Bad customer service. Got a bracelet as a gift and when there to exchange. Didn’t have the receipt but I had called customer service and they told me that I could exchange it at any store. The two girls that I spoke had a bad attitude and told me I can’t do an exchange.
I stopped by Pandora today and HAD to write a review about Courtney. She was so helpful and nice the whole time. She took the time to listen what I was looking for and showed me different options until I found the perfect piece. Of course she had to offer me extra services (Pandora card, etc) because hey! Salespeople need to sell! Lol but she wasn’t pushy at all when I told her I wasn’t interested at the moment. 5 stars for her top notch service and super friendly vibe!
Went in to get my jewelry cleaned. Sirisha cleaned my jewelry and did a fantastic job!

I am not type of person who puts negative review. But, there is an incident happened last Saturday (01/25), i feel obligated to write this review. My wife went to the store buy a bracelet for herself and she took our little baby with her inside the store. I was standing outside and occasionally going in the store to check on the baby. As, i was standing outside, a lady (claimed herself store manager) told my wife to tell me not to go in and out of the store. Apparently, she told her that they have sensor, which can tract how many customers buy their products and me keep going in and out of the store, gives them false data. I was really shocked to hear that. She was extremely rude, when she was talking to my wife. And, my wife also got very offended by their policy, and she walked out of the store.I hope Pandora corporate will see this message and change their policy. this is not good customer service. For a moment, i also thought we were being discriminated because i saw other peoples also going in and out too. But she wasnt telling them.

Sales lady here was extremely rude and refused to help my girlfriend and I find a specific ring. We left immediately. We were Incredibly saddened by how rude this person was.
Just went there and I am shocked. Sales lady was super racist and even told me that do not let your husband and toddler boy to come in because their other customers are leaving!!! If she cannot handle this kind of situation what is she doing in service job?Just so upset change that Persian employee of yours
I got a bracelet in October, one piece of diamond missing in december.They exchanged new One. Couple days later, i noticed the hooks of new bracelet was keep opening . I went to shop again. THE WOMAN ACTING LIKE A MANAGER said, she cannot exchange again. She said she has a same one and never happen to hers.Terrible service / terrible excuses/1 year warranteed? LOL
Terrible customer service. I went there this week, August 12th 2019, and attempted to return a purchase I made online. The general manager of the store informed me that I was not allowed to return purchases made online in a store. When I checked their policy online, and showed it to her, she said that the policy I brought up is not correct and that the return policy has since changed. The new return policy which prevents you from returning an online item in a store will be effective August 24th or 29th. Im standing there dumbfounded since I still have at least 12 days before this policy takes place. I show her my emailed receipt since thats the only kind of receipt you get when you order something online. She told me that my emailed receipt, from the purchase I made, is not a valid receipt thus they cannot accept my return. The general manager, white/hispanic looking woman, was also very condensing and raised her voice at me and progressively got louder. I cant see how someone like here became a general manager of a store. I guess thats just the image Pandora wants their customers to see.
Waited for over 10 minutes and no one offered help. When I asked one of the employees a question she was rude, unfriendly, and barely helpful. Please teach your employees some better customer service skills, I mean... it is their job.
Customer service was completely missing. Bracelets were mismarked (or used to lure customers in) and the manager refused to stand behind the cost. I have been to Pandoras all over the country; this one is truly the worst yet!
We were shopping around with my husband and I was unsure what I wanted the sales lady seemed kinda annoyed and was throwing a bunch of different products to have me buy and leave..... long story short I left and ended up buying my stuff online. Bad customer service

The store was very busy but they had plenty of staff. I was greated when I came in immediately and helped within a minute or two. They had the ring and size I needed and I was out the door in 5 mins. They couldnt do a better job!

My boyfriend bought me a ring from this store several months ago & they let us know that we would get free cleaning for a lifetime with the purchase. We have been back a few times at other pandoras to get the ring cleaned & it has never taken more than a couple minutes. Today we went into this pandora & there were several employees standing around & we approached 2 ladies asking for them to clean it for us. They proceeded to focus on a stack of papers ignoring us & ask us if we were still shopping. After waiting over 5 minutes they ask for email & name for no apparent reason. Later, they finally tell us that they could clean the ring in 20 minutes even though neither of the ladies were busy with any customers. The shorter, blonde lady treated us disrespectfully solely because we were not there to buy anything even though we just wanted a quick cleaning. This is the only pandora that weve been to with horrible customer service.
Dont bother going here. Ive called multiple times and many times someone picks up then hangs up or they let the phone ring to a voice mail that doesnt even work. Ill just shop online from now on.

Tried calling this location all day for two days. No one answers the phone. I refuse to believe the store is that short staffed to where no one is available to answer my call so I can see if an item is in stock. Ridiculous.
