Not the best experience. Salesperson was nice, but did not do a walk around on the vehicle. Also, delivered the car without gas. I realized the 1/4 tank too late because I took for granted that they “said” they were going to gas the car up, and I was too far down the road to turn back by the time I saw it. Car looked nice, priced right and they gave fair amount for trade. However, realized after delivery that one of the lights on the dash was a warning light requiring the car to go to the shop for repair. While it’s under warranty, TB should have addressed this warning light before sale. I was unfamiliar with the many features of the car and wouldn’t have known this by looking at it. Maybe it would have been caught in a walk around? Poor experience in Finance. Bad attitude towards his “cash” deal and when things didn’t go his way, he rushed me out and let his emotions get in the way of professionalism. 3 Stars for pricing, perks and trade value.

The service advisor Sam and Matt couldn’t of been nicer. The listened and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The only negative remark is the way you handle loaner cars. I live over 30 minutes away and need a loaner whenever my truck needs service. Your policy first come first serve is like playing Russian roulette. I’m willing to give a credit card to have a loaner car reserved for me and to charge my card if I fail to pick it up at a predetermined day and time.

I have been a customer now for 5 years with Ted Britt Ford. I bought a Transit van in 2016. The service was 5 star and Andre my service advisor is truly the best. I always had a loaner ready when needed and the extended warranty I got covered everything durning the time I had the van. This Sep 30th of 2021 I got me another Ford F150 with everything I could wish for. Brian the sales manager gave me a fantastic trade in for my van and gave me a awesome deal on my new truck. The finance was fast and smooth. I feel safe buying again with them because I know they have my back!. Thank you again for everything.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people at Ted Britt of Chantilly, Virginia that don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Colin Kocinski who helped us buy our family car and walking out feeling good about it.

I stopped in mid-day because I got a message on my dashboard that said I needed an oil change. I was so grateful that they could get me in right away. I got my safety inspection and wiper blades replaced, too. I walked across the street and had lunch while I was waiting. Everyone at Ted Britt was very nice to me.

Bought a hybrid F150 here and the whole experience was top notch. Excellent deal on my trade-in considering the shape it was in aesthetically. Brandon had all of our paperwork sent over electronically so we only spent an hour and six minutes to close on the truck. Thats easily the least amount of time weve ever spent buying a vehicle. We thought we would need to come back to get the bedliner sprayed in but they managed to get it all squared up before we came back. They also didnt think twice when I asked if I could get a refund on the Ford branded tonneau cover so I could go with a different option. They sent us a check in the mail and followed up to make sure we got it. All that and 0% financing for six years, icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased! We have a 2013 Ford Escape (SUV) with a door latch recall (4 doors). Dropped off Sunday night with pickup Tuesday. Helpful updates from Kristina when I phoned. We also needed an oil change, state inspection and a new battery. Great service at a fair price - they even wiped down our dashboard (ahhh)!! A much-appreciated tiny ‘extra’ as they are busy! We will definitely return the next time that we need service.

Today was my first experience with Ted Britt and wow! Everyone there was so kind and accommodating, especially Matt. I had to commute to work after dropping off my car and one of the workers drove me to the metro station. I let Matt know I would get to Fairfax around 6 PM, so they couldn’t pick me up, but Matt gave me a $20 credit since I would have to take Lyft to pick up my car. I had such a positive experience with Ted Britt, they have amazing customer service. I will definitely be recommending Ted Britt.

I had a very good experience at Ted Britt Ford of Fairfax when getting my Ford Fusions air bag recall installed.Anne from customer relations called and scheduled an appointment that went as planned.My 2012 Ford Fusion was taken right away and worked on while I waited in the customer lounge area.The service desk area was well organized, and helpful.The customer lounge area was roomy with TV and refreshments.My car was finished a little ahead of time with no hassles. The service area representative made sure that Fords service area seat covering and floor mat were removed.Well organized operation from a customer service perspective.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and thought things would go smoothly. I repeated my information to several different people (down payments, banking info etc). I had my title but there were issues but I was assured I was wrong. ( I wasnt, after all it was my car and my title). Going over my financials I was asked about my spouse serving in the military (I was using USAA)...ummm nope they let us girls in now too. That was troubling on so many levels as the walls bore the seals of all the branches but yet the assumption was I was a spouse. I had to ask several times for the height of the vehicle but no one seemed overly concerned about letting me know. (Size limits due to parking garage...not that uncommon for the area) I was disappointed that my business didnt seem as valued as one who would be purchasing a new car. I am giving the one Star as they had the car I wanted and decent coffee. I would have walked away had I not loved the car...looking back probably should have. Maybe it was an off day for everyone in the dealership but the more I think about my experience the more annoyed and disappointed I am.

Had quite the experience at this location. Came up to location and there were no parking spots, when asking an employee where to park I just got a shrug. I test drove a vehicle(drive around the building) and wasnt pleased with the staff or management. I could hear the manager(Brian Foster) all the way down the hall saying were giving him freaking 40k for his trade in with a good amount of attitude. When I left I called back a few days later to try and order a newer vehicle and was told they werent honoring the same amount. I understand this may be a dealership that pushes cars but the attitude and lack of professionalism is disturbing. To be honest I would make the extra drive to go to a different dealership. I hope they see this too so they can change for the better. A message was sent up to upper ford corporate as well.

It was easy to set up the appointment and drop off was a breeze. At check in I was informed that there was an outstanding recall on the vehicle and they would take care of it during the regular maintenance. The Customer Service Technician said it would take a while, but since I was leaving the car, I asked them to knock it out. It took two days, but since I did not need the car, it was not a concern. They worked Saturday to get it done. I could not get to the shop before they closed on Saturday, so the technician was kind enough to lock the keys in the car and leave the receipt on the seat. I put up the car at my convenience with the work 100% complete.

I took my car here to get a state inspection and was told multiple things were wrong with my car which didnt seem right as I had just got some things fixed at a different autoshop. They told me I could leave it in the shop for the day and they would fix everything and my dad warned me not to so I left. The following weekend my boyfriend took my car in to get an inspection and suddenly nothing was wrong with it. If I had left it there for the day Im sure I would have paid thousands of dollars for things that werent wrong. Its disgusting how they scammed me because I am a young woman who went in alone. I will not be going here again.

This is my first time having my vehicle serviced here. Everyone was kind and eager to assist me. My service was originally for spark plugs and an oil change, but after the $275 labor quote to install just four plugs, (since I had already paid for and provided the plugs themselves) I decided to only get the oil change accomplished. My question is, how many hours of labor does the dealer charge to install four plugs? This application is a low mileage vehicle which does not require any wires, coil packs, or software updates and it would be great if a price breakdown could be provided.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

More than a week ago, I made an appoint to get my F150 serviced and to have the dealer look over a recall issue that I had received a notice about. When I arrived today, I was told that I’d be waiting at least three or four hours. At other dealerships, I’ve never waited more than 45 minutes or an hour to get my truck serviced. I told the service rep that I didn’t want to wait four hours and I’d just get it serviced somewhere else, he pointed and said it’s still parked right there. Pretty clear that they don’t give a damn.My time is valuable to me. If yours is valuable to you, do yourself a favor and don’t bother going to Ted Britt Ford for service and repairs.

I am very disappointed in the service I received recently. I have been taking my car here for the last 3 years and with every service I am to get a 99 point inspection that I pay for to include the brake pad check, break systems check, brake hose check, brake cylinder check as well as my rotors checked. I brought my vehicle to the establishment 2 months prior and at that time I received a green light that all was clear and no services was needed on my vehicle. Recently I had to go back to the Ted Britt for an oil change and to my dismay I found out I needed 4 rotor, 4 sets of brake pads, and a brake fluid flush. Which tell me that none of the above was checked for preventative maintenance and I had to be responsible for footing the bill to rebuild my entire brake system. All because the employees did not do the job that they stated as completed.

I am totally unsatisfied with the treatment of this Car Dealership. I purchased a used vehicle on Saturday. We were told 2 this would be taken care of and delivered on Monday.The vehicle was delivered yesterday (Wednesday). The headliner had not been fixed it was still sagging and the fire resistant fabric under the hood was ripped out instead of being fixed or replaced. After having to find accommodations for 3 days of having to get 3 people to work and school they didnt do anything they said they would do. Such a disappointment. Wouldnt spend another dime here or recommend.

I was very impressed with their customer service and am very happy with their ability to work with you on a great buyer experience all around. They treated my six year old during the paperwork process awesome and it was actually a fun experience. I can’t say that about most dealerships. Tim, Will and the whole staff were terrific to us.Another note: After I drove it back to Ohio I noticed a dent on the cab that we overlooked on the inspection. Bait and switch artists. I bought three cars from Ted Britt and thought I had a deal on a fourth. I drove four hours, maybe a little more, only to find out the rebate they said was included suddenly wasnt. They tried to screw me out of another 2500 bucks. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Finally a dealer who appreciates my business, has reasonable pricing and really cares about old- fashioned person-to-person customer service! Awesome place to get a car! Gail was our sales representative and she was amazing! Definitely recommend her. She listens to your needs and doesn’t just show you random cars that look nice, like other dealerships do. The overall process was really fast. The financing reps were super quick and outgoing as well. I can’t remember who my finance manager was but I know he’s the “mustang guy”. 5/5 stars!

Horrible customer service. Took my Ford Fusion to this dealership to get an airbag replaced that was on recall and it turned into a disaster. When I called this dealership about the recall they were not sure when they would receive the part, which is fine. The dealership told me they would call me when the part was in. After 2 months of waiting on the part I called the dealership to ask if the part was in. The dealership had the part for over a month and never bothered to call me about the part, they never apologized for not contacting me. I asked the dealership for a loaner car to use for the day and I was promised one a week before my scheduled appointment. I arrived to drop my car off for the scheduled appointment and was told they had no loaner cars left….they gave away the loaner car that was promised to me. I’m a doctor who needs to treat patients daily in my clinic. I asked the representative about the loaner car situation and the lack of communication about the replacement part. I received no explanation for the lack of communication or the fact that I had no transportation to make it to work for the day because I planned on having the loaner car. Had to cancel my morning patients for the day as a result of having no ride to get to work.I’m glad to see that in the middle of pandemic Ted Britt Ford treats their healthcare workers and customers with no respect. Never once was apologized for this situation by Ted Britt Ford. The most upsetting part of this is the fact that my patients had to suffer as a result of lack of communication and actions of Ted Britt Ford

My boyfriend & I needed a family vehicle.. he had been communicating with Frank to get us just what we needed. After many test drives & calculating numbers, Frank & his team got us into a nice ford explorer for a good price. They really took their time & listened to what we wanted & the ballpark we wanted to be in for payments which they accomplished! We are very happy with the purchase & experience!

Horrible customer service. You call and no one in the service department answers. Had to track down the tech who did not call as promised with an update and diagnosis. They claim they are busy but the real problem is a lack of professionalism and lack of communication. You are better off taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. Do not recommend at all I would leave zero stars if I could.
