Okay selection, rude employees. Did not greet me, just stared as I looked at the kids furniture. My daughter has outgrown her furniture and needs a bedframe and dresser.. Couldnt help but notice that the family before and the woman after me were both greeted and assisted. The man at the front kiosk and the woman at the counter INTRODUCED themselves to the other people and only stared me down.Ill wait to use my Ashleys account (17 years btw) back in the lower 48 and just order from Amazon. The bunk bed for 299 was a steal, too. Oh. Well.

The service in-store is great! However if you want to get someone on the phone good luck. I called three days in a row with no answer or call back.

John was super helpful in helping my wife and I find the perfect sofas for our living room. He listened to what we wanted and assisted us in making a decision. He was very patient and respectful, allowing my wife and I time to deliberate. Will definitely return fpr future furniture needs.

Pieces are decent but the staff can be a bit lazy. Some, not all.Ordered an entertainment center and paid full price for delivery and set-up. Called 2 weeks later only to find that my item had been in the store for 3 days and I was never notified. Scheduling for pickup and delivery wasnt done proper and it would have been 3 weeks longer, so I picked it up and set it myself. They did refund my charges for delivery and setup without issue.

I came in asking about a specific item and got everything I needed right away. Super easy and quick! The fasted I’ve ever been able to get in and out of a furniture store!

I was in and out in minutes, purchased the exact couch I was looking for. I appreciate that they unbox their furniture before you take it home to ensure that what you are getting has not received any damage in transit to their store and then repackage it for pickup/delivery.

Young lady was very courteous, greeted us upon entering. We initially looked inside and decided to also go to Saddlers to see what they had to offer. We walked around and not one person said can I help you. The salesperson on the floor walked right past me and spoke to two couples. Didn’t say, I’ll be with you shortly or we are short handed. Nothing. So I proceeded to approach the front desk, asked for an application and she assumed I needed employment. Back to Ashley’s it is. Ashley’s your employee was there after close and did not rush us! Thank you!!

I came in earlier in the week to check on a dresser for labor day. Price, availably etc. The salesman answered all my questions. We went back today, did the progressive leasing (they let us fill it out on their computer) which one sales guy (Ross I think) was learning, picked it up well and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. We had to go back to initial some things, but that was fine, Id rather make sure everything was fine and get the dresser then miss out. (They only had one more in stock in anc).

The lady that greeted us at the door is named Angel. She was an angel. For our first time shopping for a bedframe, she walked us through the showroom and we found what we wanted for less than what we budgeted!The frame, delivered and set up is less than $500!I will go back for more as we need it!

Didnt feel pressured to buy anything. The saleswoman was super helpful. I like the kiosks, I only wish the were marked which one is which. One shows possible customizations on some furniture and the other shows full inventory for Anchorage and Fairbanks.Great stress free experience! We will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff! A very welcoming place and price was reasonable.

Misled into believing my bed frame would arrive for pick up the following week. Half an hour later after everything is signed & paid I get a phone call from the representative, stating a misunderstanding and that the bed frame wouldn’t be expected to arrive until mid December, a months wait.
