I probably called 10 times in the last week, left 3 voicemails, and spoke to three people directly about having their assistant manager or manager get back to me regarding my extended warranty. I never heard back from anybody. BMW of Sterling was much more helpful they got everything done for me in one day without any fuss. I recommend going to them for any of your BMW needs.

The best BMW dealership in the region in my opinion. Great selection of used and new BMWs as well as other high quality used cars. They definitely hold there used vehicles to a very high standard. Interiors and exteriors are immaculate. Even if youre not in the market for a BMW I recommend taking a look at there used inventory. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Love our X7. James Duerbeck was very helpful and knowledgeable answering our questions. He was not pushy at all trying to sell us more stuff but rather a helpful guide in choosing the best options and specs for our newly built car that we absolutely love. At the time of delivery he took his time to show us how to use all the features and did a follow up the next day in case we still had any questions. He also surprised us with lots of goodies at the time of delivery which is greatly appreciated. I have bought many luxury cars but never had a pleasant experience as this one . If you are in the market for a BMW, he is the one to go to. 👍👍

If thinking about a BMW, get one here! We looked for weeks and found BMW Fairfax used inventory is so much better quality than what you find at the Chevy, Toyota, and other dealers and the prices are equal if not better.All of BMW Fairfaxs used cars are in fantastic shape! (beautiful paint, interiors perfect, great tires and brakes, etc). We drove several at other dealers and they all had issues like bald tires, stained interior, weak brakes, super high miles, etc.).Alex in sales was outstanding. He was very honest with pricing and has extensive knowledge of their used vehicles. He added a personal touch, remembering how much I liked coffee and gave me a nice BMW coffee cup and small toy gift for our daughter when we picked up the car the next day.Thats something you wont see at any Chevy dealer. I will be back to buy another vehicle for myself.

BMW of Fairfax has just made a friend and an advocate. I just had to share my experience with BMW of Fairfax. My 24 year old daughter needed a new car and she found a 2015 Honda Accord that was being sold by BMW of Fairfax. Not being a Honda dealership I had assumed they would just want to get rid of the car and us (since we were not buying a BMW), but I was so wrong. Our salesman, Nana Mensah, was super nice and accommodating. He did not treat us any differently just because we were buying a used Honda. He made my daughters first car purchase (on her own) a very pleasant experience. On top of that, Ferris (from the financing Dept.) was beyond helpful. He explained what was going on without being condescending, as I might have expected from a BMW dealership. When he found out she was a teacher, he made sure she was taken care of. My daughter got a great deal on car she wanted and I walked away wishing I could afford to buy a new BMW, just so I could work with BMW of Fairfax again. If they treat us this well, I can only imaging how they take care of BMW customers. I have no trouble recommending BMW of Fairfax. Call Nana, and tell him Josh sent you. :)

I could not be more pleased with my recent purchase experience with BMW of Fairfax. Every aspect of from initial meeting, test drive, order to delivery was extremely professional and painless. My salesman, Eric Bautista, knows his BMWs and knows how to treat a customer. His communication throughout the entire process was exactly what you would expect from a top-notch establishment like BMW fo Fairfax. That’s the one, here are the keys and let me know if you questions” and he proceeded to go back into the building. Keep in mind I bought the car that I was planning to trade in from here. We just bought our 3rd BMW from BMW of Fairfax. We’ve moved over 50 miles away since we bought our last 2 cars…but, keep coming back! The customer service team, sales/client advisor (Erick Bautista), finance manager (Ebrahim Farhanieh) and general manager (Mike Walker) all make buying a car here an easy and satisfying experience. Out of the places we have been BMW of Fairfax has been the best thus far. As soon as we stepped out the car, we were greeted with a simple hello, how may I help you. Mr. Sam and the finance manager were awesome in helping us but also didnt pressure us as most car sales men do. We were in and out within 2.5 hrs. Great, courteous and professional! Buyer beware. Purchased a CPO approx. 1.5 years (maybe 20k miles since I’ve purchased) ago and I’ve already had a number of issues with my vehicle, conveniently (for bmw) none of which are covered by either the CPO warranty or any of the additional coverage plans that I purchased. An estimated $5k in repairs. I’ve never had an engine mount crack on this new of a vehicle. Be advised that the service centers will try to claim wear and tear on a number of items, even if those components are not excluded items in the CPO warranty document. Do your homework before purchasing a CPO from this dealership and I’d strongly advise going to another service center!

Update: I recently received a check for not only the 10% I had requested but a full refund of service. I had spoken with the service manager who was very kind a few weeks back, and Im genuinely surprised at the effort made by the dealership to right the wrong by going above expectations. Thank you!I recently had my 2017 BMW 340i serviced at this dealership and it will be my last time doing business with this institution. I had new tires installed on my car a few weeks prior to my routine service (not Fairfax BMW). I went to the Fairfax dealership for numerous items; windshield wipers, oil change, filters replaced, etc. The bill was in excess of $500, and that’s after the service package paid for the ‘covered’ maintenance. Additionally, I was informed that my car needed a four wheel alignment even though this had been done weeks prior ($200+). I asked my service advisor for the measurements taken on my wheels, as my tire shop was interested in what they measured; magically, after another 30 minutes, I was informed that my car no longer needed a four wheel alignment and there was a ‘mistake’ reading the measurements. How many other customers have been duped like this? I then was informed that I should’ve received 10% off of my service, this was not suggested by my own advisor. When I called the dealership to request the discount I should’ve received, I was told that they would get right on it; one month later and I’ve heard nothing.

Horrible service. I took my new BMW for service on July 27. I agreed with the charge that they told me at the counter. later, on the same day they called me and said they made a mistake and they have to charge me more. I had no other choice. when I went to pick up my car, its body was damaged. Service manager (Konrad Malinowski) gave me his card and told me to bring it back to fix it. Since then, they are not returning my numerous phone calls.I will take legal action.

Hurried, poor (no explanation of trade in which your formula showed 17000 and I was allowed 15000. NO instructions avail for new car operation. Alex and Ibrahim were cordial but not as before. I was not told about the need for a policy for brakes, et cetera nor the need for an extra 2000 for wheel and tire insurance. Paper work not clear.My part is that I should have instead on item explanation and slowing down and clarity about operation. This is my third purchase at Fairfax BMW and most likely my last.

I honestly dont understand how this dealer has so many great reviews. Ive been here for service 3 times and warranty issues twice. Every time Im here there is ALWAYS an issue. Either the car isnt ready as promised or the bill isnt even close to the estimate and includes other items not discussed. And good luck with having any of the Service Advisors return a call... Ive complained several times and each time I just receive double talk, lies, and excuses. I feel like the employees are but through the same training for excuses to the point where they come off slimy. I would strongly recommend going to another place for service.

THEY WATER DAMAGED MY CAR! I took my car to get a brake fluid flush. They said they would take care of some recalls and that I should leave the car with them. It took them longer than they promised to get it repaired. When I went to pick it, paid my service and waited for 20 minutes, one of their managers came out and told me it would take them some more time to get my car because there was water inside and they were vacuuming it.They accepted no responsibility for it and on top of that offered to do a water check service for $200 + wherever they can make up to say that something is wrong with my car. They probably left the windows open during a thunderstorm.Just know that if something happens to your car while under their care, they will accept no responsibility whatsoever. Be warned...

The BMW Fairfax facility replaced the defective Air Bag on our 2002 BMW 325xi. The staff was very professional. We had a very positive experience at BMW Fairfax. The showroom and offices are very clean and quiet, everyone was friendly and professional. Our sales person Sam Hawa was friendly, enthusiastic and honest. There was no slick talking, nor any high pressure pushy sales tactics. After the car we wanted to test drive was located, we test drove it alone which was great so we can assess the car ourselves without any awkwardness of a third party being present. After the test drive, Sam and the Finance Manager Jaafar created an estimated sales and payment summary and we decided to buy (a similar) car with the color we preferred. The entire process took approximately 3 hours and we are very pleased with our experience.

I spent weeks searching for the right BMW 430 i x to be my first BMW. I spoke with many dealerships over the period. Alex from Fairfax was the best by far, he was not the typical salesperson who just read from the spec sheet. He explained the features of the version I was looking at. My car was delivered via tow truck with a drivability issue. Multiple technicians had looked at my car without success in resolving my car’s issues. BMW of Fairfax was able to deliver my car back to me, fully repaired, within 48 hours of delivery. I am thankful for this resolution. The service manager also got involved at my request. My only constructive criticism is communication between myself and my advisor was a little slower than I prefer.

Purchasing my new X6 at Fairfax BMW was the best new car experience of my life. From the beginning to end I felt my concerns were heard and addressed. It is ironic that I actually ended up at this dealership after starting my purchase with a different local BMW dealership. I was finance approved and ready to purchase. My dismal experience with the previous dealership pushed me to look elsewhere after an entire week of broken promises and frustration. After 30 minutes on the phone with James Deurbeck my new X6 was on order with all questions answered and all specifications met. I am a true BMW fan and will definitely refer all business to BMW of Fairfax!

I came in for an oil change, but because of the diagnostic history David pulled from my key fob, it was not necessary. David said the vehicle would be ready in approximately 2 hours, and the vehicle was ready in just under that time. You provided the shuttle service to Mosaic, which was a nice change from waiting in the lobby. My wife enjoyed it, so thank you very much. The experience that the staff of BMW Fair provided my wife and I during the purchase of our new X3M40i was amazing. From our initial inquiry working with Casey Iglesias, to the ordering/signing of the vehicle working with Driton Sadiku. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. While this review highlights two staff members, that is not to say that other members werent equally as professional/warm/welcoming. The entire staff did an excellent job making sure that we were well taken care of. For whoever reads this review, if you or anyone that you know is in the market for a new vehicle, BMW Fairfax is the place to go.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The most professional, honest, and knowledgeable team here. From the moment I walked in and greeted by Dena, till the moment they delivered my car. Very helpful staff. Im glad I called to follow up before I arrived, since the associate told me that the shop isnt at the same location as the dealer.I was able to arrange a ride home from the shop and and a ride back to pick up my vehicle the next day. They did a nice job on the service and washed and vacuumed my car!

The best car buying experience I’ve experienced in over 10 years. I normally buy only new vehicles but decided to go the used route this time. BMW of Fairfax made my buying experience amazing. Big shoutout to Mike, Rick and Zen.I initially came in with my own financing but Zen had better numbers. Definitely check with him and the options he has available before looking elsewhere.I’ve already told so many friends and family about how well I was treated at this dealership. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but Mike and Rick made the process a breeze. Customer Service is really big in my book no matter how much you are spending and they hit the mark by catering to the customer. They answered all questions, gave me info on the vehicle, detailed the vehicle inside and out and made sure I was satisfied with any imperfections on the exterior. The service representative was knowledgeable and accommodating. He was proactive in ensuring I had options to choose from regarding my need for a shuttle service and loaner vehicle. I switched to having service done here at BMW of Fairfax because I recently moved. At first I was apprehensive about the place because it is larger than my previous service center, and I generally dont like very large service centers because I feel they are more impersonal. But I was pleasantly surprised by the personal treatment I received at BMW of Fairfax! My service advisor kept in touch with me while I waited for my repairs to be completed, and the service technician was thorough and found a potentially major issue that needed immediate repair. The process to check out a loaner vehicle was easy, and in the end, BMW of Fairfax completed the repairs a day early. Highly recommended!

I arrived without an appointment to have a battery replaced on my key. The service representative advised me that I was due for routine maintenance, for which I had not planned. No problem! The work could be done within 90 minutes. Much to my surprise, the work (and car wash) was done in less time. Great service, on time! Friendly assistance. And all questions answered. I brought my vehicle into this facility and have received better service at a PEP Boys. I scheduled an appointment for tires and brake pads, brought my BMW there and they stated that they did not have the tires available and I had to wait until the next day. They stated that they would reassemble my vehicle and let me drive back as that was not the case. After two and a half hours, and after the service department took my vehicle apart to replace brakes, I was told that they did not have the brake pads. To add on to this, instead of a loaner, seeing that it was their mistake, they had me take a hour and a half Uber ride there and back to pick up my vehicle the next day, leaving me without a vehicle. I really expect more from BMW! Take what I say to heed and Go to the BMW in Alexandria! I will be from now on!

Response to BMW’s feedback:Thanks Mike Lewis for responding to my Google rating; however, you should have exercised that amount of interest when I requested Derrick, service rep, to provide me with a point of contact to whom I could escalate my concerns, and he never responded.Further, since you felt compelled to layout insignificant details of my car, I am more than impelled to provide you with relevant facts on your service center: 1) I waited in line for almost 20 minutes while a male Caucasian customer negotiated 2 discounts for his time waiting on a brake job, in which he stated his service rep promised him – my service rep wouldn’t even leave his desk to speak to me; additionally Derrick (service rep) passed me (and looked at me) twice to see other customers and never acknowledged my arrival when I was waiting in that aforementioned line to get my keys and pay; 3) when I asked to speak to him about my part, he never came up front and I was told he was held up on the phone with ‘warranty’.Sir, before you research my mileage, examine your business practices, especially now that I have your attention. I will continue to voice my concerns and deal with my matter accordingly.Very dissatisfied with my customer experience. I went in for regular service, and 30 days later, I am on the side of the road with an overheated engine. Apparently the coolant hose broke as opposed to gradually wearing down, yet their service states theydo a thorough check of coolant, hose, etc.A manager attempted to persuade me that these hoses just break, and if this was the case, why do they advertise that they do a thorough for if there are no preventative measures to prohibit a ‘break’?I feel taken advantage of and no longer trust them with the care of my car or my safety for that matter. I am also looking to get my part, in hand, to see if I can seek legal remedy behind spending an additional 1000+, 30 days after I spent that amount of money. I’m also seeking a different dealership because I want to feel safe and confident with the service and their explanation.
