to an agreement that works well for both of us. He definitely restored my confidence in the service center! Thank you!2/3/20: My car is currently in the shop awaiting repairs. I dropped it off a week ago, they gave me an appointment 5 weeks from the drop off date, and said they would get to it at their earliest convenience. The vehicle is in for warranty work, so I am unable to take it anywhere else in Fairbanks to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, no one answers the phone. Their service center is closed on Saturday and Sunday. With a backlog of 5 weeks, it would seem completely reasonable and beneficial to Ford to be open at least on Saturday morning. My experience has made me reconsider extending my warranty and definitely thinking twice about purchasing a Ford to avoid the service center.
The sales man Richard Phillips is amazing! I’m very happy with my used car purchase. He went above & beyond to help me & answered all my questions & concerns. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new or used car. And Mrs Lynn was helpful as well and gave me some tips on how to build my credit. The staff overall did a great job. I’m very happy with my experience. Thank you all!!!
Time wasted with this dealer. While the salesman was nice, the dealership has zero oversight on where their vehicles are when in transit and they do not follow up with the potential customer EVEN THOUGH an approved finance application was done. Again, my time was wasted... if you want a good Ford dealership take the 6 hour drive the Anchorage.
Was able to work with them and find a vehicle that fits within my range. They made the process easy and simple. While there was a wait getting documents, it was worth it considering the amount of moment being spent.
Hey, im sorry for the bad review i found it under all my stuff it scared me when i didnt see it cause its the only donut i have at the moment
Had an outstanding experience at Seekins Ford today. Instant in and out service. And felt truly taken care of by the staff in the body shop. Outstanding experience with Skip. I will reccomend to friends and family.
They seem to always bend over backwards to accommodate my needs, and listen very well to any issues I’ve had in order to quickly remedy. I have done business with the sales floor, quick lane, service, and parts department and can’t say enough good about their knowledge and customer service. Let’s just say, I’ll always take my Toyota to Ford.
These guys did great! Professional, fast, and reasonable pricing!
Great costume service with very helpful and friendly stuff. They have a good selection of vehicles available and great deals. I was very pleased with my purchasing experience .
So far I love the car! Its been about 20 years since Ive driven a FWD car and I was worried about how the car would handle on icy roads since I live in Alaska. So far its handled wonderfully! I love all of the extras especially the heated seats, heated steering wheel and SYNC Hands-free Smart technology! The salesman and financial rep were amazing! They made the purchase and loan processing effortless! My salesman, Tuck, went over and above! I really appreciated all of his hard work to get me into a dependable and awesome NEW CAR!
When arriving at Seekins it was a calm place. There was no pressure of what I should get into for a vehicle. I was able to tell them what I would like and what I had to work with. They didnt keep my license for 4 hours hounding me to buy something I didnt want or that didnt work for me. I can say I was treated like family. They continue to treat me like family. I had bought my explorer through ford in 2002 and my dad is a retired ford employee. I can say that Seekins went well above the bar and Seekins ford treats you like family. Thank you Seekins I love my F150. Thank you Ford family.
Ken Peterson, salesman at Seekins Ford in Fairbanks, was very helpful to us during our purchase of a 2018 Ford Escape. He kept us informed through each step of the process and kept his patience and good humor always. We never felt pushed or hurried along. He worked hand in hand with our bank during the financing process, which was nice. We are giving him 5 stars because truly this was the best car-buying experience weve had. I recommend Seekins Ford to everyone in Alaska, and we recommend Ken Peterson in particular.
Ridiculous that it takes two hours for a scheduled oil change. Why even make an appointment?
Tuck was beyond helpful, and got my price just where I wanted it to be. Professional, kind, friendly and great job with social distancing and sanitizing surfaces. I have already recommended Seekins to family and friends. Tahnk you Seekins and Tuck.
I came to my scheduled appointment time on time and they weren’t expecting me— they lost my appointment. While they did squeeze me in, they gave me a time estimate of 1.25 hrs and it was closer to 3 hours. When I tried to call to check on when it would be done, there was no answer. I’ve left messages at quick lane before with no call back, so I went over there to ask. When I got there I could see my car in the garage with oil spilling out all over the ground and running into the parking lot. I went inside and asked that they call me when the car was done. I waited in the parking lot with my ride and saw that the car was done and received no call. When I went inside, she didn’t seem to remember that she’d ever spoken to me about it. In general, in my multi-years experience with quick lane, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service received. I always feel like people either don’t know how to provide competent service or they just don’t care. Now that my extended service package is expired and I am paying for my own services, I am inclined to take my business elsewhere. I will say that I have had much better service from the service department and sales. I am happy to work with them, but I do not plan to return to quick lane.
I will break this down in parts since some of my experience was 5 star and other not so much. The sales person Ken was great. He was easy and comfortable to work with. In the finance part of it, Lynn was also exceptional, Very pleasant and made you feel welcomed. The used vehicle I just purchased had something wrong with the power seat knob and the drivers seat would not adjust. I noticed this right after I had left the lot. I took it back and the earliest I could get in for service was 5 weeks, fortunately it was stuck in a position, I could still drive it. So I give their scheduling for service a 1 star. Would have been a minus 5 star if I would have had to leave the just purchased vehicle there for five weeks waiting to get it serviced. I can not say anything about the service itself since Im still waiting, but hopefully that experience will be better.Ive finally got my vehicle in for service. had a great experience with them. My service advisor, John S. was very helpful and friendly and the work was completed. Ken was also on top of things following up with the service to make sure it was getting done. It was probably just the wrong moment for them when I bought the car that they couldnt repair it at that time. overall it was a good experience.
Gabriel Robles is amazing. He went above and beyond to help us out and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle or trading one in. Incredibly knowledgeable and doesn’t try and push something on you that you don’t want. Thanks Gabriel!
I recently found myself on the wrong side of the car buying experience. I didnt want to buy a new truck. I was in a situation where I needed to buy a new vehicle. I checked the inventory at Seekins on-line as thats the closest Ford dealership and yet, I was still 165 miles away.Raphael Martinez was the lucky person appointed to deal with my inquiry. He positively rose to the occasion with patience and helped me work through the process over the phone. I can assure you it wasnt easy as I remained a reluctant customer almost to the very end of our transaction.I bought a used 2008 F150 for what I believe was a fair price and Raphael was able to address all of my concerns. The truck has exceeded all of my expectations as I found myself snowed in within a week of taking it home. Im very happy with my experience with Seekins Ford and would recommend that anyone in northeastern Alaska looking for a truck take a walk through and have a talk with Raphael. He really helped me out!
Fast and great service. Price was less than the quick lube places
The sales department at Seekins is a pleasure to work with. I specifically worked with Gabriel on buying my newest vehicle. He worked diligently to find me exactly what I wanted, sending me a text or calling me whenever a vehicle that fit my criteria made its way on to the lot. By far the best experience Ive had with a car lot or dealer and I will definitely be coming back.
I have called every hour for the last three hours attempting to make a service appointment. No answer just leave voicemail - since I work them calling me back isnt convenient. The last two times Ive attempted sales and operator as well - No answer. This makes me feel that this dealer is not reliable - heck if they arent even answering their sales number they arent going to stay in business for much longer.
Ford always does a good job made an appointment to get our oil changed they got me right in no waiting! Thanks guys! Appreciate you all!Sherry
The customer service I received at Seekins was great! They worked around my schedule and listened to my needs for a new vehicle. Very happy with their service!
We just had a tune up on our truck, a 2013 F150 FX4, we have had very little problems with our truck. We have 185,000 miles and counting on it. Seekins Service Department has always been top notch.
I had a few things planned that day on my visit. Get the in inspection done on my vehicle to make sure it was in goo shape overall. Second get my rear sliding window checked as to why it’s not working. Third was get a new key programmedI went for a 23 point inspection and it took a bit longer then expected just to be told I needed breaks pads. That same afternoon I went for an oil change and was told I needed new air filter and cabin filter plus new wipers since my current one where dry rotted and my third break light was out and my driver side reverse light was out as well. I told the oil change place and I just got done picking it up from dealership for a 23 point inspection and they never said anything about what you found. My rear window was not checked by the auto body shop due to miscommunication or what ever the reason was.I was charged only for programming and the purchase of a key.
The service manager came right out and assisted me with my recall. Was very polite and courteous. I had my recall all taken care of in about 10 minutes. Awesome service.
We had a 10:00 AM appointment to have the engine block heater changed. We were told it would be about a 2 1/2 hour appointment. It was almost 5:00 PM by the time the vehicle was done. We checked on it several times and were assured that it would be ready shortly. We were from out of town so had to sit there all day.
Ive always had a good experience here. They are understand and have great reps and arent like Genes with their reps just trying to push a sale on you.
Very pleased with the repairs done to my truck. Ralph in service and Tanner who did the repairs. They caught several things that were going to be major problems.. As usual the diesel mechanics were swamped but they managed to work me in . Thanks again I really do appreciate the effort. .Hard to beat getting your vehicle repaired with Ford parts installed by Ford trained mechanics
I recently picked up my vehicle from Seekins after dropping it off for a couple of weeks while I was away.I’m probably never going to give 5 stars ever so just keep that in mind.I had to take a star off for having to bring the vehicle back a second time for the same problem, and I took a star off for having to call to find out my vehicle was ready to be picked up.In my opinion, good service starts with great communication. I’m already at the mercy of your technician’s, please let me know what’s happening.I’m not the person who holds grudges so this review can be updated with better service in the future.
Raphael was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didnt rush us through the process and ensured we were happy with our selection. Id recommend Seekins Ford Lincoln and Raphael to family and friends. Very satisfied with our experience.
Very clean very friendly staff. Fast and efficient.
I need to say thank you to the service staff and mechanics, but especially to the advisor who kept my life going without my only vehicle over 100 miles away from Fairbanks.Service Advisor James at Seekins Ford helped get all my 2017 F-250 service work done in one drop off!James made everything easy by checking my service contract and recalls sent out before I got there, explaining the scope of work required by Ford and what to expect, pre-arranged a rental vehicle guaranteed by the extended warranty I purchased from Seekins, kept me informed of the work done on my vehicle, and helped me reasonably understand the charges under the warranty agreement and how much I really saved in the end. This is a wonderful job by James and the entire staff who assisted him. It makes me very happy to have purchased at Seekins knowing my service needs will always be met.Thank you!
Rick was awesome. Helped me to get a good price for my trade in, and get me to payments that worked for me. Awesome customer service!
Staff are very friendly, they in at the soonest possible time which was really nice because of issue I was having with IWE valves.I must say (to no account of the dealership) that I was very upset Ford itself knows of an issue with these in all of their trucks and refuse to release a recall so it’s fixed. The dealership was clean, offered coffee and popcorn while you wait, and the concierge / shuttle service guy was the best. With 6 people in the car he knew exactly the route he should take to get everyone home in a timely manner. The dealership is losing him soon and I am sure he will be missed.
Quick, responsive, friendly, and thorough. They found a minor problem during the inspection and contacted me for direction. The service was appreciated.
Overall good but was very difficult to get answers on what was taking so long with my car.
Customer service is definitely not the best.
Very prompt and courteous.
Good but spendy
I was completely satisfied. They were pleasant and effecient.
Thank you for excellent customer service. Terrell was very kind and efficient. I am very pleased with the quick lane services.
Seekins did a great job given it was -40 to 0 degrees since mid-December. My new 2020 Explorer ST was vibrating and they had to work with Ford to diagnose. They ordered 4 new Pirelli Scorpion tires (horrible for cold weather) and installed, which fixed the problem. Turns out, the tires have foam inside for road noise, and the foam had come loose in one tire, creating balance issue. But took 5 weeks and thankfully my sister let me borrow a vehicle so I saved Ford from a loaner. I contacted Ford Customer Service and they did make one of my monthly payments.
I appreciate the good service I had when buying my new Expedition Max. Ken Peterson is great to work with. He and the whole staff at Seekins Ford always take good care of me! I wouldnt go anywhere else!!
Very helpful!
I am very satisfied with my whole purchasing experience @ Seekins Ford Fairbanks. The salesman was very professional as well as accommodating to all our needs. We were able to get the deal we wanted on the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The service after the sale is exemplary. I highly recommend going there first for top quality sales and service.
Great service. nice people. Bill in parts was especially helpful. good price on tires, rebate went through. Matt and crew in quick lane are tops.I will shop Seekins again.
Thank you Josh and James for servicing my F350 6.7 Diesel. You both were very helpful and did the best you can do for my truck. It runs great and hope for it to run a long time with the work Seekins Ford did on my DEF tank and heater. I was very appreciative for being able to get the work done under warrant and for washing my truck it look great when I recieved it. Thanks again Seekins Ford and Service Crew. True Professionals at its Best.
I am very pleased with the purchase of my vehicle at Seekins. I was immediately shown several cars in my price range by Rick. He did not try to get me into a car above what I wanted to spend and did not give me any kind of run around like I got at other dealers. Aaron in finance was very pleasant and easy to talk to as well. I would not hesitate recommending Seekins to anyone who wants a great car at a good price.
I wish it had front mud flaps! Thats where most of the mud comes from.Proud owner of 2018 Ford Edge Sport. Really nice; floor mats not put down. Dash display is dim in bright sunlight with brightness all the way up! Need to be brighter!!!!!!!
The check in process was quick and friendly the technician did a great job at completing the requested service and even went above and beyond to provide extra. I called before appointment for quote and at end of procedure my cost was less then the quote. Thank you very much.
Staff are very personable and welcoming. Not pushy at all. The asking price for the used cars I was looking at (one I just picked up) in my opinion were better (considering year and mileage) than other used lots in town. Would do business with again.
My 2014 F-150 broke down on Labor Day weekend, also first week hunting. Not a good time. John Smith in service was great. Very attentive. Very patient. Work could not get done until Tuesday but then done quickly. There was a problem with my extended warranty (turned out to be a Ford computer input error) and he worked with me and was very patient and understanding in getting this resolved and getting final payment. Highly recommend.
This was for a recall so I mentioned a few items that had come up and they looked into each one of them. Great help
Everyone I encountered during the sales process with was helpful, organized, low pressure and happy to answer my questions - following up with answers later if they didnt have them immediately. Seekins offered more for my trade in than my previous dealer, so that was a huge plus as well.
