Great place! My screen cover had little fractures in it from me dropping it. I took my phone in to Paul who fixed it in less than 10 minutes for only $15. Really nice and knowledgeable guy. I’ll recommend this place to everyone.

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S8 for screen repair and a new battery last September. Everything worked fine until a few days ago when the battery completely stopped working. I contacted Paul and he noticed that my battery was outside of the 90 day warranty but he also noted that a brand new battery should not have done this. He replaced the battery free of charge. I really appreciate the level of service & professionalism that Paul displayed. Hard to find now of days.

I called to ask if it would be worth it to have my Google pixel 2 xl fixed here. He gave me a quote, and was honest enough to tell me I would be better off buying a new one given the damage. I really appreciate the honesty to tell me that and not simply try to sell me. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Couldnt have asked for better service and explanation of the process of replacing the screen on my sons iphone 6s plus. Paul was very thorough with the process and timely with the fix. We also added a screen protector on the phone. The price was great especially for the quick turnaround.

Awesome service! Paul is very professional. He diagnosed the issue giving me a couple scenarios and fair pricing estimates. He then goes through and makes sure everything is working in front of you before you turn it over to him. He fixed my charging port issue and didnt over charge me for something i didnt need. Highly recommend!

After shopping around for a while, I found that this store had the best prices for repair. I was greeted by a very friendly technician who walked me through what needed to be done. It was clear they knew what they were doing, and offered to get it done in an hour. When I was notified that the screen and LCD screen replacement was done, the phone looked immaculate. The work was done perfectly, and my phone was like new. I also opted for a screen protector and a phone case, which they had a wide selection of premium cases to choose from. I got a discount on the screen protector and the phone case because of the work they had done. I will be coming here for all of my future repairs.

Great service and staff. I recently dropped my iPhone X in the tub while bathing my dog and thought I was going to have to buy another phone. The screen was flickering and the phone was turning on and off. After putting the phone in rice overnight I decided to take my phone to Apple and they recommended me to get a new phone. Since I did not want to spend another $1000 on a brand new phone I decided to give these guys a call. Paul was able to fix my iPhone the same day with a brand new screen and battery. He was very thorough at explaining the process and the risks of using a water damage phone. I got a call couple hours after dropping off the phone and behold it was working perfectly! Paul and I tested the phone prior to me leaving the shop to double check his work and I could not be more satisfied.

I called for an s5 that stopped charging after a quick dip in water. Surprisingly the water indicators were still intact. The person I spoke with was intelligent and informed me that in s5s the charge port was accessed from the front via the screen and that meant hed have to Crack the screen. He suggested that we buy a charger and extra batteries instead and deal with it until we are able to upgrade.I appreciate such clear advice because a lot of others that would have made you come in, and waste your time.I would have gladly done business with them. And would definitely recommend them.

I stopped by thinking I had a cracked screen, and Keith eagerly showed me it was only the tempered glass cover. He was both incredibly friendly and very attentive and good-natured in helping me. I happily bought a replacement cover from him, and will think of him first in case of future needs!

Due to poor design from Samsung (still love the Galaxy S series) the glass on my camera cracked even with a case on it. I came in, Keith mentioned that many Galaxy S5 users come in with the same issue and was able to fix my issue in less than 20 minutes! I was simply amazed at the speed, knowledge, and service Keith provided. I needed my iphone 6 battery replaced due to my phone turning off randomly. I read reviews of this place and gave them a chance. No! He gave me a chance to be served! What a Great service and price!! I will definitely use them again.

Now I understand why the reviews for this place are so good. Keith, who was busy working when I came in, quickly put his current work down and took a look at my broken galaxy s6 camera cover. He gave me a quote and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I opted to wait there because I didnt have anything else to do. 7 minutes later Keith called to me as I was waiting in my car, saying it was done. While I was checking out, he explained to me that he uses a microscope while doing his work to prevent mistakes and to ensure that all of the broken glass (including very tiny pieces) is removed. I was extremely pleased by the attention to detail and fast service. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends, and will make it my first stop for cellphone/laptop repairs.

I came here due to the high reviews, but Keith, which most of the reviews reference has left and the place is under new management. I brought a Google Pixel XL here to replace the display. Once I got it back the screen kept separating at the edges. Took it back multiple times, but it still kept lifting up. 2 stars because Paul was extremely polite and tried to help, but the end result just was not good. I ended up installing the screen myself.

Let me tell you, amazing service. Quality parts. When I walked in was greeted with a smile and gentleman full of knowledge. Explained anything and everything that had to do with my broken iphone. The price was the best in town and I called about 5 places within a 10 mile radius of fairfax city. The other places couldnt match this price. He said it would take 30 min and as soon as 30min went by I had already received a call the phone was ready for pick up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had two broken samsung galaxy s4s, and I needed one phone. I approached Keith with the proposition that he repair one of the broken phones screens. He offered instead to combine the working parts of both phones to create one working phone. It took him only 20 minutes, and it cost me 40$ less. He was fantastic, I am satisfied. We went in this store 30 minutes before it was closing today, and my daughters phone was broken. AQ the store owner was very helpful and told me he could have the phone ready in 15 minutes.WOW, amazing, reasonably priced as all fixer stores, but my daughter was happy and so was I. Definantly take your phone and tablets here.

Excellent service; the team, Keith + Adam diagnosed the issue and got me the correct replacement part for my Nexus. The initial repair started lifting after a couple weeks, they ordered a new part and replaced the screen with additional reinforcement at no additional cost to me.
