This place was awesome! I had the best experince getting my motor mounts fixed in my 2009 audi a4. Other placers were over priced and didnt accept after market parts. European auto took the work with no problem and with the best price. Not only was the owner very informative of problems or concerns i had with the car not related to the motor mounts. He was very experinced and new what he was talking about. I wont go any where else for my audi to get worked on. Thanks for getting my audi back to its smooth and undeniable audi feel!!

European Auto did an extremely thorough pre-purchase inspection (PPI) of a Volvo we considered buying. I highly recommend them for a PPI if you are considering a European car. I worry that some mechanics charge you $150-200 and mostly just look at the engine oil and a few other obvious things that a person who can lift a hood can do themselves. Clearly European Auto does a thorough inspection and knows what problems to look for in different makes of European cars. If they are this thorough on pre-purchase inspections, then I would trust them to do good work generally but I dont have direct experience with that. Flexible on scheduling and very responsive as well.

Jimmy Dong (owner) is an excellent technician and he has diagnosed my cars needs accurately on every occasion and their recommendation was exactly the right fix for the problem. Jackie Dong working the office is a terrific communicator and very good at explaining in simple terms what is needed. Additionally they suggest the appropriate service intervals for routine maintenance periods and I am very confident in their work.I highly recommend European Auto.

Jimmy and Jackie are fantastic! I have taken multiple vehicles here and had them fixed and returned within a very reasonable time. Jimmy knows his stuff and is fair, I never doubted what they told me or felt that I was being taken for a ride. They are very busy, but that is a testament to the quality of their work.

They get the job done at theyre owe speed. Honest work I would not say so myself. I went theyre with my check engine light but they repaired after 3 weeks. Drove it for one day the light came back on with a new code. They charged my 600$ all together and im not even sure which pieve they replaced. Also my heater/air did not work after i got my car back from them. Defainlty over priced and dishonest. I recommend going somewhere else.
