I have never received such excellent customer service like the one I received from Cris! He was so helpful, patient and kind. Please give this man a raise or promotion. People like him need to get recognized for their amazingness. The manager who assisted me was also very kind. In addition, the store was clean, well organized and I will definitely become a loyal customer now after my exceptional experience.

Really awkward and inconvenient experience with the staff working just now. The guy working was incompetent and he literally started to help someone else take a passport photo in the MIDDLE of my transaction. The asian manager was helpful but she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming.

Very RUDE staff! I asked the only associate I saw in the store (besides the cashier) for help. I had one very simple question and she angrily replied, “I’m on lunch!”… if you’re on lunch don’t wander around the store with your name tag on and get mad when customers talk to you! I did eventually ask the cashier for help, but she seemed befuddled that a customer was even talking to her. Not only could she not answer my original question, she also had no idea if there were any other employees in the store who could help me. The daytime staff appears to be the opposite of the evening staff. The evening staff that I normally interact with is always a perfect combination of friendly and professional.

I just returned to the Northern Virginia area after 16 months on lockdown in Las Vegas, NV. There is little positive I have to say about Las Vegas. I was there simply as a jump-off point for international travel from LAX. However, I can say they had competent staff at their Walgreens Pharmacies. I tried to have my Walgreens account of over two decades, including in Northern Virginia, transferred from Las Vegas to this store on Main Street. The Asian clerk through either gross incompetence, indifference or racial bias claimed he could not find my name anywhere in the Walgreens system. He didnt try to contact the Las Vegas Store but only suggested that I bring in a prescription from that store in order to make the transfer. The tattoos on his arm signaled to me what it does to any college educated professional that he was probably not. Also, he was closing in 2 minutes, which may have also factored into his shyte atitude. I called my Walgreens in Las Vegas and they told me all he had to do was look up the Las Vegas store number verify my name and address. Actually, I am relieved he turned out to be so uncooperative whether intentional or not since the hours of that pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. It closed at 6:00 PM whereby my Walgreens in Las Vegas was opened 24 hours. There arent many if any Walgreens that are opened 24 hours in Fairfax but there are plenty that are open at least until 9:00 PM.

Pharmacists are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. This location also has few selection for other goods than I think you typically see in most Walgreens or pharmacy type stores.

What a bad experience for me! I ordered document printing from website. And I selected closest Walgerens for pickup. They sent mail for revieved your order. After 1 and half our I went to store for pickup. And they just said Sorry, our machine is down. You can get your order after 4 days. Really???? i oredered onlie and selected this store. It showed that prepare 1 hour and same day pcikup. I wasted my time. It was very bad experience for me!!

Pharmacist (with the curly hair, wish I had gotten her name) was amazingly kind and courteous, going out of her way to help, even though I ended up not being able to fill my prescriptions there. Thought the least I could do is mention it here. Thank you for the selfless kindness. People like her help make the world brighter!

I have been using this pharmacy for years. However, I will be switching by choice in the new year. The pharmacy is absolutely abismal to deal with. I have had more issues because of their mistakes than I can stand. One pharmacy tech had the nerve to blame my doctor for their mistake. The customer service at the pharmacy counter is terrible as well. Save yourself the time and frustration, go anywhere but here.

Always Long Lines u have to wait in one line despite the fact that they have two spaces one for drop off& pickup and one for express pickupRidiculous don’t go here if u have someplace else to go afterwards & be prepared to stand in long lines

The staff: the platinum blonde lady. Was very rude! She mistaken me for a minor then when I told her I was 18 she said “yeah yeah whatever” and did not let me use my card she told me to bring my mom in and I said “ my mom died from lung cancer” she didn’t even apologize!! This was very rude and I don’t recommend going here!! Next time I think I will stick with CVS. Do not recommend.

I came to this Walgreens store before I got on the road to travel home to return an FM transmitter for another one. I went to two other Walgreens stores back home hours away and the ones that I had exchanged just a few days ago did not work! Jeremy was at the cash register and I told him what happened. He was able to expeditiously take of my exchange for another FM transmitter with no trouble! He was very friendly and we shared a good laugh! He told me to try this one out and if it works to let him know, if not bring it back! I am very grateful that I came to this Walgreens store because his energy got me through the rest of the day and long commute home! I was so excited that my new FM transmitter worked that I had to call the store and tell him! Thank you again Jeremy!

Bob and staff very helpful. Always prompt with Perscriptions. Actually have Walgreens less than 1 mile from home but, rather drive 10 miles just because of the friendly service I get there.

I love the pharmacy at this Walgreens only because of the pharmacist, Bob. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have relied on and trusted Bob with all of my familys medications and annual flu shots for years. I hope he stays at this location!

Walgreens Photo Pharmacy store is at outstanding location on Main St. of city Fairfax. It is a huge drug store with separate makeup section in the whole town. It also has Photo Center with inkjet refills. Medication refilling is a lot easier. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Their quality service is appreciable.

Ive paid a total of two visits to this location. First, I went there for Alba Botanical lip balm (best you can buy, IMHO). The second time was for exfoliating gloves, which I use to wash my face.Both times I left empty-handed.Two stars for attentive and courteous customer service. But I dont expect a third visit to be a charm.

Ive worked with 3 pharmacists over the last 8 years, and they all treat me with great respect and customer service. Both my husband and I have several specialty medications and the work diligently to make sure they are in stock for us.

Called a few times to see if their photo center works after fedex’s photo center was out of service. They didn’t answer. Went to check out at their self service kiosk only to find out they can’t print until Tuesday. No signs. Didn’t answer their phone. Won’t go there again.

LAZY, LAZY, LAZY cant even transfer to another Walgreens pharmacy with the excuse that the personal will get confused. A simple task cant be done by the them, please double check all your meds they are confused

Our familys pharmacist and prescriptions were transferred from a closing local RiteAid to this Walgreens in Fairfax [across the other side of town].So glad that Bob the pharmacist was transferred here so he is still currently our pharmacist. I hope that Bob remains assigned to this Walgreens for the long term - just as we knew him for years at the RiteAid.All the staff in the pharmacy are helpful, friendly and willing to help sort out issues when they arise. That is why I fight through traffic to go to this Walgreens that is not as close to me as the now closed RiteAid was.Steve

CVS used to be my favorite place to shop! I even drove past this place every day for the last 3-4 years only because I was loyal to CVS. After stopping in this past weekend, I found this place to be cheaper, cleaner and more staffed than CVS. To be sure I went to CVS after spending $108 here. I went to price check CVS and it would have been $14 more! This is my new happy place :)

Went here to pick up money from Western Union. Staff did not know anything about the process, could not assist... Come to find out Walgreens sets their own rules on money pickup where you need all your information, senders info, accounts, emails, phone numbers of both parties, test answers and probably a unicorn to top it off. This in no way works with international transfers. Wasted 30mins and called WU, the rep told me to never to to a Walgreens because they set their own rules.

Really grateful to this group of pharmacists and assistants, my father just got out of the hospital, and his bp was worrisome. we were close to the Walgreens and we needed some clarification on his meds. that stopped everything to come out and take his bp and assist! what a blessing!

I made a call for a stock check, it was handled by Chris. His courtesy was exemplary and he went the extra distance, with a final and favorable result for my inquiry, despite difficulties. I recommend this salesperson and store.

We have 3 drug stores within walking distance of our residence. The one our insurance company prefers is horrible (slow and usually discourteous), the others are so-so. This week I was in the neighborhood of the Walgreens at 10320 Main Street and (finally!) decided to stop by and get my annual flu shot. This pharmacy department is staffed by courteous and capable folks. I didnt get the name of the nice person behind the counter, but do remember the courteous pharmacist who provided the shot, Michelle. It was quick and painless, I wasnt even aware that the vaccination had happened until she produced a bright red tape to cover it. Most of my prescriptions are filled by mail, but in the future when I have some that arent I know where to go to receive competent and professional service!

DO NOT GET YOUR FILM DEVELOPED HERE! Rude salespeople and they only gave me a portion of the images I took. I took my negatives elsewhere and got ALL my pictures.Was a waste of time, money, etc.

This pharmacy peoples are horrible with patients they dont like to do there jobs we are waiting on one prescription for one hour.Not only that is without insurance they just like to kill time. Very Disappointed. Never again this Pharmacy I wish I stick with Gaint.

Horrible customer service.

This Walgreens does not honor the labels on their shelves. Purchased items because they had Register Rewards and was told by both the cashier and manager they dont offer the coupons. Both sticker on shelf and online ad for this store advertise them. Will not be coming back.
