I had remarkable and outstanding customer service with a customer service representatives named Guy.I got my products and services that I needed to provideded better service to my merchant. The customer service representative again was patient and consistent with providing outstanding customer service. I was also able to get a great deal for my business phone line. They did a phenomenal job! Thank you.

Yesterday my wife and I walked in with a phone problem that Verizon customer support had not been able to help us with. The manager, Charles Hurd, listened patiently to us, then described some technical background in a very easy to understand way, and then recommended a solution. He didnt get any revenue, but he and the store get a 5-star review for terrific customer service and a solution that worked. Thank you, Charles!

My phone started not working and i couldnt do anything with the screen so i went into verizon and had the absolute pleasure of working with the district manager Charles! He made getting a new phone a smooth process and was very patient with my broken phone. Overall the experience was wonderful.

I had such a great experience today at this location! Chris was able to quickly and smoothly get my iPhone 12 up and running. I am so exited to use it - he really taught me everything I needed to know. I was able to leave my phone there while it updated and played around of golf and as soon as I got back everything was ready for me. Chris and Keith made going to verizon actually a good time (complete opposite of what it usually is). Definitely recommend this location! Thanks guys.

My son and I visited this Verizon location on 12/18 because he wanted to upgrade his iPhone. Keith was the representative who assisted us. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the products and accessories. He was able to assist other customers while never letting us feel abandoned. We actually began a conversation regarding Verizon and their philosophy of “Building A Culture Of Good”. It was an enlightening conversation and I walked out with a very warm feeling knowing about the company and the service work they do for their communities. Great job Keith and Verizon!

Christopher was really helpful when I came into the store to get a new cell phone. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal and that the phone transfer process was completed successfully- he answered all my questions, provided me all the supporting documentation I requested, and was really patient and all around helpful throughout the whole process. Purchasing a new phone, especially as they increase in cost and there are so many options available, can be daunting, but I felt very supported and comfortable during the whole process.

Both Charles and Morgan were exceedingly helpful and efficient. I did not even know I was eligible for an upgrade, but I walked in with a faulty 8S iPhone, and walked out with a brand new iPhone 12s!

I walked into the Verizon store at University Mall off Braddock Road in Fairfax, Virginia looking to get a new phone and I was hoping to find a member of the staff who could help me and a man named Charles was working that day, Charles was excellent, he took his time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, he explained everything to where I could fully understand what I was purchasing, he answered every question I asked, he found the right plan and phone to fit my budget and my needs, he was very polite and friendly and in my opinion he was the most helpful cellphone sales person I ever dealt with, I highly recommend going to this store and talking to him for any customer who wants to be treated the right way and to find what they really need, thank you Charles!

The folks at Verizon at University Plaza in Fairfax (near George Mason) is best service we have received. We came to get switch one phone from iPhone 8 to 12. The Verizon rep Chris was so great that with savings he was able to offer we ended with 4 new iPhone 12. It was a great and fun experience.

Buyer beware. Do not buy phones from here. Keith did a bait and switch. Upgraded 5 phones with trade in into verizon. Keith said I could ship them into Verizon to get credit and Verizon said no and that Keith at TCC was supposed to take trade in at store and I am now back home 3,000 miles away. I am now out $3,000.

I bought a refurbished iPhone from Amazon and went to the local Verizon store to get a SIM card and it activated, as well as synced with an iWatch. I was very impressed with the customer service from Chris even though he was accomodating 3-4 customers at the same time. Chris ensured all the customer needs were satisfied and went above and beyond to ensure the customers were very happy. I live less than a quarter mile away to this store and am glad he is my Verizon representative. He represents Verizon very well.

I was thrilled with my service experience at this TCC Verizon location! Jon was there and I had a very complex issue with my iPhone 11. Jon was absolutely fabulous and tackled what was a huge undertaking step by step with utmost professionalism, attention to detail and superior customer service in general. I left not only with my problem resolved, but with a plan moving forward to avoid being in the same position again. It meant a lot as during C-19 times, its paramount to maintain communication and security. Jon made sure I left the TCC store with both! Be safe, all!
