Cracked the screen on my Blackberry after having it since its release. Been very attached and did not want to get a new phone. Looked around to see who could do the job, and I checked this place out from the reviews. Took 2 days to get the parts, which Im assuming is cause its rare nowadays, and was much cheaper than I expected. Its been a few days now and my phone is working better than before! I dont plan on breaking my phone that often, but if you do, this place is the place to go to!

Replaced the back glass of our iPhone Xs quickly and for a reasonable price. We bought the phone used and apparently the back had been replaced before. Now the phone looks like new despite the previous back replacement using some very hard to remove glue. Much appreciated!

I called and asked about pricing for my dads old Samsung S7. I was somewhat in a hurry for a replacement screen and Michael was super responsive and helpful. My phone’s battery was on its last legs & I was unable to get it to charge. I called Fix & Style, after some quick research on the web. They told me to come in & within 30 mins I had a new battery & a working phone. The technician also advised that my charging cord appeared to be malfunctioning, an anomaly I just recently noticed. In any case: great store, great service & great value. Plus, the personnel were very courteous & professional. Highly recommended & I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is a professional small shop for repairing mobile and other electronic devices. Very clean, very organized.The shop is on the second floor of its building, so head in the front door and up the stairs to find this gem.The professional there was very polite as well as very good at the repairs he does. I took in a Pixel 3 with a badly cracked screen and received back the same phone but which appeared brand new once again. Fantastic work!

May 4th, 2019:I had a great experience dealing with Mike at the repair shop. I had a broken screen + LCD and needed to have them replaced in a Galaxy Note8. Mike provided excellent service and got the phone back to working order in under 2 hours. I chose this shop specifically based off Google reviews and average ratings and it lives up to this standard . Based on Mikes professionalism I will definitely recommend his shop above all others .I will update in a few months time to give an update on the phone .

Ive been going to this shop for a few years now and hands down they have best service ive experienced. I have 5 phones in our house and at some point they have fixed everyone of our devices. We probably go here at least 10 times a year between phones and tablets, particularly with the kids breaking things all of the time. I dropped my Nexus 5, leaving the glass looking like a spiderweb with a chunk out of one corner. The team at Fix & Style were professional and seemed to really care about the customer experience. The repair parts were a special order for my phone, but they got the parts in and repaired the phone slightly quicker than predicted -- which is always a nice surprise. (My post-repair phone worked like new, which was not a surprise, but worth mentioning to round out this review.)

My phone was shattered and LCD was damaged. We came here from another location who barely helped and noticed us. Once we got here however, In a matter of seconds Edward gave me the run down, took my information and half an hour later was finished. My phone looks brand new and functions properly. Im so happy! Great service and friendly staff. Before bringing in my phone, the staff was able to provide my with a fair quote to replace my phone battery (I have a HTC10 and I know this thing is a monster to take apart) and then, placed a special order for the battery because they didnt have it in stock. Received a call and email a week later to let me know that the battery had arrived so I dropped it off the night before close time and the work was done by the next day. It has been two weeks since and the phone works like new. I would definitely recommend this place!

Can’t say enough about the service Michel provides. Took my iPod Classic in to have the headphone jack replaced. Not an easy job but fix and style took care of it! Great group of guys working here. Customer service and quality of work is their number one priority. The part for my phone was very expensive so they lowered their labor fee to keep the cost down for me. After doing an excellent job replacing my screen within an hour, they noticed that my battery was low and charged it for me...thats going above and beyond!

I have been here twice. Both great experiences. They fixed my Droid DNA, a phone that pretty much no one else can fix. Most other shops can only fix more common phones but if you are like me and you dont have a phone everyone else has then this is the place to be. Good business ethics and very friendly as well. I contacted Fix & Style about 24 hours ago to report my iPhone 8 screen was broken, and was immediately provided a quote via Yelp. It was a fair price, and owner Mike confirmed he has WiFi in-store so I could work while I wait.My phone was fixed today very quickly, for exactly the price quoted. Mike gently encouraged me to get a better case for my phone, but definitely did not upsell. He also provided free advice/diagnosis to a walk-in while I was there. Hes got a great one-man show going! I will definitely return if I need repairs on my iPhone or MacBook.

Completely smashed my iPhone screen this morning, so I went to see these guys at the suggestion of an AT&T rep. Edward took care of everything, handled the whole store very professionally, even when he got a little busy, and Im SO glad I decided to do this instead of making an insurance claim or using my upgrade. My phone looked brand new in an hour and a half. Quality service, way cheaper and less of headache than an entire phone overhaul. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in a smartphone bind.

I wish I could give these guys 100 stars because they deserve it! Ive used them 2 times. The first time, my Samsung Note 2 was dropped on concrete. It would turn on for 3 seconds or so at a time and then shut itself off. Not only did they fix it, saving me a 250 buck deductible from my insurance, but they painstakingly managed to copy my many pictures and videos 3 seconds at a time to an SD card! And the price they charged was unbelievably reasonable! I dont know how they did it, but the fact that they cared enough to go that extra mile speaks volumes. They fixed my husbands phone when he dropped it also. They are polite, good communicators and respectful to customers. The best service experience Ive ever had.

Great experience with Fix & Style. I dropped my Nexus 4, cracking the screen. Its not a super common phone, so the part was not in stock as I expected. They offered to have the part delivered overnight, which they did. The gentleman called the next day and let me know the new screen was in. He installed it while I waited, only took 30 minutes to complete the repair. The part is OEM, and my phone is as good as new. We even ran through a series of tests to make sure everything was working.A great local business. I will recommend them to friends.

I went into the store to have an issue checked out with my iPhone 6. The charging port didnt seem to be working so I assumed that the unit would be replaced. However, much to my pleasant surprise, the problem was resolved by simply just cleaning out the area, which the guys did for me free of charge. I think this exemplifies the high character of the people who work here, because they couldve easily upcharged me and I wouldnt have known the difference. On top of that, through our conversation while we were getting the phone rebooted, I could sense their professionalism as well as their knowledge of phone repairs - if a more serious issue actually did come up, theyd know exactly what to do. I liked the personable vibe of the store and I left knowing that Ill be back if I need additional service, and I can expect the prices they charge to be fair and reasonable.

They did a great job replacing the battery in a somewhat rare phone-ZTE Axon 7. Bought the battery online and $60 for replacement. Took one hour and works perfectly.

Long story short, they’re great. Long story long... I came in with a fried (and I mean dropped in an extremely hot oven, fried) iPhone 6, desperate to retrieve pertinent notes and contacts that did not get backed up to my computer. When I brought my phone in they said they would do an evaluation to see if they could get into the phone, if they couldn’t, they would hand the phone back to me at no cost. Fortunately, they could and to my amazement, they did! They’re genuine guys who are honest about what they can and cannot fix. While my situation was rare, it was a difficult case that required true technical know-how. Some of their costs might be a little high, but it comes with the guarantee of great service, which I haven’t found anywhere else for smart phone/tech repair in Northern Va.

I had dirt stuck in my phones charging port. I brought it here at he spent serious time figuring out how to clean it. He did and the phone charged again!Heres the thing, he wouldnt accept payment for it. I tried and he said it wasnt necessary. This guy is awesome and I will go back without a doubt next time I have a problem with my phone.

Came here to get my iPhone screen replaced and a week and a half into getting it repaired my microphone stopped working and the bottom of my screen freezes. Do not get your phone fixed here they messed up my phone and now I have to get a new one. Not to mention when I took it back due to all these problems they told me they dont know why the microphone isnt working they opened my phone up and closed it and apperently it fixed the microphone temporarily and now its not working again. Your better off going to Apple and paying a bit more but they use actually Apple products to replace your screen. Im pretty sure they used some cheap screen and thats why my phone is all messed up.

The charging port on my Galaxy s7 did not work. I took it to this shop and they cleaned the port after which it worked very well. The price was very reasonable and they did the work quickly.

Fix & Style fixed my phone screen four days sooner than predicted, kept me up-to-date on their timeline throughout the repair process, and even offered to help me install tempered glass on my phone for free if I had any trouble. Hopefully I wont need to go back any time soon, but it doesnt get much better than this place!

Excellent customer service!I heard of them through a Groupon. I needed to repair my sons screen on his iPhone. Mike helped me out and repaired it the day I went in. 2 weeks later, once again the phone was having issues. Mike was able to assess the problem and fixed it. I shattered my husbands touch screen hp laptop accidentally. I freaked out called all around town to save some of you a trip most places do not repair touch screen laptop computers i guess its to complicated for them. I drove to many places to get a price as everyone needs to see the broken screen to tell me how much it was gonna cost. From MD, TO Manassas to Fairfax I was quoted at each place between $900_575 was way to much for me and my pockets . Found style and fix and was given an estimate over the phone he said itd be under $400 . I was super happy and of course i couldnt wait to get their. all together I spent $348 a bargain it took a full week to repair but thats to be expected because they have to order the parts.
