The sales guy is a little different but a pleasure to work with. I was not excited about the price of my new phone but he was right. I love it.

When I stop into a retail sales location to pay my bill during buisness hours- I would appreciate the store actually being open during business hours. I dont want to wait outside for your 1 and only employee to take their lunch break. Thats some bull!

Cricket wireless customer service people are beyond compare, they will help you when youre going through difficult times as well! Its just about the same as having counselors they will listen and share their own personal stories as well if you are a genuine individual, I truly appreciate the employees at cricket wireless and their rates are very nice as well :-)

Absolutely the best phone service that I have seen. Got my new Samsung A11 free! Love this phone, the ladies at the,counter are friendly, knowledgeable, have multiple choices for phones and service. Cant say enough good things about them. Ty cricket!

I went in 2 days ago the person there was Nicole. So quickly I just moved here fromWa. She was absolutely amazing! I almost fell over from pain and she helped point me in The right direction of places. After as Im sitting in the hospital she calls to cheak on me. Thank You Nicole very much for your kindness.

I like the ad choice!!!! That is awesome. But the service is compromised although $60 per month unlimited internet, text, and talk is awesome. It doesnt even slow down its fast internet.

Please be careful, if you are attempting to buy a new phone and/or activating a line!I. I am out $150 no phone and no service, due to the mistake of the representative. One thing I noticed about cricket is that everything that is input in the computer the customers are not able to. Unlike T-Mobile or Verizon where the customer can physically see the information that is being input on the computer, cricket does not allow customer to see the information that is being input.To me this is somewhat of a scam, because they could be putting in any John Doe in the system. While I have never had a problem with the service I do feel that I was scammed out of $150.

My Mom & I went in to get a new phones & numbers, it was long overdue for a change. The lady who was working (Im sorry, I forgot her name) was super awesome. She really knew her stuff and she was patient, considering my Mom was trying to go along and do this with a migraine. And if youve ever had a migraine you know how hard it is to focus. Like I said shes awesome, patient and understanding. She made the whole process super easy & painless. Excellent customer service. So far, Im super happy with my new phone and with my service.Side Note: There was an office dog who is vocal until you introduce yourself to him. Hes got a wire crossed, so his growl is actually his wimper. Hell stop once you get acquainted. Lol Super sweet dog!

I delt with tiff, a rude lil lady who smile is fake and attitude is poor. When I pointed out that the extra fee for payment in store is a rip off she flipped out told me to leave and never return cause I’m trespassed and the cops will be called. For calmly pointing out a rip off of a fee.

The employees definitely do their best at keeping in-store lines moving and still keep that one on one attention to every customer

I went in to get a new phone. One sales representative in the room,helping someone else. 10 mins later, Im still waiting. Nothing was said almost like I wasnt standing there.

The manager Tiffany acted like an absolute child because she didnt understand my question. Even went as far as going into her little office and slam the door, even heard her yelling and having a tantrum.Such a shame what passes for management these days.
