Decided to check this place out because of the reviews plus I was already in the area looking at cars and it did not disappoint. AQ was the person that helped me but all of the staff were very friendly. He let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in without any hesitation, and as I was waiting to seal the deal, every person that walked by asked me if I needed anything or offered me coffee. They have a lot newer cars with low miles, with warranty included and some of the lowest dealer fees I’ve seen. Found a great car, well below market price, definitely recommend.

This was my first purchase with Certified Car Center of Fairfax. Last month I purchased a Ford cargo utility van from them, and they gave me a great deal. Very good customer service; specifically, Mr. Archie. He walked me through the entire process. Everything was as promised; I have never experienced such excellent service from any another dealership. My experience with this dealership and Archie was the best car buying I have ever had. I live in Kauai during the summers and wanted to buy a particularly hard to find vehicle and pick it up once my job in Kauai came to an end. I contacted 14 dealerships From California to Florida to New York and Archie was the ONLY person who responded and agreed to work with me buying the car, holding the vehicle for over a month and took care of the entire process with ease. Buying a used car long distance without getting to test drive can be stressful. Archie took the time to send many photos, sent videos of the car and even made face time calls to walk around the vehicle pointing out every tiny flaw. During the time I was waiting to come get the car, he even had some of the body flaws corrected. This is by far the best buying process I have experienced....and my other vehicle is a Tesla. Archie is to be commended for his above and beyond attitude. More people in the business of sales and dealing with the public should learn from this man! Bravo to Certified car center and Archie. I’ll be honest and say in the beginning I was a little nervous buying a as is car, but any issue I had Julio simply told me to bring my car back and he’ll take care of it. Things might break down here and there down the road but thats expected for an used car, yet the car I got was ACTUALLY ready to go on the road for minimum 5 to 10 years with regular maintenance. Good to see that there are still some honest car dealers out there selling some decent cars. My family might need to get a minivan eventually, hopefully I could snatch another good deal from them. I was able to find this car dealer from TruCar and scheduled to view the vehicle that day (Sept. 30). AQ helped me with my deal and was very helpful. The finance guy whom I also perceive as the owner gave me great credit advice and even worked with me for a financial situation. The car was already state inspected, just leaving me with having to get the emissions inspection. Have had 0 issues with the car in the first two weeks of almost having it. I flew out to buy a jeep from them but just before I got there they noticed there was something not right with the vehicle and got on it to replace all the parts that could cause the vehicle issues not just one part. When I got there I noticed another issue with the jeep and they checked it out and started fixing it right away. A long story short, I decided not to get the vehicle only because it wasnt quite what I was looking for but they took very good care of me and I am talking, Top Notch, even though I didnt purchase the vehicle. Have been here twice. First time, did not buy despite test-driving three vehicles. They did not pressure us. Second time, bought after test-driving one vehicle. They gave us a reasonable price without undue hagging (a little is just part of the game) and made the process easy. When a problem came up right after purchase, they readily agreed to fix it. Took two tries and was a bit frustrating for us and for them, but they did it. A four-star rating might be a better sense of where we came out because of the two tries to fix, but they are much, much better than so many other places that they get five.

Weird experience! I went to look at a car I saw advertised on Cars.com. After walking though a hallway maze and through a auto body shop I finally found the sales office . . . AND NO BODY WAS THERE! One of the auto body men said that the sale person would be back shortly. I started to just leave but it of curiosity I decided to wait. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever showed! So, I left. If I could give less than one star I would. My advice dont waste your time with this place.

I highly recommend this dealer for buying used vehicles. Upon arriving to the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by Archie (one of the salesmen) and more importantly, not pressured into buying anything. Instead, I was advised of the location of vehicles I was looking for and left alone to look without pressure. After test driving the vehicle I was happy with the exception of the rear windows not working (simple and common fix remedied by replacing the window switches) properly. Archie gave me his word that they would be fixed. Although, the parts did not come in by the time I went to pick up the car (I came from Massachusetts), arrangements were made and they ended up going through the extra work of finding replacements after already ordering the new switches. This commitment to keeping his word has led me to have not only great respect for Archie, but also for the dealership. I value honesty greatly. Not always do people keep their word when money is involved, unfortunately. Furthermore, salesmen (such as Nabi) were more than happy to help me, as well as each other throughout the sale. To me, this demonstrated both a clear value in customer satisfaction, as well as the desire to ensure that each salesperson was equipped with the best information to best inform the customer. Due to all of these thing, I will gladly come back to Fairfax just to buy a used car from here in the future. These people are honest, caring, and compassionate about what they do. I was hesitant to work with them based on the appearance of the lot since it is smaller but these guys are professionals. They care about the vehicles and customer experience. Fewer dealerships nowadays take time to carefully select the vehicles and to know vehicle history, etc. It felt like buying from a private owner.Finally, hats off to the guys who prep the vehicles. The interior was detailed incredibly well when I took delivery.

I suggest exercising caution with this dealership. I recently visited to test drive a car and found that the check engine light was on. I was told this was because the battery was changed. This response seemed less than trustworthy. I found it particularly frustrating that they were asking $3,000 over market for a car with a service light indicator displayed. Your time would be better spent elsewhere if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a reasonable price!

Car seemed fine but the owner was rather rude. I made an offer on a vehicle that was definitely lower than the price they wanted but instead of getting a counter offer I got patronizing lesson about how cars are priced at what they are worth and how they would just have to wait until someone saw the value of the car. Really, I didnt need all that, a simple yes, no or counter offer would have been completely sufficient. The whole Im going to teach you little girl thing was very offputting.

Great dealership. Called to look at/test drive a car with them, and they were able to see me a half hour later. The car was immaculately clean and drove great, but it was in need of a new sensor. I told them I would purchase the car if they agreed to cover the cost of the sensor, and they agreed. I signed the paperwork, and two weeks later (they had to order the part) I brought my car back, they replaced the sensor at no cost, and I left with the title. No complaints from my end, and I would recommend them for any future vehicle purchase

After searching for another car for my son as he wanted a Chevy impala (SS) but after seeing what the insurance would be, he decided to step down to a LTZ. We visited several dealers and my son was just not satisfied. Fast forward, I was searching the internet and came across Certified Car Center and they had an impala but they also had nicer cars. My plan was to get him there and get him to see the large variety of “NICER” cars this dealer had on the lot. He wanted to test drive a Lexus ES 350 but another vehicle caught his eye and he test drove the other vehicle. Well, my son fell in love with the ride of this other vehicle and decided on it. The salesman Julio was super cool and very engaging. He made us feel comfortable and our transaction went smooth and easy. The finance guy Ali, was very cool as well. So the temp tags were due to expire on the car 😞 and Julio went out of his way to bring us tags for the car. Keep in mind we live about 35-40 minutes away from the dealer, they did NOT disappoint us at all.I almost forgot the car had a mix match tire and as soon as I called to tell them, they were on it and replaced it with a brand new tire. Again this dealer did NOT disappoint. I will be purchasing again and again and possibly again. I will be sending customers their way.

I had a wonderful experience at Certified Auto Center. I called before I came and set up an appointment with Archie. When I arrived Archie was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me. I decided to purchase a 2011 Lexus ES 350. The buying process was very quick and I got a great deal! Car runs great and would definitely recommend.

After two weeks of searching and researching used cars and dealerships, I finally found one at Certified Car Center. The customer service provided was excellent, I worked with Julio and the Company manager, Ali. The whole process took less than 1 hour. The team is efficient, professional, and subject matter experts in this field as they have been in business for 14 years and own several dealerships. (:***This company abides by COVID-19 pandemic regulations and is a safe area to shop.

Be cautious with this dealership. They do have some good talking qualities, however, I dont think they fully take care of the vehicles before selling them. We chose them because they noted in the ad a 30 day warranty. But thats proven to be iffy. When we pulled up there was another customer there yelling about how they are ignoring his calls about water getting into his newly purchased cars headlight. We should have left then, but we drove over from Maryland so we test drove two cars which seemed pretty decent. We purchased a car, but were handled by two different sales people as I guess they were busy so they were multi tasking serving people. We had great conversation during the buying process but after all of the paperwork was completed we werent really given a proper goodbye. The driver door handle was missing the lock cover to which they ordered on the spot and we were told it would be in Tuesday, this was Saturday. We didnt get the part until we picked up the tags about 30 days later because they couldnt find the part that had been delivered to them. We told them we werent leaving without the part as we were told it would be ordered and given to us three weeks earlier. After scrambling to find the part, or a part that would fit our car they found out it was at their sister location down the road. Now, while waiting for them to figure out where the part was so we would leave another couple came up to test drive an SUV and the engine light was on as the man about to test drive pointed out. He was told it was because they need to clean the battery wires thats why then engine light is on. I wanted to scream run, but that wasnt my place to do so. The day after purchasing the car my 16 year old was driving me around practicing for his driving test and as we are driving down the road all of the dashboard lights came on and the car had almost NO power to make it up the hill and starts jumping like crazy. We couldnt get over 25 mph and had to pull over. We take pictures of the lights and the codes on the code reader and send them to the dealership to which they said we can bring it to get looked at and let them know. The next morning was inspection day, of course the lights are all off at this point because the code reader resets the lights so they cant pinpoint the problem at that time. Needless to say the car didnt pass inspection for three reasons. One of the perks of buying here was the dealership told us they would go 50/50 on the repairs if it didnt pass Maryland inspection as it passed VA inspection. When we told them what was wrong and the cost they told us to bring the car and the 50% of the repair money to them so they could fix it. That doesnt make sense. Now, mind you a part that didnt pass inspection were the breaks, that they said were new. That is not splitting the cost of the repairs, thats them fixing it probably for no cost on their end as their people would be fixing it. So, we just paid out of pocket to the mechanics here to make sure the work was done correctly as this car is for our kids. So, there goes the 30 day warranty bologna. Now we are stuck paying for the repairs on the new electronic control throttle body that needs replaced so the car can stop flashing all the lights and losing power . Hopefully this corrects the problem. Im very disappointed that we chose this place because they had a warranty on used vehicles, which to me seems like theyd back their product but they didnt actually back up squat. Im not happy about posting a negative review as I usually just chalk up a bad experience as it is what it is, but this was an expensive purchase and my kids are in this car and Im a bit uneasy about them driving it.Main contact was Archie, the man next to him processed paperwork. You went to the sister store to get the door handle & put it on the car while I sat inside of it. Rafael, purchased, same last name.The door handle was broken when we pulled into the dealership to look at cars. Im not arguing with you. I have no reason to lie.

GREAT Customer Service. Patient, Very reasonable. I bought a 2014 VW Passat, with no hassle, straight to the point salesmanship. Julio was my salesman and undoubtedly the best salesman on the lot. He was able to be patient and work with me until he found me the RIGHT car for me. The day before I signed the paperwork Julio had the mechanics check the car from top to bottom and ensure all mechanical and creature comforts were running to standard or fixed. BUY FROM JULIO! Horrible hospitality and disrespect!! My husband recently went to this dealership to check out a vehicle and do a same day trade in with our current vehicle. One of the workers (the finance manager apparently) got extremely rude, raised his voice and disrespected my husband calling him uneducated! The amount of disrespect was disgusting! Firstly they messed up on the credit check by not adding the fact that this was going to be a trade in. My husband had to call the bank to fix that and create a new application with the correct details. The worker demanded to see my husbands pay stubs (which I have never heard of a dealership NEEDing to see a pay stub before selling a car. My husband explained that this was not necessary since he submitted a correct application after they messed up the first one. After all the cars we have bought, we have never been DEMANDED to see a paystub. He refused to sell us the car for this reason, yelled at my husband and DISRESPECTED him by calling him uneducated. We are paying customers about to do a same day trade in on the spot! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR MONEY!! There are NO excuses to RAISE your voice as well as DISRESPECT a PAYING customer.

Went here because I seen all the great reviews. I came here to trade in my 2015 Mazda 3 to try and lower my car note debt. I test drove two or three cars, that were in GREAT condition, and loved all of them. Alis team was patient and had great customer service. Ali came out and asked what I looking for and I explained my situation. And heres why you should get your next car from here!! He broke everything down for me, what it would look like if I sold my car, trade it in, and why I shouldnt sell my car at all. He was a very honest and helpful man. My experience with certified car center has been great, I took my friend to get a GL450 the guys will go to any length and measures to get you into a car of your dreams. Everyone is so family oriented, from the guys in the front to the ones in the back. I have my favorites but all the guys are great, even the young lady in the back, so please stop by and see my family at certified car center, take it from me they will find a way, good or bad credit.

Very professional, welcoming and pleasant, thats the only way to describe Ali and his staffs. I went there to buy a specific car but they helped me buying a different, better car even though there was a mistake in the pricing. They were very knowledgeable and got me my new car in a blink of an eye.I dont give them 5 stars just because no one is perfect.

Wouldnt recommend this guy to anyone because they lie about everything, I bought a car with them and they made me pay for emission when I told them that any dealer should pay for it. They promised me a check back for what I spent but I never got it. They also told me my interest percentage was 8% but after all the paperwork it came out to be way more. When I finished all the paperwork, they asked me to login into google on my phone so they could write their own review. I immediately changed it when I got home

Julio is very nice, helpful and informative. He sold me a nice reliable clean car and was very professional while doing business with me. Car buying can very scary, but Julio made sure to take care of me during the whole process. I had a few questions after buying the car and he always responded to my calls ASAP, was very patient and made things happen for me. I highly recommend him and Certified Car Center in Fairfax, VA!!!!!

Wow!!!! Great over all experienceWife went to look/ buy a Chevrolet Traverse it was near closing time but never once felt that we were inconveniencing anyone there. They were happy and had great personalities. Finance was great!!!!! Got about 5% less than we were hoping for.I give them 10 stars but only allows me to show 5

I bought a 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Niko. I felt like i got swindled into buying this car. Niko lied about what had been done to the car such as fluid changes and maintenance. He told us the maintenence had been done prior to us looking at the vehicle. When the car fax was checked after the sale, the last maintenece check was the year before we bought it. When i test drove it, the car had been started and warmed up prior to me getting in it to drive, so of course it drove fine. Niko was adamant about the warranty through Diamond Warranty Corp. He insisted that if anything was wrong with the vehicle as far as the motor and transmission, it would be covered 100%. As it turns out, that wasnt the case. Within 1 month of having the car, the transmission started slipping. We informed Niko about it, he kept telling us to go through the warranty. The warranty only lasts for 6 months from the date of sale and only covers up to $1,200 in labor and parts for a transmission replacement, which i was not informed of at the time of sale. Filing a claim through the Diamond Warranty takes weeks to process. After i did get the transmission repaired, it continued to have problems. We called the dealer once again and asked to speak to a manager. We told him what was happening and if we could possibly trade the car for another one for the same price. The manager told us that there was nothing he could do for us since it had been over 4 months of us having the car and this is the first time he had heard about any problems with it. Apparently, Niko did not inform him of the numerous times we contacted him about issues. I feel that these people are dishonest and are willing to say anything to get somebody to buy a car. Niko knows exactly what hes doing as far as getting a sale, but when it comes to customer satisfaction and service, he sucks. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My brother saw a 2016 Hyundai Electra on CarGurus.We got there and spoke with Mr Julio which was very nice,professional,easy and explained in detail.The whole process was very quick and processing fees is not bad compared to other dealerships.If your car fails MD inspection,just bring the car and they will work with you.I would recommend this dealership to anyone without a doubt.

These people will show you what they want to sell not what you ask for. Then they get an attitude once you don’t agree to what they’re showing you. The person we were dealing with even raised his voice at us (the finance manager) these people want to get over you. Look for somewhere else to sell or buy a car!!!! Do not go here!

All I can say is wow..... my son was purchasing his first car and I wanted his experience to be positive. Ali and Amir from our first meeting were warm and welcoming even with this COVID thing going around. The entire process was great, Ali was honest and forthcoming with all of the aspects of the vehicle, the price and the delivery. I couldn’t have planned it better. Alright so you will definitely find some good prices here but this place is a little on the shady side. It took them MONTHS to get me my title and there was a recall on the vehicle that I had to find for myself (it was relatively minor but still). If you need a car and dont have a ton of money this place is fine but if you can stomach going to a different dealership/car lot I would probably do that.
