I bought a copy of Joan of Arc by Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) that Im enjoying immensely! Its an inspiring true story told by one of my nations best storytellers. I love Joan of Arc and try to imitate her in my daily life. She was Mark Twains only real hero because she was the only well documented case of a human being whose actions were free, innocent, and selfless. Joan is the exception to the rule of historical determinism, and as such, her story brings hope into the world. Harpers magazine began publishing a serialized Personal Recollections of Joan of Arc in April 1895, about one hundred and twenty six years ago. I also bought some beautiful prayer cards that Im using as bookmarks and decorations for my nightstand in between prayer time.

One of my favorite local stores to go to. I always find something beautiful to buy. A little slice of heaven in a crazy world.

They are very friendly and helpful. I called in advance to see if they carry head-coverings and they said that do indeed carry mantillas in their store. My husband and I really enjoyed browsing around in the store. They carry reasonably priced high quality items in the store. I am in love with my new Mantilla that I will be wearing to church for the very first time tomorrow.

Great variety and I love supporting the Catholics but when my daughter requested a veil I was appalled at the cost compared to Amazon. I made several other purchases (they have a beautiful book on saying the rosary and an amazing variety of rosaries and memorabilia for various sacraments) but I will purchase her modest veil for Rome elsewhere.

I love this store so much, I have a saint benedict cross and and a San damiano cross that are really special to me. Ive bought lots of prayer cards which really keep me at peace and the store employees are extremely friendly and just great people. One of my favorites stores and praise Jesus christ now and forever.
