Everyone is extremely nice and professional and by all accounts they do great work. I made an appointment to get my winter tire put on. They couldnt get me in for 3 weeks (thats fine, its a busy time of year). It then took over 3 hours for them to do a tire swap. That is even after making an appointment.

The team at Pearson Auto is a great group of people! They do quality work and charge a fair price. They go the extra mile to provide timely service and get you on your way. A couple of days after the work they checked on the satisfaction of their work (It was/is good). I have nothing but extremely positive things to say about them.

The team here was very informative during their road safety check. Not only did they tell me about the issue I already knew about, the technician came and grabbed from the waiting room and physically showed me where the problem was, what he saw, and the severity of the issue.When I first found the issue, I was simply told about it and given a quote for the repairs, but nothing beyond that. Being shown the issue was incredibly helpful.

Great service. My car feels brand new. Need to be better about updates. Love the text updates when you get them!! Would recommend to everyone. Great job on my car!

I was asked to leave a review so here it goes:I was scheduled on a Friday morning at 0800, waited for an hour only to be informed that I have to be re-scheduled due to them NOT having the tires that they guaranteed they’ll have ready on the day I was scheduled. I have asked on the phone if they wanted me to purchase the tires ahead of time to make sure they have it. I was told that there were 60 available in town and it should not be an issue. I called the morning of my appointment to ask what brand of tires they have for me, and they couldn’t tell me and they have to look it up.2nd visit: Tire mount and balance took about 2 hours which was fine. I called prior to the appointment to make sure they have the tires this time and the staff said that he has it and charged my credit card half of the tire’s amount. When it was time for me to pay, the staff checking me out was not aware that I was already charged partially. He then voided the transaction and re-charge my credit card. When I was about to leave the parking lot, I have noticed that my original tires were not at the back seat. I have to go around to inform that front desk. I was instructed to park at the back; they loaded my 4 tires in Lexus without wrapping the tires in plastic. This was just one thing after another. We just have to be respectful of other people’s time. I know for a fact that I will not bother changing my winter tires next summer unless I really have to. I will NOT be going back to this place. I have heard they are the best one in town, but it was unfortunate that I had a different experience.

I go there to get a quote on an install all the dudes in the back did we’re look in a box and open the directions it came with then they charge me 50 dollars for an “inspection” . Then the quoted price of the install was over $2,000. For a six hour job they said it would take 14 hours and that’s why it is so expensive but call any other shop around it’s a 6 hour job if they are slow about it.

PAW took the time to understand my situation, the need for service in a timely manor. When all other shops gave me possible appointment times later that week or month. PAW said come in today at this time. Took care of my needs and where upfront and honest. PAW will be my first go to auto service business in Fairbanks, AK.

Staff were professional and courteous. It took a reasonable amount of time to complete the work.

$501 for an oil change and to replace my spark plugs. Doesnt even show how much the parts and labor are on all those papers they call a receipt. Wont be taking me for a ride again. You proved everyone right about you guys.

Several colleagues recommended I take my car to Persons to finish the winterization left incomplete by a different service station. I absolutely required a loaner car to get to/from work while they installed my engine block heater. Jayden made a concerted effort to schedule my appointment for a day when a loaner would be available. He communicated with me every step of the way. They knew the timing would be very tight for me to get there after I got off work but before they closed and were very accommodating. I havent tested the heater yet, but expect it will work properly. Overall Id give Pearsons high ratings for customer service and communication. The price seemed reasonable as well. Id definitely recommend them.

Staff was polite. Service was good. Oil changes are expensive everywhere so it’s no different here. The atmosphere for waiting was good and there was no pressure for more service. I appreciated that.

Living here 30 years, I find that Pearson’s does exceptional fast work. They get you in as fast as possible and always double check to make sure the job is gone right and your completely satisfied. The staff is the most welcoming business I know of 😊

Came in for an oil change and knew I had a check engine light on. They got my oil changed squared away and took the time to show me my vehicle and what items needed to be addressed. No pressure, just informative.Afterwards I was given an estimate for future service/repairs, and again no pressure. Checked out with no crazy extras or pressure. Heading out of state so I didn’t go through with any of the recommendations, But I will definitely be back to get the rest squared away.The waiting area was also super nice.

I had my car winterized and they were able to get me in quickly with a great price. They did a great job in the quoted time and price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Work was not quite complete when I arrived but everyone stayed a little later so I could have my car for the next day. I really appreciated that. One small item, WiFi for the waiting area?

Professionally, the service was great! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I really appreciated the mechanic bringing me back in the shop to talk me through everything that he was seeing with my vehicle. That was very personable and gave me a peace of mind.My only complaint is the price. An oil change + air filter replacement cost me 189 dollars! I’ve never paid more than 50 dollars for an oil change, so the total was a huge day ruiner. Just be aware of the more expensive prices!

If I could give zero stars I would. It took a lot of effort on my part to get the results that I got from them and in the end because of “miscommunication” they’re only going to honor half of their warranty on the work that they did on my vehicle. I tried typing out what occurred but apparently it’s too long for this comment section. Shelby at the Rich location is awesome. She’s the one who assisted me in getting things done. Shame on Michelle— you’re an awful manager. Still have yet to hear from you by the way. And when they tell you they have “QC’ed your vehicle make sure you do a good check because their version of QC’ing a vehicle was me finding a puddle of ATF fluid underneath my car after paying a lot of money, which was the original reason why I had brought it in to begin with. After a lot of phone calls and holding my ground I think the work has been done but the warranty on the issue is not covered due to once again “miscommunication” and yet another day without my car. I will not be returning as a customer

First time at this place and there customer service skills are above and beyond awesome they was friendly and very professional we went in for an oil change and they was fast and got our vehicle back to us quickly we highly recommend them and we definitely will be returning 😊

I live two hours from Fairbanks made an appointment for one In the afternoon a week before the appointment day.Told dispatcher that I have other appointments later in the afternoon. Waited an hour before I left without the oil change.

Took almost 2 months, got the truck back with driveshaft problems after taking it their for the same reaso and a dash full of lights, incredibly difficult communication, couldn’t give me direct answers ever, truck is already headed to a different shop after getting back. save your time and money go anywhere else

Got me in right away for oil change and have me a detailed list of things to work on with my car.

Dropped car off told them part was on passenger seat but they couldnt find it. So no work done on the day of appointment. Next day put on the bottom of list rather than finishing the job. They said maybe in a couple of days will be done. A first.

Honestly, Ive heard great things about them but they did an engine check for a noise my defroster was making. The defroster was only making that noise because they drained my radiator coolant to replace the tube and never refilled it. They also didnt tell me they had drained it so I proceeded to drive the car normally for nearly a week before checking it myself and had quite the shock. They did what I wanted and the customer service was great, but I definitely had some issues with the mechanical work.
