I just went there to pick up an online order and all the staff were so friendly! On my way out, I had 3 staff members greet me out and one even used my name! It was a very pleasant experience! Good job team!
I was shopping for a tinted moisturizer and I was immediately helped him when I walked in the door and found what I wanted right away.
I came in here a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mina. Unfortunately the QR code for Sephoras online review wouldnt read and I couldnt leave a review online, so Im leaving a review here. She honestly blew me away, I had such a great shopping experience thanks to her. She has a such a positive attitude, was super helpful, super knowledgeable, and very personable (which can be rare these days!) She turned me onto some products for my mom and I and even made samples. On top of that she took care of a return I had seamlessly. I wont forget this positive experience.
My fiance got exactly what she needed for our wedding. I give huge props the helpful saleswoman too.
Nice products, poor customer service. Lots of employees just standing around.
Katrina was super sales associate she helped me with all that I needed love sephora
Came in today after an anxiety ridden, upsetting incident at another makeup store the day before. Met Seth, who was instantly kind and excited to help when I told him what I had been looking for but that I had no knowledge of products to use and felt a little nervous about asking for help because of the incident from the day before. He showed me a good brand, explained everything to me, how to use the products and told me how it helps my particular skin type (which I had zero knowledge of, too, so today I was educated on my skin which I appreciated because now I know more for the future). I don’t really go into make up stores, I am not a big make up person but I really wanted to start focusing on making my skin look healthier and feel better about myself and Seth went above and beyond! He was so awesome, I will definitely return to this location in the future because of his awesome customer service. Seth, from the firefighter with the wonder woman mask, thank you for all your help!!
I got my makeup done by Kenia and she was very nice and patient!
I am a Sephora rogue member and today was the first time that I went to this store and was treated terrible. I had gone to get a match for foundation one of my friends and well what was recommended ended up being not good. I went back to get the correct foundation and get more help but it was already 5 mins before closing and there was this guy that worked there not wanting to help, saying come back another day. We were like okay, so we were just thinking of returning it stopped to look at something else and this guy just kept chasing us to hurry up and leave. When there were other people as well still there and he was helping them fine but to me and my friend he was just rushing us to leave. Had such a bad experience today. I would recommend this store to anyone before but now I’m not.
I love this location. every staff there was kind and helpful. i found everything i needed very fast.
This is my new store for all I need. I a very nice experience with the employees here. They helped me find every brand and product I was looking for. At the end it took too much time to pay since they didn’t have enough cashiers open. Great store the way a Sephora store should be like.
Sephora: Train your associates, especially on how to service older customers.
Allowed me to return a lipstick that I didnt like after I tried it on.
Customer service suck, asked one question and the lady rolled her eyes.
Hannah was super helpful
I want to say this location is the worst, but literally every store is the same. Rude employees who are just trying get sales, no customer service. Some of those people do not leave you alone either, Im an esthetician and have worked with dermalogica before, and this woman working in the skincare section was trying to educate me on the brand. I already pretty much lost my patience before that, so I ended up being like Im an esthetician, Ive worked with them before then she gave me a snarky comment, that I didnt pay attention to, so I just put my completely full basket on the floor and walked out. Yall, do yourselves a favor and just shop at Ulta. Definitely will not be coming here again.
I usually come to this sephora. Skin care is like my hobby and i brought my mom who usually doesnt do any skin care to see if we can find something to start her off. What proceeded from the attendant was the most cruel I have ever seen. She basically made it seem like there was no point to start any skin care because my mom was older. She basically gave us a lesson on skin care when all i looked for was some suggestions woth serums. We just asked one question and had to stand there and politely listen as she went on and on.
I went in recently & due to covid19 & they had hand sanitizer set up and a greeter at the door, I thought that was nice. But the inside of the store was immaculate!!!! I mean nothing was out of place, a worker was literally dusting every inch of the displays. Fully stocked, clean, enough staff in each section to help. I love a store that’s ran this way. I didn’t want to leave.
Friendly and helpful associates. Small selection of skincare products and fragrances. Makeup selection is better but doesnt have new releases.
A floor representative helped me find a new foundation. She was really knowledgeable and I was happy with the NARS she recommended to me. It was my perfect shade. I have issues with dryness and she recognized that after I pointed out what I didnt like about my current foundation. She even made sure to point out that it doesnt come with a pump, which wouldve annoyed me with the bottle. She wasnt pushy at all and I appreciated that!
The staff was very nice. Excellent customer service. LIZ specifically was fantastic. She matched me to a great tinted moisturizer specific to my needs. And she handed me the product because I had LEG CRAMPS. Not to mention all the associates speak at a very reasonable volume. So if you like that you should come to this branch.
Nice but expensive
TRAIN YOUR STAFFS BETTER!! Went there to get color match to 2 foundations, was about to buy them. I asked the girl to wipe off the foundation on my face, she said the wipes are on the wall and pointed to the wall. I walked to the wall, did not see wipes that I could use so I turned around and asked her again, she pointed again to the wall instead of walking over to show me very quickly. I couldnt find it so I was thinking forget about it, Ill clean my face with the wipes I have in my car. I walked over to the register and thought, this is the place Im spending my money. I shouldnt have 2 different color foundation on my face walking out of this store when the associate is supposed to clean off the makeup after matching me!! I gave the 2 products I had in my hand to another associate and proceed to walk out of that store. And found that the color she had matched me to were not even a match! I found a better match at a different store where the associate took the time. Such bad service!!!
Staff is amazing! I am frugal so I dont shop much here but a staff member took ten minutes to help me. Splurging in the Dior lipgloss! Recommended from a wonderful makeup expert.
The associate that helped me was really nice and was knowledgeable about the product I was asking questions about.
This was my first time shopping in Sephora in several years and it was excellent. The ladies up front greeted me as I walked in and knew exactly where to locate the item I was looking for. She used a nifty app to identify my skin tone and the best match and emailed me the information so I knew what to get next time. I ended up leaving with 8 items instead of the one I went in for and the lady that was assisting me, Karen, stuck with me through the entire exchange offering advice and suggestions whenever I asked. A great experience overall!
The worst staffEspecially LIZ or something like thatNo customer service everMy sister had leg cramps couldn’t reach for a product and nicely asked her if she could helpShe got down reached for the product but didn’t bother to bring it to my sisterI mean are you kidding ?!Not to mention that they were screaming at customers. So don’t come to this branch unless you want to be yelled at
Tseday was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about skincare and what products to choose! Very happy with my selections! I also got the hydro facial and she made it 100% comfortable! I def recommend her to anyone who’s looking to improve their skin. :)
Terrible customer service
Tracey was AMAZING, very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect foundation in my true shade (she even told me how to apply it correctly). She also pointed out a good concealer and mascara. I’m a make-up dummy and shopping for make-up has always been painful, until yesterday where I was in and out with exactly what I needed and asked for.
I love this brand and i love the product... Its like last forever and all thr customer service is nice
My best friend and I were here on Saturday, and our experience was horrible with one of the managers! The sales associate was so sweet and helped us out but the manager treated us with an attitude and then proceeded to follow us around the entire store and would post at the end of each aisle and blatantly watch us. It was absolutely ridiculous and made us feel super uncomfortable.
I have gone to that Sephora for the past 2 years to claim a birthday gift and both times there was a overweight african american girl (do not know her name ) that does not even look happy, she looks miserable has the most annoyed look on her face and in a rude voice asks me do I need help. I ask her questions and she responds with a mad look and a upset annoyed voice. I dont desire to go to that sephora anymore because her energy is so unwelcoming . Dont hire people that will just scare customers away!
Great place to shop for men’s fragrances. I was so happy when I saw that they carry Dior Homme. So hard to find
Love this store. Staff are always super-friendly and helpful.
I like the products of course, but don’t like the employees and customer service!
Well laid out store and they carry all my go to products
Super helpful staff. Good selection. Always love coming to sephora!
Beautiful layout
The manager Katrin helped me with a issue that i had. She was so helpful, and took the Time to hear me out. very nice lady. If everyone could be like her in the customer service department. Life would be better . Keep up the good work Katrin
Can you even afford to get something from Sephora? (This is the look they love to give)
Rude and Unhelpful staff. Asked about a mini makeover and the attendant was extremely rude and condescending. Felt very judged by all the employees as they watched me try out makeup, and no one offered any assistance.
This Sephora has the worst customer service Ive ever seen at a Sephora. Ive been coming to the store for over 6 mos & have never ever been greeted or acknowledged by the staff. If I need anything Ive been forced to wait in line and then to ask the cashier my question. The employees are too busy chatting and walking around to random parts of the store back and forth.Today I was passed by three employees and not one of them made eye contact with me or asked me if I needed help. I did need help, but felt like an inconvenience.
I literally just walked out of the store. This location is terrible no wants to help but will look at you straight in your face. Had I known I would have went to the one closer to my house. The employees are picky to who they help, and would rather be touching up their own makeup.
I never post reviews, but I have never met a ruder, more dismissive staff than at this store. When I attempted to point out a discrepancy between the store’s policy and the app, I was informed that they had no control over what was posted in the app. While that’s true, they’re the ones who could inform developers of this issue. Further, they would rather stand around and gossip with each other than to actually help customers. Will not be returning.
I like going to this sephora as its the closest. I like to go in and see different products and try out new ones. Usually my experience is satisfactory. I find that there are employees who are genuinely happy to help and then there are those who doesnt care. The person who helped me out, her name was Sarah (thats is what she said). She was nice to help me try and figure out a foundation for my skin type(dry). I am actually trying to find a good foundation and havent found one that is like a second skin yet. Anyway, I had mentioned that I wanted to find a good one and she made me try Bobbie Brown. I dont mind that but the problem was she didnt give me any other options or choices to find any alternative. After that, when asking for samples of 2 others that I personally had to find, she didnt seem very forthcoming about it. It felt like maybe she thought all I wanted was samples. Im a VIB and recently just ordered. To me, even if I was just asking for samples, its because I want to make sure that the product is good on my skin and I dont have to return it because its not good. I just wish there would be more help in finding products.
Why so many bad reviews my experience here was delightful I still remember who helped me with my situation which was about 6 months ago Yasmin & this other nice lady they were great in assisting me with a type of product that would be good on my skin and they did a amazing job..:)
Always clean and everyone is nice and helpful there.
Staff is very helpful. They are a little limited on stock and the services that other Sephora’s offer.
I love this place hunter was excellent and was very very helpful for my first time
WORK ON CUSTOMER SKILLS. its not hard to be nice. shesh. it would make your life easy and ours.
This is the worst Sephora, periodttt! Poorly managed all around.Last night, I was so excited to finally purchase the Olaplex 3 and 4 bond reconstructors for my hair. My total came out to $50 something so I kept on spending money to get to $75 for the facial. This morning I came in for my facial, and it was the biggest deal that I made the purchase last night. Im not going to stay around at closing time just to make employees wait on me.When it comes time for the facial, the lady was lecturing me the whole time. Every single thing was condescending. Girl, I understand that I look like a 12-year old boy without makeup but I am in my 30s. We dont all age poorly like you.I was so excited to learn about my skin and find better products and that just didnt happen at Sephora. I love trying new things. I was disappointed and just shut down by the way she was talking to me. I usually LOVE SEPHORA employees (especially compared to *Mac) but this store is not the norm. When she finally recommended something, I asked what BHA meant, and she kept saying BELOW THE SKIN, BELOW THE SKIN. Okay, lady... Beta-hydroxy-acids dont just work below the skin. Poor judgment of me to expect science from someone who is not an esthetician. Thanks Lorraine. At the end, the buffalo of a manager came up to me and RUDELY said, Just so you know, you cant return the items you purchased. They need to be linked to the facial. WOW, OKAY! Not my plan, but Im not spending anymore money at that location.Ill stick to Amazon now, same products, cheaper, and you dont have to deal with rude management and employees.
This place is a joke. I called yesterday to put one thing on hold. They said they had it and would hold it. Got there today and they had something else on hold for me and didnt have what I told the to hold in the store and said just take this one thats different instead. Fair Oaks was trifling 20 years ago and still is. I dont care what stores you put in there, its still a disgusting mall and incompetent employees!
In past years I would visit this location 2-3 times per year and was never displeased with the quality of customer service or their product options. For this year, I was unable to start returning regularly to this Sephora until recently. In regards to the bad reviews on lackluster quality service, they mustve changed something, because I have visited the store 5-6 times in the past three months and the staff has always been overwhelmingly helpful. Ive made decent sized purchases each visit due to the knowledge and assistance given to me by the staff - particularly Mariah, Bryanna, and Bridgette (names may be spelled wrong). Furthermore, if theyve been out of stock on a product I desired, I was recommended to check out the Sephora in the JCPenneys (also located in the mall). Between the two locations, Ive never left the mall without the beauty products I needed, or feeling like I was treated unfavorably by the staff.
Ray was very friendly and knowledge....this is the first time ive been to a sephora and had someone so attentive and caring....thank you Ray!!!
I went in Thursday of last week and it was amazing. My sales girl yasdashian was lit. Girl live for her. She served me well and gave me great points . This is now my favorite Sephora. Girl damm the prices when you get great customer service i cant wait to book my make over .....
I usually go to saphora because the service is really good.. this location is the exception. Zero service
The store employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the tall Asian girl. If I remembered her name I would post it .There was no manager on duty so I had to file a complaint with another employee..I wouldnt even give the store a one star.
I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. I moved to this area a year ago and was so excited to have a Sephora near my workplace. (I didn’t have one where I used to live). I have visited this location six different times trying to get help. Some times they were so busy that I understood why I couldn’t get help. But the other times, including yesterday, there was no excuse other than they have the absolute rudest most entitled snotty a$$ workers I’ve ever encountered. I asked two different workers for help and they would not assist me, the others completely ignored me. I was wanting help getting shade matched for some dior foundation. I also wanted to purchase an eyebrow pencil, setting powder, under eye concealer and a beauty blender and was hoping to get recommendations. Forget going to this location if you need help. I will go to Ulta from now on. And anything ulta doesn’t carry-just buy it online at Sephora. At least you get free samples with your order and won’t leave you with a bad outlook of the whole organization.
I know racism is still alive but dang! Yesterday, I walked into this Sephora with my one year old daughter (who was in her stroller) and my boyfriend. Before we even got to the door we noticed that one of the associates were already eye balling us. Mind you, myself, my boyfriend, and my daughter were the ONLY people of color in the whole entire store. I went to an associate who was heavy set, very tall, and had long dark hair. I had asked her about where I could find a certain product and then as soon as I went to that section I noticed that she kept peeping around the corner acting like she was busy doing something just so that she could keep her eyes on me. There were only a few other people in the store and it was close to closing but NOT ONCE did I notice that any of Sephora associates were following them around the store trying to be sneaky making sure that they werent stealing anything. I ended up making a purchase and did not steal or cause any trouble like how Im sure the woman thought that I was going to. I have been a beauty insider customer for years and I have shopped at multiple Sephoras in the area and I am disgusted!! I will not be going back to this Sephora ever again! I almost forgot how hateful or racist people can be and try to be slick about it.
All the employees are rude and never try to help.. every time i go to this store i always have a bad experience. Last week i went there to found foundation one tone lighter thn my skin tone, but that black lady with curly hair she argued woth me saying no you should use this shade which was literally black in colour. When i told her its not my skin tone color even, she started saying you dont knkw we know etc blah blah.. i want to give negative stars. Hate this store. They are ruining sephora reputation.
I have never wrote a bad review prior to this one. Negative experience happens, keep it moving. But this time around it got me really upset.First, I called Sephora and asked if I can book a make up appointment ( it was my boyfriends birthday, I called a day ahead) I was told that they were all booked out that day, I blamed myself for not giving it enough time. When I got to the store I didnt see 1 (!!!) make up session in process. When I asked an associate about the make up sessions she told me you have to book on-line, and they didnt get ANY bookings for that day. Okay, maybe the person on the phone didnt know, keep moving on.I asked the lady for assistance, I needed a new foundation. I usually use Bare Minerals and Ive notice they came out with a new product. Asked for a color match. It was a little suspicious she literally took the first powder without even looking, this is your color! I was like okay, great, wow, she much really know the product. Later, when I opened it, the powder was yellow. Like an Asian person or a Filipino person would use. I am very fair skinned. Blown. Then, I asked her to help me with red lipstick, since Ive never used it before and really wanted to try. The just gave me one, again- this is your color When I told her I have never applied a red lipstick- she didnt care. It was a Yves Saint Laurent, and I like to use the same brand for lip liner. Instead, she looked at me up and down and said- well, these products are very pricey, let me get you a cheap liner . (ummm??!?!?!?) She picked out a cherry color for the liner to go supposedly with my red lipstick and send me to the register, while giving me something that looked like a brochure Congrats, you got a make over! with her name on it. On the register the lady scanned it, I guess thats how they get bonuses or whatever. At this point I decided to say something, explained I really need somebody to show me how to apply the lipstick and why am I not provided that while spending $80+.The cashier sends me to another sales associate who looked like she was scared of life. She contours my lips (I have a slight discoloration on one side, I usually still draw the line on it to make it even) so she puts a line avoiding my discoloration, so now with bright red lipstick it looks like I dont have half of my mouth. That was at this point when I decided to open the powder, found out it was completely off. Returned all the items and left with deep sense of regret for spending almost and hour of my time. SMH, what an experience. Sephora needs to invest a little more time in training .
The worst customer service. Walked in there employees were helping each other. I never got offered any assistance. Will never come back here again.
This store really needs to improve customer service or discontinue the walk in make up services. First of all, they ignore you when you walk in. I finally had to tap one of the consultants on the shoulder and ask about make up service. Her name was Sanay. She told me I had to have an appointment so I. Asked her why they advertise walkin service. She said I had to choose 1 service. I asked for eyelashes and when she told me to go go in the back and pick out lashes I decided to walk out.
If I could give it a 0 I would.TERRIBLE customer service. Dont email me and ask me what you can do to helpo because you tried and have ignored me for 2 weeks now.
Best liner and mascara
My experience at Sephora today was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.Last Saturday I made an appointment to get a CMA or full face makeup done after we made a purchase of $70, more than the minimum $45 or $50 needed to make a full-face makeup appointment. I completely understand why there is that minimum purchase charge. They did not have appointments that day that I could make so I asked to make an appointment later. The store was very busy and we ended up waiting 10 - 20 minutes to make the appointment. The appointment was written down in the appointment book for today, February 2 at 2 pm and the woman who wrote down the appointment also wrote me the appointment time and date. She asked me to be 10 minutes early but did not give any other direction.I was looking forward to my appointment all week - to learn more about different products and looks. Today I arrived at Sephora at 1:50 pm and asked where I needed to go for my appointment. They did not find my appointment written down on their appointment list and the makeup artist was hesitant to believe me until her manager said that they could fit me in. Then she told me about the minimum purchase amount and I told her that I had already made that last week when my appointment was set up. I understand that she probably would not have made commission off of my appointment but she should have realized that if I am coming in to learn more about makeup (which I told her was my reason for coming) that I dont have a lot of beauty products and am looking to learn and expand my collection. She did not believe that I had made an appointment the previous week and was very disrespectful and belittling to me so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came over very quickly and I tried to explain what happened and she asked for the receipt from last week which I explained that I did not know that I would need to bring it. I should have showed them my sephora insider card where the purchase was recorded but didnt think of that and they did not ask. She said that they could do it this once and talked to me like I was a rebellious rude teenager trying to take advantage of them instead of a customer who came in for assistance and to learn and buy more products. I asked if it was possible to have a different makeup artist and the manager asked why and I said that it had been a negative interaction so she was able to send me a different artist. The second artist barely talked to me and did not explain the products used but did a good job on my makeup. The appointment took 25 minutes instead of 45 (I left at 3:25). I would have liked to purchase some of the products (specifically lipstick, blush, bronzer, makeup brushes, and eye shadow primer) but I did not know what the products were or what shades were used, the artist did not ask me if I was interested in the products, and I was about to cry because this entire experience was so humiliating. The customer service I experienced today was appalling. I know that the store is busy and there is the policy about minimum purchases, but its not ok to treat a customer like they are a huge inconvenience.
Horribly rude staff
I wouldnt even give this store a one star. Their service was horrible they are all very serious. I was there yesterday & one of the workers there was very rude. I will never step a foot there again
Awsm collection
Worst costumer service ever!!!!
My wife always gets what she is looking for there
The person who attended me was very kind and patient.
