Little selection. Sales person was more interested in the sale than what I needed
There are so many things to choose from, and customer service is great!
Cindy and another associate (didnt get her name sorry!) helped my mom and i pick out the perfect shade of foundation and concealer without any swatches and was also really nice about answering all of our questions. great customer service!
Awesome place for kids
Clean and felt very safe. Staff is great.
This location is terrible. Bad/no customer service skills. Called on Saturday to have something put on hold and confirmed. Called back the next day to see if they could extend it an extra day and was given a speech about 24 hour holds only per JC Penney policy (a standard sephora told me 48 hours) and that the product line I was looking for was all on clearance and couldnt be held. Also incorrect as I was looking for an item on sale, not clearance, and most of the line is still full price. Dos not receive the help or product I was looking for.
This location is way to limited with the variety of items they carry. I can never find new items or trending products. If it is suppose to be a great addition to Jcpenney consumers then a better variety should be offered not just old styles and products.
Pick up was a nightmare!!! Very bad associate.
Store is very clean.
I visited this Sephora on 8/7/18 at 8:52 PM. I asked a sales associate (freckled white woman with autumn red hair) to help me find a lipstick. She proceeds to the cashier despite me following right behind her and helps 4 other customers that arrived to the store AFTER me. I wait for 10 minutes but she proceeds to take customers after customers while I wait despite having approached her way before to help me find a product. I stand next to the cash register so she remembers I’m still waiting and looks at me but completely disregards my presence. In the world of racism, I don’t know if this was an act of racism or blatant disrespect. Either way, this is not ok. Do better with customer service.
The associate did not even acknowledge me, not even as I was checking out.. most awkward experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora.
Today, after trying to find a product at the Sephora main store and having no luck, I was directed to the Sephora in JCP. I mentioned to the woman working that someone at the main Sephora said that this product was in stock at the jcp location and she scoffed at me and said “when did they call?” To which I replied “it would’ve been just now I was just at the other Sephora” she rolled her eyes and continuously informed me that no one called her to check inventory. I asked her if she could please help me look to see if it was in stock. She said “well we probably don’t have it” and I asked her AGAIN if she could help me look because everything was a mess. She walked up to the display, barely looked and said “yeah it’s probably out” so I asked if she could check the drawers (she didn’t) and since they “just did an upgrade” whatever was sitting out was what she had. I’ve literally never run into a less helpful and rude Sephora employee. Off to ulta!
I was planning on purchasing the make up forever concealer and a sephora brand foundation which easily is over $50. Keep this in mind because youll need to know this to understand the story.Robin, the store manager, was extremely rude to me while I was doing my makeup with testers, I use testers all the time, this is how I know what products I love and buy and which dont work well for me. He came over to me, with a mean and resentful look on his face, put his hand on his hip and in the most demeaning way said if your gonna have a full face of makeup your going to have to spend $50...I know this already, however I also know that if you make an appointment with a sephora artist and they do a full face FOR ME while I spend $50 but he conveniently left that part out.So I told him thats fine...expecting him to leave me alone. Instead he goes TODAY?!!! Extremely rude, who are you to act like I dont have money, he was arrogant as hell. I was so pissed off with his behavior I told him to chill then he told me dont tell me to chill so I said under my breath stop acting like a baby. Thats when he said WHAT DID YOU SAY and I responded, (still composing myself as a decent and normal human being I told you to stop giving me attitude then he said thats not what you said (am I in court or in sephora) so I said your right I said stop acting like a big baby. Then he threw a tantrum, called Tammy (assistant manager at Jcpenny) I told her what he had done and she basically did nothing. I told her to review the cameras and just look at his body language and how rude he was. She said she would. I have a meeting with the store manager of JCPENNY and will continue to talk with employees so I can find out when AL will be there. I have reported him to both head quarters Sephora and Jcpenny and will now allow this type of discrimination to happen again.
I visited the store at the beginning of September 2017,, as soon as I walked in, your representative AVA, stop me for looking around and started asking questions on what I want, I told her Im looking for eye shadows and if I need her help I will ask for it. She didnt allow me to shop she said she was there to help me, I feel like I was being monitored by her at all time, since when I got close to Tarte products she jumped on me and said it wasnt my color nor in my budget, who she thinks she is to tell me whats in my budge? I had spend thousands of dollars at your store, Im writing a review on google about how disrespectful she was and how their manager didnt say anything. He did not care, he looked like a paint standing just there.
Worst experience ever. I wish there’s a 0 feedback.
