Horrible selection. Not good prices. Lady working was fairly nice otherwise 2 stars. Just go to Fred Meyers. 10X the selection at lower prices. RIP Footlocker

So today I went in to look at some Jordan’s. I went in a few months ago and bought some from a awesome guy named Kenny. He didn’t second guess the way I looked, I wear cowboy boots and wrangler jean but don’t let the fool you I like Jordan’s. Well today When I went in not one guy asked if I needed help I was there for about 10 minutes, so I just walked out. To bad Kenny wasn’t there footlocker could have made 1k off of me.

Bought my husband some sneakers, great customer service help.Great pricing, will be back.

Worst customer service by phone. Spoke with an employee by the name of A.D. he was very rude and was trying to rush me off the phone. If an employee doesn’t wanna WORK they need to just stay home! Disgusting when you wanna spend money and the employee can’t do a PHYSCIAL visual to ensure it’s in stock as the web site says it! SMH my advice if YOU won’t want to work or have a job STAY HOME do US ALL the favor.

Not bad at all just do not have the latest Js..... Kind of heartbreaking if your a Jordan fan!!!! Other than that great customer service!

The customer service really sucks, you have to try and find a sales rep to hopefully look for the shoes you want if they arent on their cell phones or BSing with their other employers, and if they even have the size you want, would do half a star if I could.

So very overpriced but such helpful sales people
