The selection here has vastly grown! Glad to see they are keeping up with the times. This has always been one of my go tos at Fair Oaks and now its my favorite for fun gifts.

Random things. Pretty open but it didnt seem like things where organized very well. Cashier was nice and quick though there was no one walking around asking if anyone needed help.

I was disappointed in not finding music anymore and many of the movies were used but the store was a delight of other wonders and the staff was friendly.

My daughter loves browsing through all of their collectible merchandise, particularly anything related to DC, Marvel, Harry Potter, and anything Star Wars. She especially loves that they have as huge collection of Funko Pop figures.

The one time i went in here with my friends the selection was good but the one staff member in there seemed very annoyed at us. still very good would return when corona over.

Decent selection, but the promotions are not clearly marked and I didnt feel like taking every item I was interested in up to the front of the store to check. Cashier was just okay; not unfriendly but not friendly either.

Visited this place twice so far and I must say its fairly impressive. Im comfortable to say that it has better selection of entertainment products than some of the other comic book stores out in NOVA. Kinda wish there were more FYE around Fairfax VA.

Fantastic place! The manager provided excellent customer service. He was helpful in finding items I needed as gifts for the upcoming holiday.

A lot to see in a smaller location. Nice eye candy for kids of all ages.

I never actually buy anything when I go in here but its nice to go in and look at all the candy and comic book references and just general odds and ends. It gives me good ideas of things to order online for much cheaper than they are in the store. And if Im ever really crunched for time, I would consider making a purchase here.

Pretty good store, but has its flaws. I go there to buy my kpop albums usually, but always get drawn in to buy other stuff they have. Kind of confusing how theyre set up, a few kpop albums in the back where they arent labeled to be, and not a great selection of vinyls. The first time I went, I bought 6 albums, and the lady at the desk kept scoffing and being rude. They have some nice workers, but some really need to fix their attitude.

Kinda feel bad shopping here. Really nothing I need now in our digital lifestyles. Posters and shirts you can get on amazon. Old CDs nobody collects, candy that is meh. Need a DVD from 10 years ago? They might have it, might not. Old semi collectable dolls and toys? Maybe. It has been surpassed.I mean Im glad it is here, and it is pleasant to browse around, but I couldnt find anything I couldnt get somewhere else online for a better price and a wider variety.Maybe around Xmas time when I realize I forgot a present for someone, or something.Stay strong FYE

The store does have a great selection of films, shows, other merchandise. But the dvd genres or themes are sorted out terribly and poorly. But if you want a efficient dvd or Blu-ray to own, this is the place.

Silly store with hot trending items from hot trending media. Not a real great vinyl selection as i was led to believe online.

I just watched Mark, the manager berate a woman who asked him where something was in the new store layout. He asked her if she had eyes and knew how to use them. I then had the gall to ask about a products availability(I saw one version, wanted to buy both of he had them. He picked up the toy, held it to my face and said this is the only one I got, you want it? I said yes, and the other version if he had it(he hadnt looked on the box full of them and its not a chase or variant POP, just different). He repeated this is the only one I got crunched it and threw it back into the box on the floor. I handed him the other items I was going to buy and topic him that was a nice way to handle customers AND collectibles. Mark, if you hate your job and your customers so much, why do you still work there?

The manager is nice but the guy working for him doesnt mention that the vip pass charges you after a month which is pretty important information he just says its free. Theres a difference between free and free trial...

Great finds in FYE

Mark, who i believe is the manager, was extremely rude when i called looking for an item, and complained about his job blatantly on the phone with me. Also he forgot the phone introduction when i called. very unprofessional, and when i went to the store to receive the item he was just as rude and intolerable in person, when going to checkout i was at the counter for 5 mins before he came back.. not happy with these rude people who dont like their jobs.

Racist, incompetent people who delayed service to my cousin. Justice for Rahah Shahan.
