The location is great and the prices were the best in the area. The staff were wonderful and assisted us with our rental space and any questions we had. Thank you to Michael and Emad for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Michael was great. Lots of options, did all my paperwork online, good deals online. The inside lockers and storage has not temperature control. I dont understand why management doesnt do it, they sure get our money towards the cost.

Mia and Mike completely saved the day when the lock on my unit inexplicably jammed. Mia graciously drove all the way to her home and back to get the equipment needed to get my old lock out and Mike was even able to get me a discount on my monthly payments while we waited. I could not have been more impressed by the quality of customer service here and highly recommend using this location if youre in need of storage space.

Ram gave a great check out experience, and the other gentleman was assistive.

Mike made the leasing and time in the office very quick because I was needing to get home from being at work all night long. So he was understanding of this and helpful to get me moving so I could sleep since I was paying cash.

The team here was so helpful with moving and even on the moving out as well. I had left an item behind and they were nice enough to call and let me know. We set up that I would be back for it a few days because of traveling and that were understanding. I will use them again if Im in the area.

I recommend this location. It was clean and organized. Michael went above and beyond to make sure the unit met my storage needs. It was a pleasure working with him.

My card was temporarily locked when there was an unfamiliar charge; it was resolved within a day. However, because it was locked Public Storage said I needed to come in person to give permission to charge again. I have been waiting for nearly a half hour for the manager to return with no progress (note picture- states will be back at 1:30 and it is currently 1:55). This is unprofessional and they should employ an extra person to allow for employee breaks if it is this mismanaged.

Had a very easy check-in process with Michael and Joe was very welcoming and helpful on moving day today. Place is clean as is our unit. No issues getting access to site or using elevator to move boxes, etc. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend to others in need of a storage facility.

Michael was very professional in how he handled everything with me even though I was not in the greatest of moods because of a lot going on. For that thank you and thank you public storage for making it easy to rent same day if you need to.

Ram did not tell me that I was being forced to buy a second lock when I didn’t need one. If I was told I would have taken my first lock and put it on my new unit.Also he “asked” me to buy some desiccant to make some bonus money but he wasn’t very clear about how much it cost me. Very confusing

Ram rented me a unit that was broken. I moved my stuff into that unit, then he informed me that it was broken and had to move it into another unit. I had to pay my movers again to move my belongings and public storage won’t even acknowledge their mistake, nonetheless provide compensation. Despicable; you all should be ashamed to provide for your families working for an entity like this.

He called me yesterday and I knew instantly what it was. I also knew if he would have given it back to the mailman that it was have taken weeks to be reissued. Thank you so much Ram for going above and beyond, for your work ethic, and for your positive attitude. You did an amazing job! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

The worst customer service ever. I would give a zero but not an option. Moved in and had no light and was told repeatedly it would be fixed but was not for 4 months. As a new customer, I asked front office for assistance for paying my account online and told to “look it up.” Help was not offered for payment process, not so much as, ‘here’s the web address.’ At 5 months of renting a rental increase of 17% was added and I was notified by an email- no correspondence sent. When asked about rate change effective in January when it is difficult to move, I was told sorry everyone gets the increase and it is commensurate with other rates in the area. It is not, it’s about 65% higher for fewer services. Then went on a Sunday afternoon with a car full of items to move in and told I can’t because they are painting the floors. An alert that they would be inaccessible would have been helpful! Nope- sorry too bad was the attitude.In short, go elsewhere where customer service is a priority and rates are reasonable.

Big thanks to Steve, Id never rented a storage space before but he made it extremely easy to understand. I feel confident my things are safe and secure here. Compared a lot of prices and they had the best!

The customer service and attention to detail at this location is exceptional. We originally reserved our unit online. When we came in, Steve helped us realize that the unit we reserved was way too big for our needs and guided us to one that was perfect. He was very professional and a pleasure to interact with. We used this facility to store our things while our place was being restored after flooding so hopefully we won’t need to use it for the same reason anytime soon but this is definitely the location we’ll be back to if we ever need storage again!
