Had wireless service installed by Micro com charged 99 dollars and told that the service would work better than the wireless service that was being provided by ACS our internet service.The wireless service does not work and does not connect with DIRECTV. which is why we had Miro com install whatever wireless service they did (NOT) provide. Now we are wanting to know who will fix this insufficient service that was provided for the money paid.Have tried continuously with one of the on the phone people to get the wireless to work without avail. Tired of calling with no results. We were not provided the device identification used or the password that was entered to connect the wireless service.Would like whoever is in charge to fix this problem.
