Fairbanks Nissan was a great help in getting me into a vehicle asap when i moved to Alaska. I went in and took one test drive with Wes Wagner and he had me signing a do-able contract within a week. Would highly recommend Wes and the rest of the Nissan Fairbanks staff to any new military members to Alaska or an new movers in the area.
I had a very pleasant car-buying experience at Nissan Fairbanks on 17 SEP 2021. Trevor was very helpful with answering any and all questions that I had about my Dodge Durango. I am from Florida, so all the helpful information Trevor provided on my cars performance in the upcoming wintertime was a blessing. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and focused on my needs. Also, Deborah (Finance Manager) took good care of me as well. She got me a great deal (thanks again!), answered all my questions, and presented everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I could not have been happier with my transaction. I look forward to seeing you all again in the future!
Our initial visit was accompanied by Gus. He was super friendly and very attentive to our budgets and not at all pressuring. We later got moved to Andrew who kept the same energy for my wife and I. Very welcoming, no pressure, plenty of information and plenty of jokes to keep us entertained. He answered all questions we had and provided experience and in depth answers and explanations for everything. Moving forward, Debby ( or maybe Debbie ) Hooked us up with a very solid deal since the vehicle we set our eyes on was slightly out of our comfort range. She definitely made it happen for us and my wife and I are over satisfied with our purchase. The team here was amazing and I would highly recommend to ANYONE considering purchasing a vehicle here to check them out!
I recently went to Nissan to look at bigger cars and possibly trade mine in. I wasn’t expecting to leave with this happening due to how crazy the market is right now. Wes Wagner was amazing, so kind and genuine. He didn’t just try to sell me on any cars he listened to what I was looking for and found me exactly what I needed. He made sure the price was great and that I wasn’t downgrading. He was able to keep my payments exactly where I needed them and also got me a great trade in value (exactly what my Kelly blue book price was). He stayed super late to get everything done and had me drive off in a car that was a perfect match for me. If you go to Nissan make sure you ask for Wes!!Although I will have to say their services department will not match Wes’s energy or work. If you call plan to call at least 6 different times throughout the day. The receptionist will ask for your name, number, and a message and 9/10 times you will not get a call back. Eventually you’ll call and they will tell you that services is closed early for the day. I guess they just take the messages and throw them in the trash because they definitely do not return calls or answer phones in services. If you’re just going to Nissan for repairs or oil change you should definitely go somewhere else. I’d give their service department 1/5 stars.
My experience at Fairbanks Nissan was amazing! First time ever financing a car and Gus along with Debbie was great! Gus showed us exactly what we needed and with a baby on the way I am so excited with my purchase. If you are looking for cars Fairbanks Nissan is the one!😊I will definitely return for future purchases.
Trevor was/is awesome. I liked the way he showed his interest in us as potential customers without making us feel overwhelmed. He answered our silly questions, saying that every question has an answer, and that every question is legitimate. Trevor walked us through every step of the car we chose to review, patiently helped us in filling out the application. In a few minutes we were approved!Trevor, thank you for your professional knowledge and assistance. Nissan Fairbanks is very fortunate to have you as one of their top salespeople!Would I go back to Nissan Fairbanks for another vehicle? In a heartbeat. Trevor paved our way to appreciate a hometown dealership. Our gratitude is endless.
My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant experience here. She had been stressing about trying to get her car sold and Les and Wes made the process quick, easy and were very reasonable with the negotiation. They were both friendly and very accommodating and made us feel at ease with our choice. Well done and thank you. 🙏
Great experience. I worked with Trevor and he was awesome! He worked with me when I was moving to Fairbanks and even when I was still out of state he was attentive and helpful. Because of him I was able to pick up an amazing vehicle when I moved into town immediately!Trevor and his team have worked around my schedule for pickups and maintenance and anything else I needed. I can’t say enough good things! Also, single women buying their first car reading this…. I have been brushed aside and intimidated at car dealerships in the past and hated all of those experiences. I NEVER felt that way here! It was a breath of fresh air to be listened too, my questions validated and help with all the tiny things I was unfamiliar with.10/10 - Chefs Kiss - 100% happy!
Andrew Phelps was my car salesman and he was super knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He assisted me greatly in the car buying prices to ensure I got the vehicle I want, at the price I want. I have nothing but great things to say about Fairbanks Nissan.
We had a really great experience working with Gus on getting our new truck. He is such a spirited person and easy to talk to. Deb also worked diligently with us on getting us the best trade value and making sure we had everything we needed.
The customer service was phenomenal, so much so that my wife and I went for one vehicle and ended up purchasing 2. Wes Wagner was excellent at his job, he was very patient and knowledgeable. The process was transparent and he went the extra mile to make sure it was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend them as THE place to go to get a vehicle in the interior.
If you expect customer service dont go here, I have never dealt with a more rude service department. They take advantage of customers since they are the only option for Nissan unless you want to drive to Anchorage.- Asked if they had a part available since I knew what had to be replaced and was told I could either talk to the parts department or the service department but they couldnt help me if I wanted to talk to the parts department because they had to do an assessment.- Called 45 minutes before my drop off time to check on availability of a courtesy vehicle and was told there was and itd be ready for me. When I dropped off my car the courtesy vehicle was buried under snow and hadnt been warmed up yet, I had to remove the snow from the courtesy vehicle and wait 20 minutes for the car to warm up.- Asked for an estimated time for when the car would be done since I was using a courtesy vehicle at $89 a day and the service representative responded with Ill call you. When I reminded her I needed to plan for returning the car she just raised her voice and repeated, ILL CALL YOU.- Got a call asking if I would be bringing my vehicle the day before or morning of for the repairs. My car had been sitting there for a week by this time.- Requested a new service manager twice and was ignored.- When I picked up my car 9 days later, the cost was $600 more than estimated due to an additional 3.5 labor hours. We werent given the courtesy of an explanation, I was just told thats how much it is.- Also, when I picked up my car there were greasy handprints all over the windshield and leaked coolant all over the passenger side floor mat. The car was dirtier than when I had dropped it off. ALL of our previous dealings with Nissan dealerships for repairs and even oil changes have included a quick vacuum and clean up of whatever mess was caused during repairs but not here.Save your money and go somewhere local, Nissan Fairbanks labor rate is $30 more an hour than the local area and you end up having to deal nothing but rude and shotty service
Andrew and Gus were great! My purchase experience from Nissan was seamless and stress free. Also they sold the vehicle right at KBB value even though they could have gone higher with the used car shortage. 10/10
Recently we went car shopping and right off the bat had a bad experience at Kendall Toyota with a terrible car salesman who was mildly rude to my fiance. One of the last places we visited Nissan. Let me tell you we should have gone there first. We worked with a young man named Gus. He may have been young but he was very knowledgeable and we ended up purchasing a newish Subaru Outback thats one of the ugliest colors of a car Ive ever seen. Haha. That aside we love our new car. After the sale they then worked with my work schedule to get the maintenance done on it. Gus went above and beyond when he came to us willing to come do swaps so we could have a loner at even odd hours of the morning and night (to accommodate my crazy work schedule) so it could get done as soon as possible. They lent us a 2020 car for those days that was big enough to fit my flagging paddle. Thank you Fairbanks Nissan and Gus for all your hard work. We love our ugly green Subaru very much.
The staff here are fantastic and the follow up customer service has been wonderful. Wes has been super friendly to work with and the help I have received here has been wonderful.
Shawn was excellent in helping me buy my car! I appreciate his patience during this process! Great customer service all around, thanks Nissan!
We came here as a recommendation from a fairbanks local. This dealership offers car rentals at a reasonable price! We called to see if they had car rentals when all of the rental car companies didnt have any. They are super nice, and suggested some great local restaurants for us to go to.
Received stellar customer service during my visit to Fairbanks Nissan. I went to look at selling my current vehicle and buying a new one. Trevor Sandbo helped me through the entire experience and was very straightforward and knowledgeable while we looked at the available options. 5 stars.
Thank you to Wes Wagner and Management team at Fairbanks Nissan including owner Les Nichols on my KBB cash offer deal. Made a stressful event for me stress-free. I cannot express the relief and appreciation I felt leaving the dealership team on my deal.
From start to finish they made the buying experience easy. Trevor was very down to earth and easy to work with. Deb also made the paperwork and warranty easy to digest.Thank you Fairbanks Nissan!
Hey,I got a car which was a Chevrolet Equinox with this very nice young man called Gus he really took care of me and everything went very smooth and quick. Highly recommended !Thank you Gus.
All the folks at Fairbanks Nissan are friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Trevor! Thanks to him for getting me into my new ride!
This place is awesome! I had an amazing experienced to this place. As soon as I walked in.., customer service stood up right away, acknowledge my arrival, greeted me with smile, directed me to the right person, which I found very very helpful, kind, professional, polite, knowledgeable with any of your car needs what so ever, he is the man you need to see if your looking for great, honest, and quick services, look for Wes Wagner at Fairbanks Nissan.., you got to see this wonderful Man.. He was very patient to me listening with my car problems and he took the time to navigate what really needed to get done with my car as soon as possible, he went above and beyond, I got quick service, I immediately got an appointment, I don’t need to wait for so long, he guided me to the service department,I got followed up status with my vehicle. And I highly recommend come see Wes Wagner at Fairbanks Nissan. They are honest, family friendly, you feel welcome, and they will only put your best interest with your car needs and what needed to get done in no time..I am very very happy and thankful with their car dealer service. What they do...More power and thank you so very much my car got fixed. I had great experienced with my car needs.
Bought a brand new car. I’m so happy with everything Fairbanks Nissan did for me and the help I got from Trevor the sales rep! Thank you!
Very satisfiedCame in with what I wanted and he achieved itAnd gus is very entertainingI’m glad I was his first sale
Very helpful staff, it was a no pressure sale they just wanted me to leave happy. I got pre approved from my personal bank but they were able to offer me a better interest rate from a different lender. They also gave me a good value on my trade in. Shawn is a very down to earth salesman with good advice for anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle. Highly recommend Stanley Nissan
TREVOR SANDBO BEST SALES REP IN TOWN. APPRECIATE YOU BROTHER! THANKS A MIL
Had a trailer hitch installed; expected to be there at least a couple of hours. Completed in less than and hour, and I was on my way. Best service providers ever!
Wes Wagner helped me out a lot, He understood my situation and found a reliable car for my price range.
Great place to buy a car. Make sure you ask for Trevor!
Mr. Gus has an excelent customer service.....
I was about to drive back to TX and took my car here to get it ✔. The service staff was very nice, the mechanics were diligent, and the office staff was friendly. They went above and beyond to get me raod ready the same day
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November 2020. The service was amazing, as expected, before purchasing. After purchasing, the great experience I received went away. They held the vehicle for over a week before being able to drive off the lot, waiting for the bank’s check to clear. When test driving, everything was perfectly fine. On pick up day a check engine light was on reading P0300 (random misfire) & I was told that it was left outside and to drive around that day and to call back in a few hours if it did not go off. I called a few times because it never went off but I never received a call back. This went on for a few days. My husband wrote a review, & was harassed! They called his JOB asking about his review when he didn’t answer his cell. He then deleted his review so that they would leave him alone. Now, a few months later (January 2021) I have only been able to drive the vehicle a week in total due to it being in and out the shop. So far I have had to replace a cylinder head, ignition coils, engine oil cooler, knock sensor, and knock sensor harness. Totaling in the the amount of $7,200 within two months of driving off the lot and that’s not including loan payments or insurance. I DO NOT recommend going to this dealership. A RIP OFF!
We had Wes as our salesman and it was the best experience with any dealership we’ve had! Very personable and understanding gentleman, would recommend him to anyone that stops by!
We worked with Carl Brooks and he was very professional. Carl did an excellent job listening to my rather complex plan for my new-used vehicle. He found a number of vehicles that met my specifications and promptly printed out their info sheets. He answered our questions and researched answers he didn’t have off the top of his head. I have shopped at three dealerships (Kendall, Affordable Used Cars and Fairbanks Nissan) and this has been the most professional and personable by FAR. I highly recommend them and especially Carl Brooks.
Had vehicle winterized. Service was excellent and vehicle was done in a very timely fashion.
I recently bought a vehicle at this dealership and not even 2 weeks later it is in the shop. If I didn’t buy the warranty then I would be out of a vehicle for just over 3 weeks now. When it first messed up I called them and no help at all was given. Asked to talk to a manager and they wanted nothing to do with that and just sent me to my sales manager. Their maintenance techs just checked the blocks on the vehicle so they could make a sale. If you are looking to buy a truck do not go to Fairbanks Nissan. Customer service was great while I was buying the vehicle of course but afterwards I got zero help with the issue. It still has temp tags on it. If I had an option to give 0 stars I would, they’re lucky they’re even getting 1. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealership.
Wes Wagner really went out of his way to help me! I love my Nissan it handles really well in the winter and in the snow.
Just purchased a new Titan. Experience was great. Quicker than any other purchase Ive been through. Wes was my salesperson and was knowledgeable and even let me check out his personal vehicle for comparison. I had a trade and what I wanted for it. I got no counter lowball offer and it was accepted for what I wanted. Thats a first for me. I also had good explanation of plans and options with Les. I was even introduced to the service department by Wes to answer additional questions. All in all, I couldnt imagine a better experience and I have been through a lot of dealerships. Definitely recommend Fairbanks Nissan for a new vehicle purchase. Forgot to mention, they where also willing to have a different vehicle shipped up if I didnt decide on the one I got.
I thank the crew who cleaned up my car. Spectacular job. Given it was a redo.
I wish Les said LESS. Those commercials are like nails on a chalkboard, and they air every 7 minutes! For this reason alone, I went to Kendall and bought a new Toyota.
Treavor was great pulled a car from brand new inventory and presented the perfect car for me a used reliable car with low milage great condition. Then he put together a rather complicated deal just for me!!Thanks Treavor I love the car. (my neighbors do too, i told tbem all about you and Nissan)
I went there for a recall. There was a mixup on my appointment but the personnel at the service department got me in anyway and took care of it for me.
I was at Service department today about 10 am and I was surprised off the service was provided by Joe McArthur.Nissan management thank you so much for people like Joe Because people like him make our lives easier and makes us feel want to come back thank you so much.
Had a great experience here. Maya especially was extremely helpful throughout the whole car buying process.
Cheap rental prices despite the season, when companies usually jack them up. Very happy!
Really fast and smooth process to get a very nice used car. Wes truly helped me get a great car for a even better price.
Never worked with a better dealership before. Honest and genuinely cares about the customer and what’s best for them. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
Went in for numbers to sell my vehicle and get some advice on how to quickly get my loan paid off and Less was super helpful and nice and left me with a lot of clarity and closure on my stressful situation! 100% recommend this place!!
We went to Nissan in a tough spot. We needed a affordable reliable vehicle. After they attempted to get us in a 20,000 plus vehicle after we informed them we did not want it, only to stick with the first one they told us they could make a deal with us on we left and went somewhere else.Overall I’m glad we left and found an affordable reliable vehicle at Genes. I realize it’s a business so I don’t take it personal, but definitely not a fan of someone trying to pressure us into buying something after we repeatedly told them no.
Joe McArthur in the service dept went above and beyond to assist me in the process of getting my vehicle inspected. Definitely will coming back to get my work done here
I brought my car in for service in March 2020. They replaced my drive belt for free, which was really kind! In April 2020, I went back for an engine noise, which turned out to be my drive belt. After five years, my first belt was described as cracked, which is why they had to replace it. This time, it was described as frayed. How come it too five years for my first belt to crack, but only a month for the one they installed to fray? The belt was replaced and I went on my merry way. In June of 2020, I went back for the same engine noise and, again, it turned out to be the drive belt. This time, they noted that the tensioners were bent. So, either they were bent in the first place and no one noticed the previous times they replaced the belt, or the belt was installed in correctly and it bent the tensioners, or they bent my tensioners while working on it.Less than a year after the new tensioners were installed (March 2021), I was driving down the road and ALL of my engine lights came on in succession. I had my car towed to Pearsons and, according to their technician, there was no drive belt on the car when it arrived... and the tensioners were installed improperly, so I might need to replace them again.I have only ever taken my car to the Nissan dealership for service (this one or the one in Anchorage). But, in January 2021, my battery died and Nissan couldnt fit me in -- no worries! Things get busy! So, for the very first time, I took my car someplace else. Their technician noticed that there was nothing installed on my battery to protect it from the cold. Thats funny, I thought, Im pretty sure one was part of the winterization package I bought in 2016. So, I got in touch with Nissan: while my receipt says that I did have a battery pad heater installed, it only shows that I was charged for one pad heater (which presumably was for the transmission). So, I was told a battery pad heater was installed, but that wasnt true. At least I wasnt charged for it?That was quite dishonest, and really too much for me. So, I talked to Rex Arboghast, the Service Manager, about this issue and the issue with my drive belt. (Again, this conversation took place in January 2021). There wasnt much to do about the battery pad heater, since I wasnt charged for it. But, he agreed that the issues with my drive belt were their fault. He agreed to give me a refund for the June 2020 service (replacing my belt and the tensioners). As of March 2021, I have yet to receive said refund. I have reached out, but have not heard back.I will not be taking my car back to Nissan for service! They do some nice things--an inspection, a wash. But Id rather go someplace I can trust! With all of that said, the customer service people are great. When my power steering went out, I was quoted $4500 for parts and time--which was way more than I had. Traci went out of her way to find me a less expensive part and to keep me updated! Thanks, Traci!
They really made my car buying experience super smooth and easy! I would highly recommend them!
Terrible customer service . If you need service, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE/or set your appointment ONLINE! CALL!!! I say again CALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !! Do not waste your gas/time
Trevor was great at finding out what we wanterd. We were just going to look and we came out with the car!
I’ve returned again with family members who wanted to buy a car. They are courteous and professional!
On Aug. 20th I took my Altima to the dealer for a check engine light. After paying the $160 diagnostic fee I was told they needed to check with the after-market warranty company to see if the $800+ repair was covered. On Aug. 27th I called back, having not heard from them, and was told they had not had a chance to call the warranty company, then proceeded to apologize multiple times. I called because the cars performance is getting worse, I am literally seeing the miles per gallon decrease as I commute to work. I was assured I would hear back from them by Monday, the 31st. At about 11:30am on the 31st I called them, I hadnt heard from the dealer, however I had already called the warranty company myself and found out that Fairbanks Nissan had not called about my service needs. I also found out that ANY licensed mechanic can perform service and the repairs will be covered, it DOES NOT have to be a Nissan Certified mechanic. When I informed the dealership of this I was placed on hold by the receptionist. When the service department picked up, the womans tone was anything but courteous. She told me that she would call the warranty company and get back to me. About two hours later I had a message from them and called back, learning that the repair is covered under warranty and that the part had been ordered. It was going to take at least a week and I would be called to have service scheduled. Again her tone was snarky, definitely not courteous. After thinking about the conversations I had over the past 11 days with this service department I came to the conclusion that I didnt need to be treated this poorly, that I could find another mechanic.Today I called and cancelled the service appointment I had with Fairbanks Nissan. It took too long for their service department to get back to me and when they did, their tone was condescending. The service manager I spoke to told me, But weve already ordered the parts, and I replied, I thought about the correspondence that weve had and I didnt appreciate your tone, so weve decided to go with another repair shop.
Great experience, will be purchasing from this dealership again when the time comes.
Ive been coming to Fairbanks Nissan for just over 5 years now. My first experience was with the sales team buying a company passenger van. Lets just say the experience was so enjoyable I didnt hesitate to return shortly after to buy my personal vehicle too. Aside from a great sales team, the service and parts departments are fantastic too. I religiously bring both my vehicles in every 3,000 miles to get serviced(which is literally every 3-4 weeks). The lubes are quick, informative, and address all my questions and concerns. With having a family of 9, the service team truly helps me feel confident in the dependability of the vehicle I drive and the safety of my passengers and self on the road. Another thing worth noting is that Fairbanks Nissan makes me feel like the team captain. My needs and opinion really matter here. What ever services I need here, I can count on the management and employees to take me serious and work together to make my experience top notch. If you are looking to buy a vehicle or get it worked on, it would benefit you to give Fairbanks Nissan a chance. Theres a good chance it could be worth your while. It was mine.
I’ve been buying vehicles from dealerships for 25 years, and purchased around six, and Fairbanks Nissan is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with...ever. They’ve had me in awe since the first contact from the salesman. I honestly can’t even put into words how great my experience was. Thank you Fairbanks Nissan, can’t wait to see you again!
Nor a dingle employee wore a mask, didn’t feel safe at all
Whoever runs the Facebook page is hilarious, 10/10 would buy a vehicle here
Less and Debbie we’re both SUPER helpful in getting my new F-150. They really helped me out in getting into the truck I needed by working with me on tackling the negative equity in my previous vehicle (trade-in) so the bank would finance the truck. They could not have been anymore helpful or professional. I highly recommend going to Fairbanks Nissan and nowhere else for your next vehicle purchase. We will most definitely be back if I ever need another vehicle.
Eric was very knowledgeable and professional. He was proactive in getting a quote for a new windshield before I had even asked him to. I came in for a tire change and he made sure I left without any faults on my truck.
Quick and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Best car purchasing experience ever!
Great customer service and a very personable owner looking to work with people.
Purchased our second vehicle from Nissan dealership in Fairbanks AK 05/26/2020 a couple of days later we realized the AC not working and there was a busted tail light that they were aware of. My husband called up the dealership and was told to bring the truck- Nissan Titan in so they can take a look at it, realizing their fault they asked us to leave the truck so they can fixed the AC and replaced the light, a couple of days passed we went to pick up truck only to be told, they have to order the parts for AC, three weeks later and numerous calls speaking to Kayla who was very rude telling us that this problem with the AC always happen to the vehicles after the long winter ( hello customer here ) now furious we asked to speak to Less the owner who was busy at the time in a meeting ( excuses) told the reception he will call me back with the information provided on his desk regards our brand new vehicle in 15 minutes ( supposed to be new)... he never called or responded to our email. We decided to go to the dealership to speak to someone in person ( big mistake ) because the manager Debbie was there waiting, we got no apology or empathy from her regards this supposed to be brand new truck instead she told us they won’t be able to fix AC until the 29th of June exactly one month and 3 days after purchased. We told her it’s an inconvenient to us and our children and she told us we can drive without AC until then.
This is simply the best dealership in Fairbanks. Fair prices, no bs, and great customer service. I’ve bought and sold a car with them and both times have been excellent. Very transparent and a great overall experience.
When I picked up my vehicle fromService center I was told I’d receive via email my ppwk in regards to the work they did to my vehicle. The service technician stated he was unsure on process and would have associate email me the next day. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received email. I was unable to call yet due to holiday season. Just wanted to relay this information to appropriate parties, thank you for the fast service on my vehicle though.
Feel free not to come here.Their service center is just the worst. I repeat don’t go there, They will happily rip you off with a great big customer service smile.
I had a wonderful experience buying my sorento here. All of the staff was very polite and they were helpful but not pushy. I was helped originally by Wes, who was great and was wonderful and patient with my energetic four year old boy who I had with me.Wes even checked in twice after I had bought and taken the car home, just to make sure I was still happy with my choice and that the car was working out well for me.
I purchased a vehicle here and I honestly have nothing but good things to say!! Curtis and Les were beyond professional and helpful when it came to helping me find a car and finance it. This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for new or used cars. Their service department is just as great!
The owner of Fairbanks Nissan was answering the phones and handled my purchase personally. He took care of everything and all I had to do was answer a few questions. I live in Delta and he offered to come pick me up if I couldn’t get up there. Once I arrived his staff catered to my every need and had me on the road in no time. He worked for my business, gave me a better deal than other dealers in the area. The other dealers either didn’t answer the phone, call me back or didn’t want to give me a decent price. Les Nichols has made me a customer and I will come back!
Everyone there was wonderful. I had a great experience. Thank you all
Dont buy a Nissan!
Spent time and resources look for a ride to get 100 miles to the dealership, just so that the sales person I was talking to about a certain vehicle sold it to someone else. He texted me asking when Id show up but didnt tell me that he sold it. Once I got there he finally told me he sold it and tried to show me other vehicles that were clearly not what I was looking for.
Great dealership. They werent pushy at all and were very honest, up front about everything, and patient. Our salesperson was Josh and he was beyond helpful. The Manager Les was very friendly and fair. Their financial representative Lance was very informative, caring, and straight forward. Even the detail guys did a great job. We had our 3 young kiddos with us the entire time. Very family friendly! Overall they were amazing from the start to the finish.
Started off this cold winter morn in my 2016 pathfinder, and soon discovered... NO HEAT. Called Nissan....They told me to bring it in (on a Saturday) Took quite a while to find what was wrong. blown fuse & blower assembly. They had it fixed & I was on my way. Best part under warranty
I honestly did not have a great view of Nissan after dealing with the issues in the past regarding lemon laws; however, during my oil change this month the gentlemen who helped me was very informative, polite, and patient. I really appreciated his customer service, it is hard to find around town.
Worked great with the staff, you are appreciated.
Great customer care and good price
As a 15-year customer of the Nissan service department I am sad to say that we will no longer patronize this establishment due to negative and confusing experiences in February and also this past week. There was poor communication with the client, the inability for the shop to keep information straight and records up to date, and the inability to bundle repairs appropriately. We, the customer, were blamed for mistakes made by the shop and they were not willing to work with us to fix the situation. While Nissan has some nice employees, who are trying hard, it is clear there is a lack of training, and management. In my attempts to resolve the issue I asked to speak with both the service manager and the general manager. I was told the service manager arrives at work at 10:30 (3 hours past the time when the shop opens) and the general manager shows up when he feels like it. Neither manager responded to me after I reached out to them.We will take our business elsewhere and stop referring people to this shop.
Super friendly and fair!
Rude, unprofessional, screwed me over. I had my new car for less then a day before my check engine light turned on. When I told them about it they refused to fix their problem and then proceeded to screw me over with the repairs. Do not recommend.
Great dealership. My truck has been down for about week. They have gone out of the way to get me in a equivalent size loaner and are pulling all the stops out to get the repair part i need. Zero complaints and one of the best Nissan Dealers i have dealt with in my 15 years of Nissan Ownership!!!
The service was good but they left my car dirty with leaves and dust when changing the cabin filter and blower motor. It should have been clean when I picked my car up. The floor boards were covered in leaves and my dash was filthy with dust and debris.
I recently purchased a truck from Fairbanks Nissan. I had dealt with several dealers, and was highly disappointed with the customer service. Fairbanks Nissan was a breath of fresh air in the car shopping process. Hiram was very helpful, and really looked out for me as a customer. The lady whom I worked with regarding price negotiations cut to the chase, and made it very quick and painless. The finance manager was also very friendly. I was in and out quickly. They worked with my busy schedule, and made it all happen! I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks for everything!
We went in to just look. Ended up purchasing a 2017 Nissan Titan. Katie was amazing. They were friendly. Kid friendly! They gave us all the information without hiding anything. They always have such good rebates. Went above and beyond for us!
I couldnt have a better sales rep than the one I had. He was very certious. Very perceptive of my needs and helped in every way. His name is Everett, and he was a joy to be around. He was truly happy for me when I finally decided to buy my truck. I really appreciate both him and Debbie. All the staff people were great
Terrible customer service. First time, I went in no one greeted me. I left to my vehicle waited for just a little and tried again. Lady at front desk sent for a car rep to help me. I told him I wanted to test drive a vehicle. He took my license and info, then once by the vehicle he tells me he has to ride with me. (What???!!! Never heard of that.) I told my husband, who was waiting in our car with our children. He had never heard of that either. I told the rep I don’t feel comfortable with that. He said it was policy but would ask Debbie. Don’t know who Debbie is but I left and I am never going back there.
Happy to have a competent local dealer to correctly service my car, perform warranty work & even rent a vehicle from. Great service, friendly employees.
They were very courteous and responsive to my needs. Kept me informed of issues they found on truck and provided a quality service.
I absolutely love this dealership! At first, the numbers were a little too high for monthly payments and and they wanted 2k down for the vehicle I wanted. Matt and Les finally cut me a deal with the bank for a decent monthly payment to include a vehicle warranty and I only had to put 1k down. Highly recommended and outstanding customer service!!
Provided subway.I seen you filled up the gas tank that was awesome!!! Most places leave you enough to get to the gas station and that is it. Little things go a long way!
I go to a lot of dealerships around Fairbanks because of my job and I am always impressed with how quickly I get helped in the service department
