I love that these guys, they know how to fix a car, they can work on anything. 70-present vehicles. They are up front and honest and I never feel I am taking advantage of. Been many times and know that I am being taken care of. Never a bad experience.

I have used Sunshine Rae multiple times over the past year. Ive been very happy with the speed of their service and their prices. I also dont feel like they are trying to upsell me when I go to them for a vehicle repair. They also recently started using a computer system that sends convenient notifications and lets you to do work authorizations and payments online. This makes the process even more streamlined. Highly recommend this shop.

Heres why I gave them 3 out of 5 stars.Positives: I found their prices to be fair and service to be honest.Negatives: Their customer service is often rude and dismissive. They also struggle to be reasonable with their policies. For example, they do not take payment over the phone, only in person and over the internet. If you are in a position where you can only pay over the phone, hopefully you dont need your car back until tomorrow. Does this sound reasonable to you?

Customer service agents were extremely hostile and rude. Gave them multiple chances and never really are pleasentMy last time, ended up paying 600 dollars for them to fix multiple small oil leaks, which werent the problem. Bring it back and they charged me another 100 for diagnostics. Then they tell me the main leak is behind the engine and will run approximately 1000.At this point, I end up totalling and selling the car because it is a $2000 car. Wasting $700 on their error of not seeing the main leak and saying they fixed it.This is one story of many.

Great outfit, trustworthy, and do good work at very fair prices (ie way cheaper than dealers in town). We use them for both our cars and hav always been really pleased with their work and their honesty.

This is the perfect place to take your vehicle when you had enough of it’s sh*t and just want it to work like it should. The staff is friendly and honest. The lobby is comfy and spacious and great for pondering why you didn’t have them inspect your temperamental money pit of a vehicle beforehand. The prices are fair (i.e. they won’t nickel and dime you for extra zip ties and washer fluid like some places in this town). They’re good people and they do good work!

I got an oil change and the 20 point inspection before driving to the lower 48. The inspection was free and they did an oil change. My brakes were squeaking a little and instead of telling me they needed replaced right away they told me i was still good. They could have easily told me I needed to replace them now and could’ve charged me. Everyone there is very honest and professional! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Called the shop and asked them how much they charge for a diagnostic. The diagnostic beat the price I was quoted at a different shop. So I decided to take it in. After everything was checked they doubled the diagnostic charge and when I said something about it the called me a liar. I clearly remember the price the lady gave me on the phone. Really unprofessional. Will not come here again.

Had my vehicle worked on multiple times for the same issue constantly, and would return with the same problem after assuring me it was fixed. Also went there 2 other separate occasions to make an appointment and they promised to call me back with a quote and appointment, yet never bothered to call me. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Charged me $150 and said they dont know what the problem is...after reading online MYSELF, it was just a blown heater resistor. Take your vehicle somewhere else ladies and gentlemen unless you enjoy wasting your hard-earned money

One mechanic today and all they did was change the oil and tires. When really more work needed done. I cant be having that. Also I asked them to fix a noise coming from a heatshield. They didnt do anything but wrote it up in the paperwork like they did.Edit 8/19I got called out for writing this review when I walked in today to pick up my vehicle.People at this shop are also saying that Bilstein products Ride horrible and dont last.That must be why their products are popular, right? From the drag strip, to the Baja 1000 and anything in between. I know several people personally who are running Bilsteins. They ride great and last as any other shock would. Go figure.Edit 2. Had the Toyota dealership inspect the vehicle with a 150 point inspection. Sunshine Rae wanted us to replace things that were rated as perfectly fine by the DEALERSHIP, the place where dreams go to die because of maintenance costs there. Seriously lol. Sunshine Rae, what a mistake.
