Kevin Ashley, General Manager has been extremely helpful and patient with me during my storage experience with CubeSmart. I was recommended this location by a friend that also had an excellent experience. Very clean.

Very happy with the ease of booking, access to the unit, and the dollies really helped the actual move. We only needed the unit short term and it worked out perfectly. The manager Kevin was very nice and the close out process was painless. Would definitely recommend.

After some really bad experiences in the area it was a surprise to be able to speak and deal with a helpful and friendly property manager - great job Kevin! Facility is clean and I am very happy so far.

Fantastic staff. Great facility - Kevin and team were great to work with. My movers left and expensive lamp in the elevator and the secured it for me until I could come pick it up. They are friendly and customer focused. Also, the storage units are clean the climate control is perfect. Highly recommended.

Love this storage. Very convenient location. Loading dock for trucks next to elevators. They have their own truck to use for move in, but they hiding it from peoples eyes. Climate controlled. Outstanding staff. I rented units several times from them and never was disappointed. Next time, I am pretty sure I will go with them again. Thank you very muchPS: vending machine very inexpensive.

Kevin and Joanna were incredibly helpful and attentive during our visit to the facility. They took all of the time needed to show us the facility and answer our questions. They provided many good tips for storage and use of the facility. They made the process very easy.

He took me on a tour of the facility and showed options for specific storage units. He then provided a detailed explanation on every aspect of the rental agreement, answering all questions. There are always carts available. Overall, I would give Kevin an A+ for the exceptional service he provided. I am happy I chose CubeSmart for my storage needs.

We needed a secure safe place to store boxes of various items. When we arrived there we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and secure your place was. The staff was so very helpful and considerate. Not only that but we found that the space would hold much more than we had anticipated. I rented a space for my daughter to use. CubeSmart was the first and only facility I contacted. My initial contact by phone went so well that I didnt research any others. That is NOT the way I usually do things, but I had a good feeling about it.My daughter just called me and expressed her great satisfaction with her check-in experience. The space that was recommended is perfect; the staff was welcoming and helpful; the location is convenient and the facility is well kept and secure.And, we got a follow-up call when they found some hardware left in the elevator shed used. Could not be more pleased with my choice.

Great price, was very happy getting in and out of the storage unit. The covered bay for unloading from a larger truck that wouldnt fit right next to the storage unit was very helpful.

Way better than other facilities. Super clean and maintained. No bugs, no critters! Courteous staff always present and always helpful. Carts always available. Elevators work well. Functional, stocked climate controlled indoor restroom. Climate control works well in storage areas. Indoor covered parking for loading and unloading in any weather. Great vending machine. From my very first visit to check out CubeSmart, the entire staff was very friendly. Especially the management, Steve Chisholm. He always waves and says HI when I move stuff in or out. He has even came out to open the bay doors to facilitate my off-load. Without me asking or knowing he was doing it. This is my second time using this CubeSmart and ever so glad i did. The customer service is excellent. I worked with Jasmine who was very knowledgeable and attentive. The facility is clean and has everything you need to move your items.Whenever Im in need of storage, I will be certain to always use this CubeSmart.

The manager was extra attentive and nice. She put off her lunch to show me the umits and set up the rentail contract. She walked me through all the details and made sure that everything works well.

Cubesmart is a great place for any storage needs. The personnel there are very friendly, and always available to help. When we moved in, they locked the elevator so we had an easy time moving to the second floor. The facility is always clean, parking is easy, and the security is excellent.

I was scheduled to use my free 4 hour truck rental that CubeSmart offers for new customers. This was at the Herndon location. The truck broke down the day before I was scheduled to use it. CubeSmart contacted 4 locations in the area until they found another truck available, which was on the morning of the day I needed it to move. I ended up at this Fairfax location and worked with Colleen, who was extremely helpful and professional. Ill be recommending CubeSmart over any competing storage facilities to any friends or family who need some extra storage!

Stay away I repeat stay away from Kevin the manager I have never seen someone with such a bad attitude then this man. He is the manager here and my advice if you need to ask questions call the company themselves or talk to someone other then Kevin. Worst service and bad attitude I have ever experienced was not willing to answer questions that I had even tho I been here for over 10 years! Gave me a bad attitude did not want to do his job right and he just seems like he hates life. He’s name is Kevin he is the manager and I will have a discussion with the supervisor of this place. He should not be working there with that mentality toward people not friendly what so ever.! Everyone else is great tho.
