Would not recommend buying a car from here. I bought a Toyota from then and just 3 months later the car check engine light came on took it in to get a diagnostic and it’s going to be 4,000 worth of repairs. I barley drove the car I don’t even use it to commute to work I take Bart. When I took it in they said it was nothing they could do for me. If you do choose to go here definitely to not go to Ryan.

Went in because I needed to repair my old F250 and decided I should check out what new vehicles they have. Was introduced to one of their guys named Frank. The guy was great. Vet from the coast guard so he was very professional and straight forward. He was able to answer all my questions and help point me in the right direction. Unfortunately they didn’t have any diesel trucks I wanted at the time but when they do Frank is the guy I’m going too.

Every interaction is unique and I can only comment on my interaction with Ford Fairfield. Wanting to put in an order for a new Ford Maverick, I reached out to their Internet Department and they took down my truck build and personal data. However, a deposit was needed to fulfill the order and they said I would need to come in and sign some paperwork and leave a deposit. I asked if this could be done remotely and they said that it could not.The salesperson I was working with was going to be off off for a few days and said a file would be left so I could come anytime and take care of this. So, the next day I called and asked if it was okay to come in and sign the paperwork and leave the deposit. They said it was okay to come in. Upon arrival, the person that they wanted to work with me on this was busy. After waiting for more than 30 minutes in the lobby, I gave up and returned to work, unable to leave a deposit or put my signature down on a piece of paper. Of the myriad of staff walking around, there was no offer of assistance. On my way out, they did take my name and number, but there was no follow-up by staff.A few days later, I called the Ford dealership in Dixon on my way to work and was able to complete the payment and signature for deposit electronically and my Ford Maverick is now on order!
Enough is enough I’ve been patient and just keep getting the run around here. I got my car towed here because it would not start, I paid to have the extended warranty as my tow was covered to take to my local Ford dealership I thought I would be in good hands and they would take care of me. I was wrong my biggest mistake was doing so I was told it was going to be 1744.07 to fix my car that it needed a new battery along with To replace my battery cable harness and that the warranty was not going to cover it. I literally went down the street and had a battery ordered and put in for me and my car has been running like a champ I never needed a “ battery cable harness “ that was going to charge me $1305.58 that’s nothing but lies from the Ford dealership. What’s even worse is that they charged me $235 for the diagnostic fee for what to tell me that I actually just needed a battery ?? They could have done the right thing and told me that’s all I needed but they wanted to try to pull one on me auto zone or any other auto shop could have told me that but again I thought I could trust my local Ford dealership. Now I’ve been waiting for someone to call me back to see what’s going to happen I’ve talked to about 3 managers and the last one said he was going to call me back Tuesday and still nothing I just want my money back I was scammed, maybe someone will call me back now and get this resolved.

A couple of weeks ago I contacted this dealership to inquire about a recall on my vehicle, an old hag answered my call in a very obnoxious manner, I continued to be nice to her until I ended our conversation, since I didnt want to stoop to her level.To the management of this dealership, kindly hire somebody competent, someone who knows the real meaning of customer service, someone who has a pleasant voice, and not someone who sounds like she just went through 5 quarts of whisky. Your customers deserve better, and your company can definitely afford it, after all, you are a multi-million dollar dealership representing a multi-billion dollar company.

Yesterday, 7/25/21, I called Fairfield Ford about a new Mustang. The sales rep. said the car was in stock and would I like to make a 9:30am appointment for today, 7/25/21. I said ok. I got to the dealership and was waiting while they reviewed my cars worth as a trade-in. The estimate was fair, but the rep. then said that somebody last night made a deposit on the car. I traveled round trip of 129 miles for nothing. So, one hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing at this dealership. Ive bought three new cars at Fairfield Ford, but never again. Absolutely phenomenal experience with trading-in my previous vehicle for a new 2021 Ford Ranger STX 4X4. The sales person Kellen was very helpful, informative, and went the extra mile in negotiating an agreeable deal I was very happy with. We managed to see the new vehicle, test drive, sign paperwork, and take the truck home all within a matter of hours while having more than a few laughs along the way. I am usually not wanting to put anyone on the spot but just a bad experience. Tried to buy a 2020 escape hybrid and Worked with direct sales and online checkout. I entered all the info and even the sales manager told me car is in stock and available for sale. Also my final price was 29K and they magically changed it to 31.7K after I put all the info. Then I get a call saying the car is in service and cant be sold. What a waste and a perfect example of bait and switch. Unbelievable and will take my money to a more honest dealership.
Ive always been a ford guy. Ive always owned ford vehicles. Today I brought in my truck to have the transmission checked out. I had already planned on replacing it, so I was ready to drop around 6 or 8k for it if that was the problem. During check in the guy at the counter told me the diag fee was $490. When I asked him why it costs so much since the check engine light was already on, he informed me that perhaps I should have went somewhere else if I was on a budget and that the are they are the only transmission diesel diag place around. Lets just say, Ill never buy another ford. These clowns are terrible at customer service. In 10 years, GM and Tesla will own you.
Went in to have my air conditioners early service on my Ford Escape top-notch people everywhere I believe they restored my air conditioning to just about factory settings I guess Ive always liked them I keep taking my familys cars there

Good service advisor and great service manager. The SM recognized that a problem existed and fixed it. The new advisor went out of his way to make sure the car was in top condition when I found it was not. Would have given a 5th star if not for a negative experience with the used car manager. I do not like being pressured especially when I had told him about my medical condition. I was able to sell my car for $4,840 more through Carvanna without any hassle or pressure.
Excellent customer service. Over the weekend we test drove a truck that had everything we were looking for. We decided it was the perfect match and started the express checkout. Unfortunately, we chose a busy day to return to finish the purchase. Needless to say even though the wait was longer than we would of liked, we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from here. We took our car to Ford Fairfield to get our battery replaced. Everything was fine until just over a week later when I tried to use my windshield wipers and noticed that they weren’t working (they were working before). On Wed 11/11 I took the car back and told them that this may have been due to the recent battery replacement. I was immediately told that it was definitely not this because they didnt touch anything to do with the wipers and that for them to do a diagnostic check I would have to pay $199.95!We said no, so the next day my dad spent the whole day seeing other mechanics, all of whom said that they couldn’t fix it. That Friday it rained, I took the car and had to stay in the city for hours after work until the rain stopped.On Monday we took the car back to Ford since nobody could fix it. When they checked the car, they found that it was due to a fault in the previous battery replacement!I am giving 2 stars because they fixed their mistake and handled it professionally, but ultimately this does not make up for the time & effort we wasted trying to figure this out, juggling our work schedules, having to take the bus to work - all for something that could have been fixed that very day on 11/11 that I took it back and told them. We dont even have an issue with the mechanics mistake when replacing the battery (we understand mistakes happen); instead our problem lies with the customer service. You would think that they would check the car free of charge given that there was a possibility that they may have been at fault. And to think that had we found another mechanic to fix the wipers we would have had to spend hundreds of $$.

Roberto is your guy for any purchase! Very clean dealership with very generous policies on service and support after the sale.They carry a 3-day/ 250 mile no questions asked return policy with no penalties and a 7 day/ 700 mile exchange policy for peace of mind. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, I had to reach out to Roberto to return the mustang I had purchased under the 3 day/ 250 mile policy. The car was flawless, but I did not have peace of mind about the purchase after learning of litigation over the 6 speed manual (made by Getrag, not Ford) in the car. As a former owner of 2 Ford Focuses, I am familiar with Getrag and their transmissions and did not feel at peace about having a brand new car with a transmission from them. Ford was good to me and took care of me with the Focus and Roberto at Fairfield Ford was good to me and took the Mustang back no questions asked. No pressure to keep the car, no pressure to buy something else, no guilt tripping. Just had me bring it back, sign a piece of paper, and hand back the keys. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle here (likely a 2021 F-150) and these guys will have my business. They have the best prices for cars in Northern CA!
We are first time buyers of any kind of vehicle, so we walked into the dealership not having any knowledge of the process. Test drive went fine, I loved the truck so decided to buy it. They detailed it for me while I did the paperwork. No high pressure sales situations, super simple process. They even showed me that I could get an even lower APR than the one Id been pre-approved for. The truck is in great shape and was priced thousands below blue book value, so I got a great deal. Id definitely buy my next car or truck here.

The Navigator we purchased on 2/9 is a great SUV but had a couple of issues that was reported next day that as of today 3/1 have not been resolved. The communication with our sales person and service needs improving were the customer does not have to call for updates.

We recently moved from North Carolina to Fairfield and our truck needed new front, brakes, rotors and pads, an oil change and the tires rotated. I talked to Courtney in the service department and she was one of the kindest people we have met since moving to California! There were no appointments available for the Saturday we needed cause we were fixing to travel, and she said if we could drop it off and were good to leave it for a few hours they could get it done, we dropped it off at 10 and it was ready at 1:30, AMAZING! We are going to come back in a few months to hopefully buy one of the new Broncos!

So I was going to give Ford Fairfield a 2-star review. 2 star review would have been based on the Quick Lane Oil Change. But Steve on the major services side change my mind. He had great customer service, he was able to get the repairs on my 2015 fusion energi covered under warranty repair even though it had just lapsed. So far his service has been great. I was hesitant to bring my car in this time around, but I decided to give them one last chance. And am I glad I did! I hope Stephan stays in service for a long time. I will definitely be coming back for any major services. But I do not think I will let the Quick Lane side do my oil changes any longer. Just look at my filter. They must not have sealed it properly on last oil change. No wonder I was losing 1/2 qt every month.

(I forgot the gentlemans name, butnhe worked on Friday March 5th)I hit a pothole and had to come in and get a tire replaced. Although the process took longer than I expected the amenities provided in the waiting area was sufficient to allow me to get some work done. The staff is nice and explained everything that needed to be done with my car and they even decided to do it the 30k mile service while was there.This is my second service that I had done at this location and I will not go anywhere else.

He also thoroughly explained the different warranty options available and helped break it down for us as to best option for our driving needs.Overall we are very pleased with The vehicle as we are experiencing and learning more about it everyday.The only issues we are discovering is the “Hands Free” lift gate feature does not want to activate and the actual gas mileage the vehicle is attaining is far lower than the advertised MPG on the sticker.

After leasing my MKX we decided to purchase it. Bryan Rice was exceptional. He put the numbers together and even set up the financing through a credit union. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. The customer service from the time we drove in was incredible.
I took my car for recall repairs. Good service. Unfortunately, this time I took my car for appraisal, this appraisal was because I received a call from their Customer Services Rep. asking me if I wanted to sell my car because my car has high demand and that they can offer more than blue book appraisals. So I set an appointment. When I went there, something did not sound right, the representative with I had the appointment left for the day, so instead I was helped by an very nice, new employee, Which I dont oppose. the thing is I went for a ride in my car by another experienced sales Rep. he offer me less that blue book. he tried to find any damages in my car, he found a minimal ding on one of fenders and discounted the repair of fender. then because the high demand of my vehicle he raised the price which was lower than blue book. Then I started to get calls from the original sales person to see if I wanted to sell my car. I told him that I was already helped by another rep and also that I received a better appraisal from my original seller (another company across the street) He said that, If can show them the appraisal, they will match it. I think this all a matter of sales purposes, they offer appraisal in order to get you to buy another vehicle. I did not fall on that for many reasons. Just wanted to publish my experience with this people.

I specialize in consulting businesses on process and consumer experience and I cant find anything to share with them. They did a great job. The fact they are not paid on commission but on reviews tells me they have the correct business model. I drove an hour to check out the used Nissan Armada the day after I spoke with Roberto. His patience with me to be my eyes and ears and review the car with me on the phone for a half hour provided the confidence I needed to make the drive and then make the purchase. Good Job Roberto! They did the basic bait and switch with false advertising. Showing a price online and on the car but refusing to sell for that price. I drove all the way from Sacramento to visit this corrupt business. Not one employee but the cashiers were wearing mask. Customers up front with no masks either. Had to report them to BBB. Finally they started putting up correct prices only once they got involved. I do not recommend. Shady shady business. No stars!!
Roberto was great he went beyond and delivered the vehicle us. He even came the next day to deliver some All Weather floor matts, that he bought out of his pocket for us. Thank you and next Ford I get will be with Roberto thank you.
